Hi;

How can i change the Virtue theme to work with a different slider plugin ?
Revolution Slider has several issues running properly on a Bitnami Cloud Amazon instance server, that I am tired of.
I tried the equally good slider plugin, “LayerSlider Responsive WordPress Slider” and it works flawlessly.

I have no interest in either plugin, just want my sites/themes to play nice on all servers.

yes, I have contacted the RevSlider folks but can’t find fix yet.

I added the widget in the widget menu at the topbar. The selection menu is way to big and my topbar drops down and is allot thicker only because of this plugin.

What I would do : 3 small icons in the center of the topbar : $ € £ wich switches the currency when you click on it, but I would like the icons to be like a facebook icon to say, small and nicely implementend in the top bar. I don’t know if there is a way to do this because this is not a method that the plugin provides, but maybe it’s possible?

It’s possible a chrome extension is failing causing a javascript error. Or a plugin on your site. I use chrome all the time, I haven’t every had this issue.

Can you post a temp login?

Hey,
You should use the latest WC and the latest version of virtue. That should be working fine. When I look at your site you have version 3.0.8 of the theme and that will not work with the latest version.. Just update all your plugins. And the theme and make sure you have the latest wordpress.

Would effect all h4 tags on the site.. not just the image menu.

Can you post a link? did you try the css I posted? If that didn’t work are you using the image menu height based on image size?

I forgot to say that, yes, we do have all of the items in stock. We get this error message “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.” In researching it seems like a lot of people are having the same issue. We’ve updated to the latest version of Woocommerce. Are the Virtue templates compatible for the latest version of WC? Maybe that could be it? Have you been having similar issues with other sites?

If you don’t have a mail server for wp how was your site sending emails? Did you host clarify where the emails were originating?

What version of the the theme?

Can you send me any of the contaminated files?

Hi guys! Any chance you give me a CSS/setting which will hide the Footer Navigation menu when the site is viewed in mobile?
Site is *Login to see link , you’ll see the menu I mean right at the bottom.

Unfortunatly the Kadence Importer dies each time after about 15s (far than 300).
I do have about 20 media files loaded but that is about it.

I am getting this message:
Sorry but your import failed. Most likely, it cannot work with your webhost. You will have to ask your webhost to increase your PHP max_execution_time (or any other webserver timeout to at least 300 secs) and memory_limit (to at least 196M) temporarily.

Of course my host (SiteGround) is telling me they can’t change the settings on shared accounts and basically hanging on me.

Is there another way to install the package?
I have seen other people having the same issue but didn’t find the answer.

Hi Greg, what did you do to fix it? I’ve got exactly the same problem – either I get weird icons next to some of my menu items in my primary navigation, or my entire primary navigation bar is rendered really weirdly and looks scrambled. I’m using the HTTPS WordPress and SSL Insecure Content plugins. This only started happening when I upgraded to Pinnacle Premium on the weekend. I wanted to have my site set so only my shop, downloads, and checkout pages are SSL, but right now it’s the whole site as just having certain pages SSL doesn’t seem to be working (the other pages aren’t redirecting to http as they were supposed to in order to help with my page loading speed a bit). What did you do to fix the problem? It’s making me crazy and I don’t know how to do coding (I tried once and broke my site, had to redo the theme from my cPanel). My site is handylittlegadget.ca – it seems to be intermittent when some pages work as https and some don’t, and it definitely is different on different browsers and devices. I’ve tried clearing my cache and my cookies and not much seems to help for more than a few minutes. Thanks very much!

– Setup of WordPress via DirectAdmin panel (Softaculous)
– WordPress version: 4.3.1 running Twenty Fifteen theme as I thought the Virtue Theme was not safe.
– No contact form available
– No mail server setup within WP
– Hacked mail adress was the administrator hosting account address, hence [email protected]
Active plugins;
– Akismet
– Foo Gallery
– FooBox Free Image Lightbox
– Remove XMLRPC Pingback Ping
– Simple Subscribe
– WP Google Map Plugin

The site has been removed via ftp and shutdown by the hosting party and cleared again by them.
Original Virtue there (zipped) was re-installed on the server.
Number of pages: 4 (it’s a simp,e blog for my daughter)
