    Ok, thanks, I would be happy to contact the host, but I just want to make sure that none of my Sucuri Security security Hardening settings would be causing this. For example:
    “Plugin & Theme editor
    Occasionally you may wish to disable the plugin or theme editor to prevent overzealous users from being able to edit sensitive files and potentially crash the site. Disabling these also provides an additional layer of security if a hacker gains access to a well-privileged user account.”

    Currently set to: File editor for Plugins and Themes is disabled

    Hey Ben, I see this notice after I update the woocommerce

    Your theme (Virtue – Premium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

    and also in my other website which contain child theme

    Your theme (Virtue Premium Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

    What Should I do to recover this notice?
    thanks

    Hi there good morning!

    Just a quick question:

    I use successfully the code you gave me a while ago below to make ”responsive” the slider (header) on the website home:

    @media
    (min-width: 992px){
    .kad-topbar-left {
    width: 30%;
    }
    .kad-topbar-right {
    width: 70%;
    }
    }

    The home page works perfectly but the other pages dont, what i imagine because i am not using as a slider but as a fixed image (?) I had a look around but i only can find the answer on virtue or to the ones who are using revolution.

    What is the shortcode on the header tittle image background so i could use instead “kad-topbar-right/left”? Is it correct do this way or is there on the theme options a function that let me state the header as responsive? (I mean opening in full when page is reduced or on other gadgets as at the moment shows only partially…)

    super thanks and a great day to you!
    Pip

    Hi,

    Please forgive me since I have only been working with wordpress for a little under two months. I have tried to find solutions to these problems on my own to no avail and I am almost ready to make my site go live. Any help you could provide on these issues would be much appreciate.

    1) On the product menus for selection product options, The selection boxes will be white when the menus are going up, but not then they open downward.
    2) Quantity box is white. I would like to change it to Orange.
    3) Product description tabs are wrong orange and text is wrong color. How do I change this?
    4) Numbers removed from product categories. I saw in the theme option to disable this, but it does not seem to work.
    5) How to use landscape and profile pictures for blog posts. Is there a way to do this without having a box with blank space while viewing the landscape pictures?
    6) Enlarged pictures have silver background. Anyway I could change this to orange?
    7) Subtitle text in Artists is grey instead of black or purple. How can I change this?
    8) Artists profiles not centered. By default it seems it is listed from left to right. I would like to center them.

    Thank you so much for the help and I will provide you with login information so you can take a look. Thanks again!

    I would like to add a gradient behind certain sections of my page layout, as pictured here under the headline solid documentation capabilities:

    There are three things I’m trying to accomplish at the same time:

    add the gradient behind the section
    give the section a 2-column layout
    keep the responsiveness of the section

    I’m finding it impossible to accomplish all three at the same time. With Beaver Builder, I can drag and drop to create each part of the layout as a separate entity (headline, left column, right column). It looks great, is perfectly responsive, but because it was created in three separate sections, I can’t add the gradient as one continuous background behind the three.

    When I I directly add the html/css, I can have the gradient and make everything appear correct on my computer screen. However, when it gets reduced to the screen width for mobile, the words in the two columns get all mashed together.

    This is my first website, but I’ve been able to find the answers to all my other coding questions online. On Friday, I literally searched the internet for a solution to this problem for the entire day, and haven’t been able to solve it. Would really appreciate the help!

    Hey,
    That isn’t a built in function of this theme. I took a look at the site you linked to at the top and I don’t think it’s even a wordpress site.

    But it’s possible with some css you could get something close. Let me think. Can you post a link of what your staff content will look like.

    Hey, You can download here: https://www.kadencewp.com/ktupdates/api/511152110/revslider.zip

    And just manually upload to the site you would like the slider on.

    Are you logged in? what happens if you log out?

    You can add a screen shot using a site like this: http://tinygrab.com/

    A note about loading… You are loading hundreds of posts on one page. That is not a good idea id your concerned about speed. Just because they are in tabs doesn’t make them not load. See here: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/bpAW0I/http://bigcitylittleblog.com/food/

    Hey,
    It won’t remove your post but it will remove your theme options and replace with the demo 3. and add all the content to the site in that you can’t just turn it off and on.

    Hey James,
    If you want to remove the gap only for that page you can use this css:

    .page-id-82 .contentclass {
        padding-top: 0;
    }

    Or this if you want it site-wide:

    .contentclass {
        padding-top: 0;
    }

    Hope that helps!

    I was looking for a way to add the Title in Virtue Image widgets. I like the way the widget places the caption under the image. I would like to add a bold Title, either at the bottom of the image, or, between the image and the caption. I looked at the Virtue Image Menu Item, but the captions are in too large a font and take over too much of the image.

    Is there a way of adding the Title to the Virtue Image widget?

    Here is the site we are developing:

    I’m creating a website with Virtue Theme and Woocommerce plugin to sell shoes and I’d like to have a link on every product description to display our sizes chart – something like “view our size chart”. I tried a Modal shortcode, it looks good except it’s a button (I want a link text) – and it seems like I’ll need to create one for every product listing. Any ideas?

    The Theme Options panel is broken. The links don’t work in the left sidebar, and an extra row of the same links appears in the main content area, under a red message: “FORCED DEV MODE OFF ENABLED.” If you click the “Expand” link twice, the other links begin working (kind of), but the css styling is missing throughout and it’s not working right.

    Here is a screenshot of the Theme Options:
    Here is the live (test) site:

    Everything was working perfectly on my local server and a test site on the remote server. Then I updated the theme and plugins locally (tested locally and all was fine), then migrated the whole site from the local to remote host, and this happened — but only on the remote server. It is all still fine on my local server (MAMP).

    The css file is there (pinnacle_premium/themeoptions/options_assets/css/style.css) in both the local and remote sites, but it is only being used in the local site.

    I first pushed the site live to the client’s host, FatCow, and got this problem.
    Then I pushed the same install to a test site on a different host, Bluehost, and got the same problem.
    I even tried re-installing in the same way to a different directory on my local host, to see if it was my migration method (BackupBuddy) — but that’s not the problem, because the second local install works fine. (Besides, I did this all before with earlier versions of the site, several times, and it always worked fine, on the local and remote servers.)

    I’ve tried clearing the browser cache, using different browsers, and disabling all the plugins, as suggested elsewhere in this forum. Nothing works.

    I’ve set up a temporary Admin account for you, on the test site, hoping you can figure out how to fix it so I can go fix it on the client’s site. Just let me know how to get you those credentials privately.

    Thank you.

    My website is: http://www.utan.nu, you can see the shop at

    When you’re on mobile you have a full width image of each product and it requires too much scrolling with the amount of products we have. Would like to have the option to have two columns instead of one.

    Thanks

    Hello Kadence Themes team,
    I love your theme and currently am creating a online-shop website with Pinnacle Premium. I need a special feature for this online-shop. I want the customers to be able to design the product themselves. For example, the customers can choose a base product from 3 options and they can choose some parts to place on this product. So the customers can see the self-designed product visually on the website.
    Can you recommend any plugins which enables this feature and compatible with Pinnacle?

    Hello,

    Is this website one of your themes?

    The reason I ask is I love the case study section on the homepage with the image, hover change and the click through – like the arrow part as well. I have seen this used on another site as well:

    And wondered if it was possible to do this through Pinnacle – say with Staff grid?

    many thanks
    Nic

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Everything worked fine at the beginning.

    However, some of the images are not loading/showing up randomly as I am uploading more products with more images.

    Is there anything I can do to improve the situation?

    Appreciate your help.
