Please post a link to your site.
If your options are resetting that usually means your hitting the max input vars limit on your server. Can happen on servers that start low or if your adding a lot of sliders.
Best option is to contact your hosting provider and ask theme to increase the php max memory and php max input vars in your servers settings.

Are you using a mac with retina? When you have retina enabled on your site through the retina plugin you have to upload images that would be twice the size of a normal screen. You images are uploaded at 900×533 for example. ON retina that would have to be 1800x1066px.
Me looking on a normal screen they look fine but if your on retina then thats your issue. You need to upload images that can be created for retina so twice the size of what you were doing.
I deactivated the retina plugin so you can see what I mean.

So when I choose the currency, it will be displayed on the menu.Also, how can I add the little triangle icon next to the currency dropdown?

Looks like I got an email from you, I went into the settings on your site and set the language to english UK, the whole admin crashed?? Makes me think this is something breaking on the server with htaccess or php settings. Can you send me ftp access so I can see the error logs to determine why your site doesn’t allow you to change the language?Ben

Hey,
This is important. Kadence Themes work with php5.4 php5.5 php5.6 and yes of course 5.2 and 5.3 you don’t have to worry about us in terms of updating and in fact I totally recommend you not use php5.2 and update.With that said wordpress supports 5.2 so regretabliy so should every plugin and theme. That fact that the plugin doesn’t is a red flag in terms of the developers code.
None the less I totally agree no one should be using 5.2 anymore even if wordpres still supports it.
So back to when you made the switch. What led you to think it was a theme issue?
If you had any caching on your sites they would have to be cleared.

1. No a carousel can only be one row. But what you can do is use your page content to built the page. There you can add two carousel shortcodes with the second having an offset. Like this:[carousel type="featured-products" items="8" columns="4"] [carousel type="featured-products" items="8" columns="4" offset="8"]2. How would you like it to look? You can use columns like here: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/blog-grid-three-column/

If your hitting a problem with Mod_security that is something on your server. You have to contact your host, most likely they have a older out of date version of mod security and it needs to be turned off or updated.
But I looked at your site on mobile after you cleared cache and I can see the slider?

1. The home page carousel currently only has one row and we can chose the number of columns it should have. Can I also chose the number of rows? I wanted 2 rows for the On Sale and 2 rows for Featured products2. Can I make the blog section on the home page look any different? Is there a home page blog widget i can copy from some place that will look different that this.
3. Is there a video that can expain to me how I can make a site similar to *Login to see link
I was having trouble with setting the filters. I got the Ajax fitlers on the right side widget for the shop page, however i was not able to understand how to push it down a little. It was too close to the top.If you can share other reading material pertaining to the last issue it would be great.
I am a newbie and have no experience with coding whatsoever. (Excel Macros at max)

Through my testing I find the Pop-up survey appears to be working correctly.
If Analytics was correct the pop-up survey should have recorded approx. 90 views, Analytics indicates 90 is the number of visitors on the website for more than 70 seconds.
I placed the tracking id UA-########-# in the Misc Settings. Do I need to put the Analytics code in the header or elsewhere?
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi there- I’m using the portfolio to create a simple directory. Each portfolio item will have the same options (layout, image size, value descriptions, etc.). I’d like to create a “dummy” portfolio item that I could use as a template when entering new items (I did this when adding products to another site using your theme and it saved me a TON of time).
Is there a way to do this with portfolio items? I don’t see a “duplicate” option.

Hi there!
First off just wanted to say that I’m absolutely loving this theme! It’s really helped me piece together a great looking site.
Right, so my question is, is it possible to add a css blur effect to the background image of a Kadence Slider slide? As there is no image tag I’m not sure if this is possible, and I’ve tried many an option that just ends up making the slide and its text blurry..
