Hi Angel,
So you have set the logo layout to “Center Logo Menus on Side” from Theme Options > Main Settings, correct? Are you able to post an actual link to your site? You can set as a private reply.

There is an error on the page. I would need to see the admin to see what is causing it.
I can test on my site and adding a carousel to the post works fine so check your other widgets on the page and your plugins your using.

.sidebar h3 is how you can select the sidebar titles.

I’ve checked the website in an iPhone 4S and it seems the tabs in woocommerce are not working they don’t get to the tabs selected when click. It’s just get stuck in the first tab.

Please advise.

Also the view in a Nokia Lumia 920 doesn’t look good, is it because of internet explorer?

Hi Hannah,
I cannot find the images that are in the demo content to swap out. Where should I look for the demo content that I am using?
I set up my site with demo content using mostly the portfolio options and I looked on the portfolio pages and cannot find any images in there to change. So am asking where are the demo images?

So happy it can be reversed by switching back. Am i doing something wrong ?

Under the post i inserted some post excerpt with shortcode. Can you please help changing the title there from H5 to H2 ?

On sidebar, how can i show the pictures and title of recent posts like in the Virtue Premium Demo site ? Now i only get Titles

Any good ideas on how to duplicate a post? Helps me keep the same format easy. Looked into some plugins but not sure. Recommandations appreciated.

Actually I want to have a left sidebar on just one page of my website. I have an online shop and I want to put a product category menu on my online shop page and keep the right sidebar for other purposes.

I have inspected them and the link url is in place, but when you hover over the icons you just can’t click.
Any advice to fix would be great 🙂

Is it a z-index issue hiding them behind the header containers?

Hi Guys,

on my site http://www.sandusa.net I have a Desktop home slider and a mobile home slider using the virtue Theme options.

I have found this quite glitchy. The problem I have been having is sometimes when looking at the site on a desktop computer you end up viewing a weird version of the mobile site that is all over the place. The video starts playing full screen behind the text/button from the mobile site. It happened in a sales pitch today which obviously is not great.

Any idea why this occurs? and if there is anything i can do to fix it.

Thanks for your reply, so I have set 1120 px back.
I now understand why my website is not as wide as yours, you told me to set 1120 so I can have my space between images thinner.

A child theme can be any name you want and can consist of 1 file and take 5 seconds to built just because your site might have one doesn’t mean your would find something about it online.

You can go to appearance > themes. Look at what is activated if a child theme is activated then you know.

When using the Portfolio Grid Template, the Column option is not corresponding to the output amount of columns.

Hi, I have the same question on #1 issue from Emanuela. Emanuela or Ben, Can you help me to understand how to put a menu on the left side of my shop page for my product categories? There is a note on my dashboard that my theme, Virtue Premium, support only 5 menus. is there a way I can have more than 5 menus on my website using virtue premium theme?
