In reply to: Error on theme
Hey,
Looks like your using the free theme from that error. there was an issue this morning on wordpress.org. There file was corrupted and it caused this issue.What you need to do is remove the theme folder and reinstall. (wordpress.org got this fixed).
Usually you can login to your cpanel on your hosts site and find the “web file manager”
From there you can navigate to the wp-content/themes folder and remove the “virtue” folder that would get your site back up and running. Next login to your wordpress site and navigate to themes. There you can click add new and reinstall virtue.
Since the theme options and customizations are saved in your database those will all still be there.

I should have edited my question. What is happening is when you first load the page the spinner will stay indefinitely until you press one of the arrows. Another issue is that once you press the arrow and it shows the slider the Ken Burns effect doesn’t work.The sliders also don’t cycle. I have tried some of the troubleshooting tips found on Themepunch website but nothing is working. very weird.

I Had to replace it with a temporary cyclone slider banner…Is this a compatibility issue which will be fixed soon?

I see where I can change the active and hover background for the main menu but I was wondering is there way to only have the hover color background and text change and to keep the active background and text the same color as the rest of the header.

so turns out this is a rev slider issue with 4.3I’m waiting on an update.
By the way you would need to post a login user and password for me to get in your site.
And you can use the “Set as private reply” to do that.

I am putting together my site with the premium virtue theme and it was going great until about an hour ago. I had a revolution slider on the homepage and after updating to wordpress 4.3 things seem to have gone a bit wonky.
I tried restoring the theme from a backup, and also updating the virtue theme both of these items did not work … any suggestions how to get the site looking like it did before the upgrades? Also, the gray footer area now does not cover the text/widget in the footer.

You have had quite a few Virtue Theme Updates today. I went to update the Virtue Theme and I think there might have been some kind of interruption of the update because now everything is fine with my site [except] for my Revolution Sliders: they are not showing up now.
Please, help.
