What was in your php error logs.Based on the second part this is still pointing to a server issue. One where your server is timing out. It could be do to one of your plugins running through an endless loop and breaking the site. So it’s important that you take a look at those logs.

Hi, on my site, the mobile menu looks like it stacks behind the revolution slider: *Login to see link Is there a way to have the menu stack above or below the slider in a drop down menu?
Since update to version 1.4.5 of Pinnacle Theme, I have the following warning on top of the site (either in admin mode or in view only mode) :

I have updated my site from Pinnacle FREE to Pinnacle Premium. But I have some issues :/

Issues :
– No background on primary menu (I have set black background)
– No home icon (I have put “kt-icon-home2” into Menu > Icon Class and the “CSS classes” field does not displayed. I have “icon class” field only)Thanks for your help

I cant seem to find anywhere that helps move the menu closer to the logo therefore eliminating whitespace.
There is too much whitespace between the logo and the first nav item.
How do I decrease the whitespace?

I went into cPanel and Mysql databases, hit the repair button and everything came back with an ‘ok’.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that if I bulk upload media (product images) they freeze/crash/timeout after somewhere between 10-50 images everytime. The same with csv import suite product uploads but that gets to almost 150/200. Thought it was worth mention as I assume they’re related issues.
Really appreciate you guys help, your customer service is first class!

I’d like to copy ONE page from one site to another, and being able to edit later, i have rows and widgets and don’t want to start from scratch….
any tips? I’ll need to do that for a few pages, but i’d like to do it one by one
I know there is an import/export function, I just don’t want to lose data…

I have a couple issues with WPML, not sure if its a problem to bring up with WPML guys or here, but figured I would start here since you’ve been super useful so far.
1. for some reason when I say translation complete on the footer 3 text on the opening times all the portfolio pages content in French switch from the regular content to displaying only the opening day and time in the body of the page.

1. Is there a way to remove the padding that is highlighted in the first image between the header and the post content on my About page?

Thanks. I will reduce the logo. I do not know what “optimize for Web” means. Can you give me a clue in pixels?
The site you sent is cool but I have no idea what you mean by “You should also use some caching like w3 total cache or wp rocket cache.” Can you provide a little more information?

You need to optimize your site… your logo for starters is huge http://avela.com/wp-content/uploads/AVELA-Logo-Web-copy.png resize that for web.
see how your page size is 18mb. http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/djd9ru/http://avela.com/
You want it to be around 2mb.
You should also use some caching like w3 total cache or wp rocket cache.
