oh if you want the transparent header off at the start go to theme options > site header and turn that off.

Well, I just thought that, in those middle-screen-size instances, the menu covers half the screen. So you have to click to open the menu, click on the link and then click on the menu button again to be able to see the full site again. I thought I’d just spare the user that last click. Is there some other best-practice or standard that says mobile menus should remain opened?

Hi!

I’m trying to figure out how I can edit the text appearance on the testimonial grid. Right now it’s set to black, italicized font. My client would like non-italicized, gray font. I have also set some text areas to be a blue color and am hoping whatever changes the main text color won’t mess that up!

As for the menu, we need it to be just a solid white background (no transparency). Seems like it should be a simple fix but I can’t find the option to set that.

Hey, This is due to a conflict with pagebuilder and polylang. You either need to remove pagebuilder or remove it and only use a version before 2.0.4

You are changing the background to be transparent. That is the issue. And I still see that css on your site.

Lets just approach this differently. Add this css:

.woocommerce-tabs .tabs li, .woocommerce-tabs .tabs li:hover, .woocommerce-tabs .tabs li:hover a {
    background: white !important;
}

Don’t add what I posted above.

As for headerclass… it’s a class. Your missing, just add this, thats it just add the class with a set font family to your css.

.headerfont {font-family:arial;}

Thanks for your help yesterday with my site update problem however since the update when I try to make a test purchase from my website after I press the place order button I get the invalid shipping method warning..

the thing is before the update customers were making purchases and i’m afraid that if they try now they will get the same error and be unable to complete the purchase.

Please help.

With the alternating slider photos, the main menu text can get lost in the background. I was wondering if there is a way to put some kind of transparent grey bar behind the menu items like i have in my call to action widget as displayed on my home page. Hey,
Sounds like it could be a couple things.

First about your php settings. (yes it’s good to be using at least 5.4)
and your max upload size needs and post size needs to be larger then 10mb.

But I don’t think that is your issue.

Based on what your saying it sounds like the database needs to be repaired. IT also sounds like there could be some internal errors due to plugins.

So in your cpanel go to mysql tools and run a repair on your database.

Then let me know what plugins your using or post a login to your site so I can see the error console.

Last you need to take a look in the php error log on y our server. Most hosts can help you with that.

As I would like people to filter for specific countries and we will add more and more countries to choose, there will come a time when this one row doen’t offer enough space to list them all. So my idea was to show continents instead but give them the option to see the listed countries under each continent.

Thus my question would be if it is possible to add another level to the filter function, i.e. kind of dropdown list with subfilters? So you see the continets as filter options in this line and when you click on each of the continents subfilters (countries) will be visible to choose.

I’m having the following problems which I thought would be based on my memory_limit, max_input_time or similar setting. Having played around with these I still keep getting the same issues.

Issue 1: Error saving theme options

When saving my theme options I often get this error message. Sometimes if I try again it saves the options fine, other times it fails again and resets all theme options including custom css.

Issue 2: Failure saving pages using visual editor

If I try to edit more than one item on the page at a time it will give me the standard browser “this page cannot be displayed” page. If I hit the back button or navigate back to the page through the wordpress menu the whole page will have been converted to the standard editor. I then have to find the most recent revision, usually a couple of steps back form where I had just got two and restore this.

Here is a copy of my system status report, as it shows I have managed to successfully increase all the limits yet I’m still having the issue.
