Ben your right…I apologize..Im sorry Im frustrated I shouldnt have said that…I appreciate your help…I truly do….Im also going crazy a little bit…lol…..Im using godaddy…..I thought they were a leader?….Yes I called them and they said no sever errors and it loads normal for them…….My site doesnt take that long to load according to pingdom…..I got 1.37 an yours was 1.17….Also I tried another site called:
http://nibbler.silktide.com/en_US/reports/www.expertoutfit.com
And it shows tons of coding errors an no pages are W3C compliant……Why is this?….Could this be the case?
A total of 77 errors and 60 warnings were found on the 5 pages tested.
No pages are W3C compliant. Because there are errors in the code, some web browsers may not be able to read this website correctly and it may not always display correctly
…Can I try your website on mine somehow…That way we can tell if its the host or my site…Because if your site will work fine from my host then it has to be something on my website?…..Or can you copy my website to your server and I can try it there and see if I get crash?
So far I have only been able to duplicate it on IOS mobile devices (I got my girlfriends iphone 4S to crash)…Both Chrome and Safari…I have seen it happen on Android as of yet….Thank you again for bearing with me during this frustrating time…Regards, Alan

2. Can you send me a temp login to your site?
If you click on media > add new. in the bottom left corner what is your max upload size.

July 23, 2015 at 12:55 pm #49978Thank you Ben for the quick response. The CSS above works but I guess the only issue is that it elongates the poll box and make that row look really bad on an iPad.I may have to find another responsive polling plugin or keep it in the sidebar as I did on the inner pages of the website.

July 23, 2015 at 12:29 pm #49961It’s odd that your saying this only happens with iphone6 yet I can test over and over on my iphone6 without issue.
I can’t see how this would be a css issue since it works fine with the same css on the demo site.
Again I think this is a loading issue (not caching) loading. Your site takes a really long time to load on mobile. That isn’t normal and isn’t consistent with the site speed on desktop. Makes me think there is an error on your server. Have you talked to your host about the error logs?
We aren’t charging you for support you can stop offering to pay us. If this is something I could control I would fix for you. It’s not it’s with your server (again look at the demo or anyone else’s site using this theme). If you want to find a place to pay some money I suggest starting there. You get what you pay for when it comes to hosting.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Revolution Slider Text Issue
The text in the preview does not match the text in the grid. When it goes live the text looks terrible in comparison. I have already updated to Version 4.6.5. This is happening with both my home slider and my intro slider. I have tried in multiple browsers and it’s the same problem everywhere. My site is *Login to see link . It looks great as long as I’m signed into my WP admin, but once I log out ALL of the text displays wrong.

July 23, 2015 at 12:20 pm #49956Your site doesn’t seem to have a secondary menu? You are using the shrink header so you can’t with that header style.

In forum: Virtue ThemeJuly 23, 2015 at 12:12 pm #49953Hello Ben and Hannah. I’m having some issues using the Yop polls and Sportpress plugins with Virtue. If you can, please take a look at wbajamaica.com. If you notice viewing the site on a regular sized monitor on the home page the YOP Polls seems ok, but viewing it on an ipad the adjoining box featuring the WBA TV overlaps it. Also the sidebar on the frontpage seems to overlap the body of the page. Let me know if there is any custom css to force the body and its elements to be properly aligned on a tablet sized screen. Smart phone alignment is ok.
Thanks in advance.

Here is what my Facebook friend suggested it could be:
Website repeatedly reloads, then crashes on iPhone 4: iOS 8.0.2 & iOS 8.1.2

An example of what happens when loading the website can be seen here for theverge.com. No such problems occur on the latest browser and OS versions for:Windows 8.1 – Chrome, Firefox, Opera, IE.
OSX Yosemite – Chrome, Safari.
Android 4.4 – Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari.
iOS 7.1.2(iPad) – Safari.
iOS 8.3 (iPhone 5) – Safari.
However, on two separate iPhone 4S devices (iOS 8.0.2 & iOS 8.1.2), Safari will continue to refresh the page, each time reading “problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded” until finally crashing and reading “A problem repeatedly occurred on [website URL]”. I have made sure that my JavaScript/jQuery are syntactically correct (as well as loading the webpage with JavaScript turned off in safari settings – same problem), cleared cache, restarted the iPhones and can not imagine what else could be causing the problem. The web page is only small with a total file size of around 300kb and only some fairly simple DOM manipulation.From what I can tell of my own testing and what I have read, the problem is isolated to iOS 8.0.2 and 8.1.2 but obviously, my website is in the minority of sites that crash on the OS and I would like to know what it is exactly that causes the problem.
Thank you.
EDIT: Updated one of the iPhones to iOS 8.3 – problem still persists. Absolutely stumped at this point and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Check all of your CSS for animation keyframes and remove any font-size animations within those blocks.
Long Answer
The lack of any developer-centric conversations regarding “A problem repeatedly occurred on…” issues is definitely disappointing. After an hour of Googling tonight I stumbled on your post here and had to do a double-take when I saw the timestamp. // High five fellow trouble-shooter.
As luck would have it, I was able to track down a potential source for this iOS/Webkit bug within my CSS. Specifically it seems to be related to how Safari deals with font-size animations inside of CSS keyframes. I had something like this in my SASS:
@-webkit-keyframes labels-bottom {
0% { opacity: 1; color:#888888; top: 0.1em; font-size: 1.5em; }
20% { font-size: 1.5em; opacity: 0; }
30% { top: 0.1em; }
50% { opacity: 0; font-size: 0.85em; }
100% { top: 4em; opacity: 1; }
}
When I removed that whole block, it began working.When I went further and removed CSS properties one-by-one, the crash seemed to be isolated to the font-size animation. It, however, does not appear to be associated with @font-face web fonts or if you specify size using different units (em/px/pt). All conditions tested caused the same crash. The only thing that fixed it was removing any font-size changes within my keyframe blocks, a la:
@-webkit-keyframes labels-bottom {
0% { opacity: 1; color:#888888; top: 0.1em; }
20% { opacity: 0; }
30% { top: 0.1em; }
50% { opacity: 0; }
100% { top: 4em; opacity: 1; }
}
It’s possible (and perhaps likely) that other animated properties can trigger the crash, but this fix definitely worked for me and I hope it does for you as well.PS: I tested this on both iOS 8.1.2 and 8.3 (iPads).

212It appears that the mobile Safari crashes when the keyframes contain a font-size with the unit em. Stating it in px works fine. – cad Jun 6 at 19:44

Inspired by @Evan Tishuk’s answer, I scoured through my CSS but found that unlike him, I had no font-size keyframe animations. By process of elimination, I started deleting blocks of code, starting with those with vendor-prefixes and found that this was the code causing the problem:.qanda{
filter: blur(0px);
-webkit-filter: blur(0px);
-moz-filter: blur(0px);
-o-filter: blur(0px);
-ms-filter: blur(0px);filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Blur(PixelRadius=’0′);
}
Very silly of me. The blur filter wasn’t even needed on my site, just some code I was playing around with and forgot to remove.shareimprove this answer

Per Evan and Jack’s answers, this is most probably CSS-related. Which styles exactly? That can vary.I had the same issue: Safari on iPhone4 and iPhone6 was reloading the page until it crashed. Site was fine on iPad2, iPad Air, iPhone5, and every simulated device in IOS simulator (including simulated iPhone4 and iPhone6).
The CSS (OK, LESS) that was breaking the site:
ul {
.transform(translateZ(0));
a {
.transform(translateZ(0)); /* Right here, the nested transform */
}
}
Once I removed that nested transfrom Safari stopped frekin’ out and all was good in the world.In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Filter on shop page crashes mobile device browsers

Hey Angelo,
Are you seeing the same thing when you view the demo on your nokia- http://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-premium/
Does it still do this when your sticky header is turned off in mobile view ( theme options > site header )?Hannah
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeOK I understand that what I was trying to achieve is not the main purpose of a Call to action 🙁 . That’s fine.
I see 2 solutions, use it as it was intended (but I need to increase the fonts) or place it in the footer as an horizontal footer1.
IF IN THE CALL TO ACTION:
1. How can I increase the font of the “Call to action text” and of the “Call to action button text”?
2. Link:
– Are you saying a call to action button cannot open a link in a new window but it will open in the same window?
– Can it be an external link or does it has to be within the my site?
IF IN FOOTER1
I think I sorted it out. I added to the child-theme “style.css” file the following:.footerclass {background: #49c} .footercol1 {margin: auto; position: relative; padding-top: 0px; width: 75%;}Since my picture is a .png, it looks good. I tried to reduce the space above my image without success so far (padding-top: 0px did not do the trick). Any better suggestion to the code I came up with?
Thanks!In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: blog page layout options
Hi Hannah
For the featured image on my blog page I want to put it at the top just like I do for my other pages. I found that using the revolution slider works well as I like the full width look. I am not sure I understand the answer to my first question. What I usually do for my blog posts is I do set a featured image then have images throughout the blog post. So, when the excerpts show on the blog page, it grabs that featured image, puts it first, then the title of the post. I suppose it’s okay. I’ve seen other websites have the same. But, personally, I find it a bit confusing. Maybe it’s just me. I suppose I’d just really like to put that feature image on the blog page and I don’t see how to add that as I can with other pages. I can’t do it with the contact page either. Thanks Hannah!In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHello,
I just got a new mobile nokia 610 with windows phone 7.8 and IE9 but when I visit my website *Login to see link I can see it clearly except that menu items are displayed in a column on rightmost side superimposed to the page. This blocks any kind of page interactivity and menu is useless at all.
It happen with all pages. I made a test accessing to a post straight from the carousel and the page opens correctly but the menu is always displayed in weird mode and any interaction is blocked.Is a browser incompatibility? or do I miss something in theme settings?
Thank you very much for supporting
Angelo
