    I have noticed that the formatting on my blog posts are not proper… The only blog type that’s displayed right is text post.

    This is what it’s suppose to look like:

    But when it’s a picture post the side bar is misplaced and everything is just off. I have tried all the different formats and it still displays like this:

    But when it’s a video post everything is placed right, but all the text (besides in the post) is bolded.

    This seemed to happen in the past few months and I am on the latest update and I have tried to clear the cache as well, I have tried this on different browsers and it happened on them as well. However, I was able to get a few refreshes on Safari with the proper layout, before I got the issues.

    The only problem is that the site is in maintenance mode, so you can only see it when logged in. I can send a screenshot of what I mean. Yes, on all image menus is just fine.

    Mark, since I have dealt with this issue many times I wanted to chime in. That is a webhost issue, not kadence. Some of the shared lower end hosting plans put a cap on memory, godaddy is the most notorious. You will also get that error message if you try to backup your site with wp clone or duplicator, you might want to call siteground and ask for a temporary lift on your memory.

    Hello! I am currently trying to verify my domain ownership for google apps. A step I have to do is to place an html code in the theme of my site.

    instructions via this page:

    I have my special code and I understand in general what it is asking. But I cant find where in the virtue theme editor to place the code, I looked under each templates category and there is no <head> + <body> tags in the layout code… that I am able to find at least.

    Any help would be awesome and much appreciated.

    Are you having crashing?

    I have tested with multiple internet speeds and different mobile devices using safari and mobile chrome. Not once has your site crashed for me. I’ve tried clicking the filter as soon as possible and still nothing crashed. My suggestion above was only a guess for why you would be experiencing this.

    Can you tell me anything else about your set up that I might be able to see this crash? Are you logged in while on mobile? Are you on a slow wifi or using say 4g?

    and you gave me a code a while back to align the title of 2 menus in the center of them on my footer.

    i believe this is the code you gave me

    now to get the second menu to align with the first, i had to add the shortcode ” [space size=”30px”] ” to the top of the second menu… and it looks great on all platforms except the mobile devices.. it adds unnecessary space between the two since they align one on top of the other..

    i guess my question is, is there any way to have that shortcode “display none” for mobile devices? or is there another solution you would recommend?

    I shut the image flip off because it crashes an reloads mobile browsers….I want to use the image flip and its okay that it doesnt work on all browsers however I cant use it because crashes them…It just doesnt wor which is okay but it crashes and makes website unusable not just image flip not wrking but crashes entire site….I have 2 MAJOR problems that are preventing me from doing business on mobile devices 🙁

    Hi Ben…Thank you for your reply….Yes I am very advanced with computers and understand Cache….It crashes all browsers..Firefox and Safari…Its basically useless on mobile devices because no one can filter my items and click catagories…Go to my site then click the shop page then click filter and quickly pick a category then browser crashes…Crashes 9 out of 10 times..I want to advertise my products but cant because why spend money advertising if 45% of my customers on mobile devices cant shop in my store :-(…Everyday this goes on I lose more and more money…Its a theme issue because the browser never crashes until you click filter and pick a category quickly….Thank you for any help.

    I am trying to make a home page which has the first post big with summary (like on the Blog List Summary sample page) and then have the next posts in two columns (Like on the Blog Grid – Two Colums sample page). It would then look something like the front page for this website

    I can get the two columns look by using the shortcode “blog_grid orderby=date items=-1 columns=2” in pagebuilder but I have not found any shortcode or way to get the on column look at top.

    Is there any way for me to get this look?

    Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked for me. I am adding the Home Icon Menu to my front page, but the selection of icons to be added is not as broad. It would be really nice if you could add all existing FontAwesome icons to it. The menu won’t appear if I don’t select an icon from the dropdown box, but the Money icon which I want to use is not included and the plugin/shortcodes does not help me with this. The website is: https://www.eljardinvegano.com/retail, you can see I have used the icon “credit” in the meantime instead of the “money” icon. I would appreciate any other suggestion to be able to use that icon =)

    Thanks for responding Ben. The calendar should have a hover state when not mobile – and black dots representing events with mobile media queries. However if you go to the site you see that there is no hover state at full width.

    I have all the default settings set for The calendar and no custom code. I suspect it may be a JavaScript conflict but I have no console errors. Tribe was able to reproduce the error which the first link shows-but there is no fix so I was hoping you guys might see something obvious. I appreciate your time! Hp

    Really want most of the Demo 1 features, layouts and set-up.

    1. However we like the center orientation of the Logo in Demo 2,

    2. Then flank logo on both sides our menu buttons: shop, Contact, etc…

    3. We’d like to retain the top bar in demo 1 which displays: My Account, Buy Here, Your Cart, Search.

    4. Like to retain the Home Page Slider as is in Demo 1.

    Rest of the site mimicking Demo 1

    We have Demo 1 uploaded.

    What is the most efficient way in which to achieve the above?

    Ok, so with the Kadence Slider it’s different. This whole time I thought you were talking about the slider in the theme options using the free theme.

    With the Kadence Slider you do this in the theme options. You create two differnet sliders then add them through the theme options > home slider. Using the shortcode option.

    In the shortcode box you would add this: [:en][kadence_slider id=”94″][:sr][kadence_slider id=”176″]

    And then you can set up each slider how you want. Check your site now to see what I mean.

    Hello,

    I moved my site from a sub-directory into the root directory of my hosting and everything went fine with the exception of this error message I get at the top of the site above the header.

    “Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in D:Hosting8836724htmlwp-contentthemesvirtue_premiumthemeoptionsincclass.redux_filesystem.php on line 132”

    Can you help me fix this?

    Where does one find where to add/change the icon image that shows next to your website name when users bookmark your page? I added one ages ago with my old site and it still shows up when I bookmark my new site. It is the wrong color, so I would like to locate it and change it. Just not sure how to find it. Any tips on locating it?

    Hey guys I have found multiple issues both here and on TCE’s site in regards to a mobile version showing on full screen which disables the hover feature on the month view. I only found this response to Virtue in particular, but no further updates.

    I will most likely disable the month view if there is not an easy solution. Here is the site:
