Hello, I bought the virtue theme pro and used your demo content. I added a plugin called “wp-members” as we are a business only selling to businesses. I cannot get the login/logout/My Account to work correctly. It’s not directing me to the correct page and does not say logged out when logged in and visa versa. It would be nice if the “My account” at the top menu had a drop down box for edit account, cart, logout. Or something like that. I do not know how to add hooks or anything like that. I’m not sure if you have time for a phone call but let me know if you do, it would be much faster. Our temporary site is robertsdisplays.net. Please advise, thanks!

No, and the css that is there is only really for the demo. As soon as you start editing the site you don’t need to demo stuff becuase it’s all to make things that are part of the demo work, like this page: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/icons/
There is css to show those icons in a box like that but on your site do you need it?
I don’t think your missing anything by loosing the demo css.

I am having a little trouble building one of the pages for our website. I am using the Fullwidth Page Template but it is not a TRUE full width as it is held within a container. Is there a page template that can be added to get around this? Unfortunately I don’t know enough about CSS to create the template myself.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

1) When I have picture flipping enabled (Which I know does not work in all browsers) then go to my shop page on a mobile device the page crashes and reloads in an endless loop.
2) When on my shop page on a mobile device if I click filter then immediately pick category the browser crashes…If you wait about 30 seconds after hitting the filter button before selecting category then it wont crash….but no one is going to wait 30 seconds to select a category…Selecting a category should take less than one second.
My website is ExpertOutfit.com and these issues were found to exist in the mobile browser Chrome and Safari from an iPhone 6 plus….Thank you for any help…regards, Alan

billing — fieldsWhat I would like to do is have the billing details display from the top left, and have the player details display on the top right, my concern being that the page is too long and this is why I would like this done.

I originally tried that but it wouldn’t allow me to ‘write over the top of the pic.’ Therefore, I went with someone else’s suggestion and put in an html code that allows writing over the top but now it won’t cover the entire home page. Do you know of any work arounds?
For example: http://www.pausethemoment.com – I LOVE his website. I am trying to duplicate his home page (obviously with my own pic and wording). Any recommendations? It seems so simple but I can’t get it. Ugh….

1) We can rename the slug “portfolio” is nice getting better URL of appearance. So I slug “portfolio-type” also want to rename the “(sample)-type”.
2) I want to match the URL of single-portfolio in the notation of breadcolumn, “*Login to see link of the way.

All blogs arriving in my email inbox from my website have the following problems. Is this a wordpress issue or a Pinnacle one?
1. no photo. Can that change?
2. the title and subtitle are pretty far apart and different colors, which makes it harder to know they go together. Can that change?

Unfortunately my site is still on local host so I can’t link to it. However, I set the hard crop to off and it fixed the ratio stuff on home page and the main blog page post list! Thank you! I’m now very happy with the home page and the large blog list pictures.
The only other big thing is the little square ones on the recent post list. Is there anything I can do about putting different images in there without having to have the larger images square or centre focused? I guess its not a big deal really, I’m just kind of picky! I don’t know if what I want is too complicated to put into a child theme, I know it’s not a custom css job.
Anyway, thanks again for the hard crop advice, that really has made a huge difference.

In forum: Virtue Themeok, the landing page template is great. As soon as I rename the file to something else it brings back the header, footer and sidebar. Any way around this? This will be an issue since I’ll need to create more than one landing page on my site.

There is a way of going about this, it’s just not how the theme is designed or the intent. And to be clear it’s one of the differences with the virtue theme where there is a built in option for this.
The difficultly comes from how the header works with the page title background stretching up behind the logo and menu. The calculations for that and the header height are all set for the logo and menu to run in the same area.
So to be clear you can’t have a shrink header and have the logo above the menu. If you post a link to your site I can help you with css for how this could work.

Can you post a link to your site? I need to see how you have your home page blog set up.Also in the theme options > blog settings. Make sure “Hard Crop excerpt images to the same height.” is turned off.

no, it says that the folder already exists. the only way to do it at the moment is to delete the theme and then reinstall and then activate. All my sites using the Pinnacle them are refusing to update unless i do the above, which is a long winded process. Are you looking at fixing the issue so that we can update as normal?

I’m looking at your site and if your adding prices inclusive of taxes then no other taxes should be showing correct? It’s part of the product price?

The prices in the webshop are displayed excluding tax, whilst I have selected “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” on the Woocommerce>Settings>Tax page. After switchin to No, saving the changes, then selcting Yes again and saving the changes the prices are displayed correctly again. I have noticed this a few days ago, I corrected it but every now and then it keep switching back to the state where there are no taxes displayed (even if they are set to be displayed in the back office).
