The closer I look at it I can now see that my website is creating Search Bars in my body and footer area that should no exist for any reason at all. I have new registration pages I’m trying to make work and I’m experiencing this on both pages. One is a plugin and one is just wordpress registration. Any advice?

Hello, I am currently trying to design my register page for my website. It works fine on desktop but on mobile everything is jumbled up and nothing is clickable. I took away my custom Profile Fields in hopes of making it less jumbled. It looks better now, but still nothing is clickable on mobile. I even tried a registration page made by a plugin and experienced the same problem. My only guess is that it could be my font. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you post a link to your site? I don’t know that plugin or what it’s adding. Might be able to tell you want it’s doing to break the menu if I can see a link.

Hello,

I recently built a new site using Virtue Theme to replace a customer’s old site. The old site and the new site are still fairly similar with the main differences being an updated design for mobile/responsive, and an easier to manage platform.

Here’s my issue…

The new site’s galleries perform HORRIBLY compared to the old site.

Here is one of the galleries in question on the new site (still in dev):

Here is its counterpart on the old (currently live) site:

The images are the same in both galleries, yet the old gallery page loads almost instantly, where the new one takes quite some time just to reach the point where it starts loading gallery images at all, and it takes awhile beyond that to actually populate the whole page. (These galleries contain hundreds of images.)

Both the old and new site are running on the exact same physical server – and the uploaded image files are EXACTLY the same files in both places – so I know the difference is not hardware/bandwidth/server-related.

Another quick question I have for you is this, “Where in the file system are the uploaded images for a Virtue Gallery located, since these images do not show in media manager?”

Any help, advice, constructive feedback, or suggestions on optimization/performance would be appreciated.

i have done several tests activating and desactivating plugin to find out the one which generate this issue.
i found it, and this is one necessary for my site : WPDM download manager developped by http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com
each time i activate, the mobile menu doesn’t not working.
Any idea on your side and how you can support me on this issue ?

For 5. You have a stretched row in side a grid inside a grid. It’s not like your other pages. I think you can remove the stretched row. But if you want to override and leave your internal stretched row you can use this css:

.panel-grid:last-child .siteorigin-panels-stretch, .panel-grid:only-child .siteorigin-panels-stretch {

I have created a drop down menu on the site I’m building using the Virtue theme and I would like to have one of the drop down catagories to be a link to another website. At the moment when I click on the drop down menu heading it bring up a page but I don’t want that. Just want to to automatically go to another site.

Is this possible and if so can someone please help?

I also don’t see it on your site. It looks like your using super cache so every time you make a change you will have to clear the cache in your super cache settings.

Hi,

I would like the appearance of my mobile menu to change.

Currently it’s a fulf bar, with “Menu” on the left and the menu icon on the right.

I would like it to only be a box with the icon in it, and to appear on the left if possible.

I like the style on *Login to see link and *Login to see link

Also, can I change the colour of the menu icon? I’ve tried changing basic stylig colours, but none seem to affect the menu icon.

If I need to, can I change the type :Menu” to be all uppercase?

Sorry my site is on the local server at the moment.
