    Hey Peter, do you mind posting a link to your site?

    If I do the following in the memo (and my own) site, the result isn’t really what I want:

    Open Search on and enter, lets say, “customers”
    The pre-view picture is a pencil on a grey background.

    Not really what I’m looking for….

    Is there some way to either:
    a) Set some kind of preview picture, or
    b) get rid of the picture totally (sure, I could replace it with a clear 1×1 pixel gif…..?)

    And while we’re at it: Is there some way to format the rest of the results page?
    Especially the length and/or content of the preview text.

    You would just need to use the category id. I can’t say what it is without seeing the site. You would add the css to your custom css box in theme options.
    Let me know when your site is live and I can help futher.

    Hi all,

    I’m trying to import the example data into my site, and I’m getting the following error:
    “Sorry but your import failed. Most likely, it cannot work with your webhost. You will have to ask your webhost to increase your PHP max_execution_time (or any other webserver timeout to at least 300 secs) and memory_limit (to at least 196M) temporarily.”

    I tried to find the place to change the values, but I couldn’t found them, Could you please help with this issue?

    Thanks,

    David Ramriez

    Hi Hannah, our website is on a local server right now… Is there a css code that can go in the page builder attributes section for that gallery?

    #48193

    I am not a CSS programmer and I think I need a css fix; The site I’m working on (www.chicagolandwatersolutions.com) has a table at the bottom of the home page, and the 1 PX border shows up fine around all the cells in Firefox and Chrome, but I can’t get it to appear in IE 11 (or Windows 10 Spartan either). Any ideas? Tearing hair in Chicago (as the Grateful Dead lose it naturally downtown)…

    Hey Kerry,
    If you have the head content set to none in theme options > blog options then in your actual post edit page under Standard Post Options set Head Content to Site Default. Does this work for you?

    Thanks for responding to hannahs question. Can you check through what I asked? With no images loading on your site portfolio or otherwise I’m wondering if this may be a permissions issue with the uploads folder? Have you tried contacting your host?

    So sorry to keep bugging you but when I try to activate: Virtue/Pinnacle toolkit plugin, I get this:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kad_accordion_shortcode_function() (previously declared in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/st/_b/o_/st-bo.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium/lib/kad_shortcodes/general_shortcodes.php:33) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/st/_b/o_/st-bo.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/shortcodes.php on line 20

    I suspect this is why my site is having some bugs – all non native plugins are deactivated.

    I still can’t get your site to load. I’m seeing quite a few jquery errors on the backend of your site. I would start by deactivating plugins one by one test.

    Hello,
    I have a problem with the custom tabs in my products. I do not know why (I did not change anything), but right now no custom tabs is showing in my products pages. In product settings they are all activated and, as I said, I did not changed anything.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    I tried to use the Lightbox on the images on our site.

    How can I add the lightbox feature? I also tried to disable/enable “Turn Off Theme Lightbox?”.
    Thank you for your help!

    Thanks Ben, just to add the analytics stopped on multiple sites on the same day 23rd of June. However, I have at least 2 that are still working.

    1. Is it possible to have a different background for my site when it is viewed with a mobile device or on a desktop machine?

    – Yes, possible with custom css, There isn’t a built in option for this through.
    2. Hard to know without a link. try this:

    @media (max-width: 768px){
    body{
    background-size: 100% 100% !important;
    }
    }

    So I saw somebody ask this question for the Virtue theme, but I couldn’t find any posts specifically regarding the Pinnacle Premium theme…

    Is it possible to have a different background for my site when it is viewed with a mobile device or on a desktop machine? I have a very large graphic on my site, which looks great on desktop computers. On mobile devices, however, the image is way too large — it basically only shows a portion of the image and that looks bad. I want the image to fill the whole background; I don’t care if it’s skewed out of proportion, I just need it to fill the screen with the entire image. It seems like the best solution at this point might be to use a different background entirely for mobile devices that is much smaller.

    The current settings for my background image are: No Repeat, Fixed, Cover, Center Center. I’ve played around with all of the settings for the theme, there doesn’t seem to be a way to get the image to stretch correctly on both desktop and mobile devices that I can find.

    The interesting thing is I can get the image to do what I want on pages I manually code with the following CSS code: “background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: 100% 100%;”. I’ve tried manually targeting the <body> element with this CSS code, but for some reason that isn’t working on pages generated by the Pinnacle Premium theme. The image fills most of the screen, but some parts of the screen, particularly the footer, seem to fall outside of those boundaries.

    I am wondering what the recommended solution is for handling this problem? Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you!
