ok, Now I change to use home layout, the products align horizontal is ok.
But they do not fill the page horizontally as default.

I want it to show 4 products in one row full width.

Hey Guys,

I am very new to WordPress and have been developing my site for some time now. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a logo issue I am having. When uploading my logo the previous existing Virtue Logo, does not seem to disappear. Instead both logos appear at the same time, with my logo being in front. I have tried using different sizes of the same logo but does not help.

If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate any assistance!!

Hey Guys,

This likely means your hosting server doesn’t have a mail server setup for the site. You can manually set one up using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

The widget is part of woocommerce you can’t change the words unless you edit woocommerce.

You should make a new dev site that is a copy of your site with it’s own database. This is a good plugin to help : https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Hey,

Just to add, lets go through the two options:

a. Ok what part of that are you having trouble with? For example do you not know where to place this text? I can see you’ve added “CLICK ON EVENT BOX FOR MORE INFORMATION”

Or do you know how how to add a link to the text?

b. You can add products without pricing and they don’t have to have purchase options. You wrote “(I really like the turning animation of featured products)” That is only possible with products.

Else if you want the link to go directly to a pdf and not a different page in the site then you should not use products. If that is the case then use the custom carousel in the theme options > home layout.

Thanks for your help but I have another problem now. I use safari so I turned the file back into a zip file and tried
to upload it but got this message

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

Destination folder already exists. /usr/local/pem/vhosts/182814/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-87997/htdocs/wp-content/themes/virtue/

Theme install failed.

Not sure where to go from here would appreciate any help you can give me.

Hi,
I have a couple of issues to fix for the mobile version of my website *Login to see link .
My logo will never appear correctly on an smartphone (it is ok for tablets, though).
Is there a way to load a different logo image for smartphones? It could actually have the same size, but the image itself would be different.

HI Hannah

I have locked my main url (idtracksolutions.com) with the Under Construction plugin. Since you asked I created a subdomain (dev.idtracksolutions.com)and duplicated the site so I can give access to others. The problem now is that I don’t know how to disable the plugin for the dev url while keeping it on for the main url. I should say when duplicating the site to the dev sub domain I did not bother importing the database because I don’t care if the changes in the dev site is reflected in the main site. Could that be the problem?

Right now, I can access the main site when I am logged into the WP-admin but not the dev site even if I am logged in. I need to keep the main site loced and accessible by password ony (as it is now) but have the dev site open to public.

How can this be done?

I am using the virtue premium. I’d like to do the following, preferably all in the header; area but I am running into issues. I appreciate any help I can get.

1-I’d like to have the site tag line to the right of logo (rather than below). I tried to work around this by using a text widget in the header but doing so has a couple of problems. 1) I don’t know how to position the widget where I want it (to the right and aligned with the center of the logo). I have no control over the font size and color of the widget either. Basically I’d like to have control over the positioning of the widget to put it anywhere in the header area. 2) The other problem is that adding the widget in the header pushes my primary menu down out of the header area and into the slider area. If all this clutters the header area I can have my menu in the secondary navigation but it seems I have no control over spacing and positioning of the menu items in the secondary navigation as I do with the primary.

2-Have phone, email and social media all the way at the right side of the header (right adjusted). When I add the Vcard widget, it centers in the middle of the header area which I don’t like. Can I have multiple widgets in the header and position them anywhere I like?

You have the right, as always…I tested my site on my friends iPhones (5, 6, 6+)…and by them my site does not crash, only by me 🙁 ….I do not understand, my Iphone is brand new…For my side this case is closed..
