I have just purchased the Virtue Premium theme but I am having problems uploading the theme.

When I downloaded the theme after purchase it is showing as a large folder in my downloads file and I can’t see any zip folder.

Can you give me steps to follow for uploading or to manually upload via ftp please.

I haven’t been able to find anything on your website so if there is something can you point me in the right direction

I have once seen on the Virtue Theme site a document describing how to style and to use typography but I can’t find it again. The document described f.i. that by using the shortcode [unoerdered_list style=”tick”] created a bullet in form of a check-mark.

Does anyone know where to find the document I’m looking for?

Hi I’ve recently uploaded a background image into the body of my website. Even though the image is 1200x 830 its still only reaching 3/4 of the screen. Could someone tell me how to center this image.

Hi,

I updated my Theme a few days back, and have just noticed a problem with my fonts – I’m guessing it’s related but can’t be sure. I have all my headings set as ‘Lato’, (which I think was the default), but everything is suddenly displaying Times New Roman? It looks horrid, and I can’t figure out a way to change it back. I’ve tried reselecting and saving Lato, but it doesn’t change anything.

I’m guessing Lato was a font supplied within the theme, as it isn’t in my system Font Book?

Any help getting it back would be appreciated.

Hi,

I’ve recently installed the Pinnacle Premium theme. It’s a fantastic theme! However, I would like to make one specific change that I cannot figure out. As it is now, my Portfolio posts and Blog posts use the same Category and Tag taxonomies. However, when I view the Archives page for a certain tag, only Blog posts show up there. The Portfolio posts seem to be ignored. Is there some way I can make the default Tag and/or Category archive page link show both Portfolio and Blog post-types that share the taxonomy that is being queried?

If I can make that alone happen, I’d be happy.

…If that function can be extended, I might as well ask… I’ve also installed the “Media Library Assistant” plugin, which allows for my Media files to also share the default Category and Tag taxonomies. Is there a way to make the default Tag and/or Category archive page link show ALL items that are using a given taxonomy tag? I basically want visitors to my site to be able to see all content that is associated with a certain tag or category by clicking the links that WordPress automatically generates in their browser. I don’t care if it’s a Blog, Portfolio, Media item, or some other kind of post type. I want it all visible to the default Tag/Category archives pages.

Tag cloud widgets do correctly show the Portfolio tags that I’ve used, but when clicking the links for those tags the screen that comes up basically says nothing found, unless there happens to be a blog post with that tag as well. I thought that was curious, since obviously some part of WordPress was acknowledging that the tags were used with non-Blog posts, but other parts were ignoring it…

I might also mention that I’ve got the “Search Everything” plugin installed, which changes the search engine to show all possible items that match a search query, including media items and their tag information. That’s bringing me closer to the broad-sweeping accessibility that I want, but I’m not quite all the way there yet…

Any help on this would be immensely appreciated!

Hi Jessika,
I can’t see your site because it’s on maintenance mode. Gravity forms should work fine with Pinnacle. Have you tried deactivating other plugins?

I don’t have the site live – but here’s a url picture of what it looks like. I used the custom carousel pinnacle widget on home page layout. Also, I’m trying to change the background color behind the carousel and not sure how. I’m only want the home page background color to be changed, and not any other pages.

Hello,

I bought the Pinnacle theme recently. When I installed later on Gravity Form plugin, I had an internal server error (500). Same thing with Ninja Form plugin. When I reverted to the default theme, I had no issue activating Gravity Form, so I presume the problem is with the Pinnacle theme.

Could it be possible the problem is with Pinnacle Contact form that somehow interfere with other form plugins?

Now should I try reactivating Pinnacle or this will result in a site malfunction?

Hey Christina,
I took a look and your using the plugin wp super cache on your site. This is a different cache from the hostgater cache and as long as you use it you will have to navigate to the settings > wp super cache > click the easy tab and delete the cache after every change you make.

I strongly recommend you turn the cache off while you are developing. (note that disabling in your admin > plugins page will not turn the plugin off) you have to go to the plugin settings and turn the plugin off. don’t just try disabling or deleting the plugin.

Are you sure this is not just an issue with your phone? What browser? Is there a specific place you can’t zoom?

OK…I have some things figured out with your help. Now I move on to part 2, setting up the actual featured products section. I would like it to look like this websites Featured Products section (the animation part).

Questions:
What is this component called?
How do I set it up with specific information?
Do I have to have this information in my “store” or can I set it up just to view the information flyer? (we don’t allow “purchase” of trips on our website, only donations.
