    Hi all,

    I am using the latest version of Pinnacle Premium, and WordPress. The client has requested that the site remains in maintenance mode and thus I can’t include a URL that would be of any service to explaining the issue. I have run into a roadblock when attempting to create full bleed pages. I am using the Page Builder template with the premium theme.
    I can not get rid of the small, thin white lines above and below the content areas. Each of the rows is set to “full width” and I have also tried “full width stretched” to no avail.

    Please see the following image to illustrate:

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

    Hello,

    Can you give me a way to change the next/previous background colour please? I am happy with hover but it’s the odd grey it starts with that just doesn’t fit. This is the site:

    And I tried altering site wide grays but it just affected the text on top….not the background colour.

    many thanks

    Nic

    This is probably so easy it’s pathetic, or maybe it’s a Woo Commerce only question. I’d like to change the name of the “Additional Information” tab on the product page. It’s long and I only want to include the size information.

    Or I’d like to remove it completely from the page.

    I’m wanting to send my log-in info since the site isn’t up yet, but I don’t see the “private” checkbox.

    Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hello support team,

    I’m building a webshop with your Virtue Pro theme and Woocommerce. The website has to meet certain legislation regarding the placement of cookies. It states that I have to ask the users’ permission to place analytical cookies, apart from any functional cookies. Can you please inform me about the cookie policy of your template? Or is this a setting that is not controlled by the template at all?

    Best regards!

    Hi

    I am having some problems with the checkout page, basically when i fill out all the required information on the page (name, add, email, etc.)
    The box below with payment options is not un”grayed”.
    I was told that this might be a theme issue, i am currently using the virtue theme on a woo-commerce site.

    any thoughts will be much appreciated.

    Cheers
    Kenni

    Yes by adding the robots.txt you did that would have stopped google from searching your site.

    Hi Hannah,
    Thanks for the quick reply! My site is at lesleydumbrell.com
    I have read through the instructions on the web site and I can’t see any reference to the fact that you need the premium theme in order to see the grid. I wish it had been made more clear as I would have saved myself some time. Ben, thanks for your comments… to put your mind at rest, I actually have the premium theme. I paid for it so I could join the forum.
    My new problem is, when I installed the premium theme it obliterates everything. is there a way to stop that?
    thanks

    You had a function in your child theme and you had incorrectly tired to set up a font in the revolution slider font. Once I fixed both your user added issues the site seems to work.

    on the second question, what i have if you look at my site is the menu bar and sub pages in the drop down for recipes. i would like to be able to write a post (recipe) and tag it i guess to have it go to different pages in the drop down menu, it might be a chicken side dish that i would like to go to both chicken and sides pages that i have created.

    Thanks Ben, I managed to get rid of the latest post element. Will spend a few more hours trying to set up the email. Biggest headache so far as the smtp plugins don’t want to work, have tried three versions and none want to work. Loving your site builder though.

    Thanks Ben,

    On the smtp issue I have downloaded the plugins for the smtp issue. The wordpress site is hosted on yahoo. Does the email settings have to relate to the yahoo email or can we use another email set up ie gmail?

    On issue two ( home page set up ) the site is http://timniallharris.com/

    Any help will be great. Spent the some hours trying to fix the smtp issue and no joy.

    the demo 4 is using the basic header with shrink (theme options > main settings… header style). Your site is using a standard header so it’s going to be totally different..

    Here is some custom css code though that may get what you want. Just add in your theme options > advanced settings.

    nav#nav-main {
        margin: 0 !important;
    }
    #nav-main ul.sf-menu > li > a {
        padding:50px 20px;
    }

    You would need to know some php. Resources would be a php course or online training… At that point you may want to just hire a developer to create a more custom site if your wanting to change a lot of things.
