    Hello!

    I searched and could not find this topic and hope you can help. I was wondering how to make the hover/active background color spread over the whole height of the menu as in demo 4 (

    You can see my site here:

    As you can see the hover background just surrounds the words.

    Thank you.

    thank you.

    what do you suggest that I use to create an ebook to sell on my site? ibooks, indesign or something else? any kind of formatting issues to attach it to my site for sale?

    Hi I’m using Pinnacle theme on my website and I’d like to know if it’s possible to set the staff page so that it’s organized in five columns.
    In the staff page options I con only choose from two, three or four columns. Is it possible to change it to five columns using some code?

    Thanks in advance.

    or is there another way to do it that you recommend?

    I still cant seem to get it to verify, how do i find the <head> section of my home page?

    Hi,

    I’m having problems with my home page not showing the following layout items: Icon Menu, Latest blog posts, Home Widget Area. I can see all of them on my desktop site and on my mobile site. Other people have tested my site and some see them on their desktop and others don’t. When using Google Webmaster Tools and the Fetch/Render utility, Google bots can’t see these items on Desktop view, but can see them on their Mobile view. I have tried deactivating each of my plugins one by one and running the Fetch/Render and I keep getting the same results. I will also say that the Fetch/Render for both is giving me a list of 20+ resources that are blocked. Not sure what this means.

    Do you have any solutions for getting my home layout to consistently show up for Google?

    Thanks!

    ok, I see your mobile menu on your site? Are you not seeing it?

    Your adding this in the tagline: *********************************************************************

    Which is really not a good idea because that isn’t responsive and will just break the mobile layout of your site.

    Also you seem to have set the mobile menu color to white. You might want to make it darker so you can see it easier.

    Hey,
    There is a theme option for changing the mobile menu background in the theme options > advanced styling.

    Can you post a link to your site so I can see what your css is doing.

    Hey,
    1. The issue with hotmail was site specific. Hotmail was blocking one guys site but that isn’t a theme issue. That has to do with the site and being black listed by hotmail.
    Your email issue likely has to do with you not having an email server set up for your wordpress site. I’ve posted in the other topic with some fixes.

    2. In your theme options > home layout. What do you have enabled? Can you post a link to your site?

    Hey,
    1. Sorry no you can’t make a carousel two columns on mobile without creating your own carousel and javascript to support it.

    2. I don’t see an icon menu on your site?

    3. I don’t know what “silver show” is?

    4. The typography settings for the secondary menu are set in the theme options > menu settings. But you have set the menu to be on either side of the logo so you won’t have a secondary menu just two primary one on the left and one on the right.

    Hey tim,
    Thanks for writing. In the future it’s easier if you post in your own topic rather then a resolved topic. When they are marked as resolved we can miss that someone put something new in.

    Your issue sounds like you don’t have a mail server set up for your wordpress site. Some hosts don’t set this up by default and it’s on you to manually do. I don’t know who your with but based on what your saying that seems the most likely.

    You can manually set up the smtp mail server for your wordpress site using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

    You just need to know your email account info for the site your using.

    You can also contact your host and talk with them about email options on your server.

    Hello, guys,
    I think this is a bad error ’cause most of the time this theme is used on business purposes – so with me.

    When checking my products with Google Structured Data I still get errors on product elements such as price and availability.

    Google says that this wrong:

    <div class="price ">
    <span class="amount">0,99&nbsp;&euro;</span>
    <meta itemprop="price" content="0.99" />
    <meta itemprop="priceCurrency" content="EUR" />
    <link itemprop="availability" href=" /

    Read this on handling the error:

    It should be more like this:
    <div class="price" itemprop="offers" itemscope="" itemtype="
    <span class="amount">0,99&nbsp;&euro;</span>
    <meta itemprop="price" content="0.99" />
    <meta itemprop="priceCurrency" content="EUR" />
    <link itemprop="availability" href=" />

    Spot the difference? It’s the first line. There is stuff missing.
    Now Google does not complain and the site looks still the same.

    I can see that there is a file that should do this:
    wp-contentthemesvirtue_premiumwoocommercesingle-productprice.php

    But somehow this file is never called – at least not with my newest version of the theme. When searching for “price.php” there is no include nor require with this file.

    But of course I may still be wrong. If so than please correct me.

    1. In your page that you have made the “portfolio grid” make sure you are not using a permalink of “portfolio” having more then one page with “portfolio” causes a conflict. just make the page permalink projects or something else.

    2. No what you set for one specific page doesn’t set anything for the site. To change the navigation on the top right to use a different rotation structure you would have to use a child theme and edit the singe-portfolio template.

    Hi Cheung,
    You have a 400 error on your site which could be causing the fullwidth menu to float off the page. Try deactivating plugins one by one to test. Let me know if the issue remains.

    #44468

    Hi Belinda,
    I’m a bit confused.

    on only one of them the blog posts won’t show on the blog page if the ‘show all blog posts’ option is selected

    I’m seeing blog posts on both sites?

    and I had selected to show images, and there seemed to create a bug which makes all content invisible.

    Do you mean you want images to show above each post on the blog page? Have you set featured images for your posts? What do you mean by all content visible?
    Sorry for not understanding…

    Hi Matevz,
    I’m seeing the same look on your website and the “how it should look” page. What browser are you using? If it is working fine on Virtue Premium there is no reason for it not to be working on Pinnacle Premium. Do you have different plugins installed on these sites? Could be that one is conflicting on the Pinnacle site, but again, I’m not seeing this.

    Hi Hannah,
    Hi I just installed Virtue Premium to GoDaddy managed WordPress site. In Themes Option/Home Layout, I enabled icon menu, on sale products, portfolio carousel, but in the site, on sale products is missing. Please help.

    #44421

    Hey, so you bought Virtue Premium theme, correct? Or did you buy Pinnacle ( http://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-premium/ ) ? The second page you linked to is our homepage so I’m not sure what you mean. I think the issue is that you have yet to install demo content. If you’re wanting the site style two layout you can use the Kadence Importer plugin and import all the demo content. See here- https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-themes-demo-content/
    Is that what you mean?
