Thanks so much for your quick response Ben! The link to my website is the following: theroadtripofalifetime.com. I see the widgets on my page but but when I click on them they do not take me to my social media pages. I went to the widget section under appearance and still couldnt figure out how or where to activate them. In regards to the Blog and Portfolio issue once you visit my website and go to the Menu to try to access the Blog and Portfolio pages you’ll see you have to make a choice and click on either one of the three different options for Portfolio and two for Blog to access it.

Hey, Thanks for posting!
In terms of social media. You make it sound like there are already links on your site? can post a link to your site so I can see what you want to edit? Likely you have a widget in one of your widget areas. You can access that from your appearance > widgets page.
As for the blog pages, or a portfolio page. You wrote “instead of having to chose every single time” but for most sites they would only have one blog page and one portfolio page, maybe two portfolio pages but because of the nature of those types of archives it isn’t really something you should have to set a lot or on a regular basis.
You can set the archive defaults in your theme options. But for pages using the custom page templates you set those when you create the pages. Does that make sense?

Also I’m wondering if there is a way to pick one default “Portfolio” and “Blog” style option to be visible when visiting the website both on a mobile and computer, instead of having to chose every single time between from grid, post, and mosaic for Porfolio, and photo and mosaic for the Blog.Thanks a bunch!

There is no attempt to do an overhanging logo yet as I don’t know how to do it.
The current top bar has to be reduced to 70px in height and an overhanging (new) logo added 230w x 120h px
very similar to tweedbarbers.com, keeping the non-overhanging area as slider-scene viewable.The virtue website is:

Hi, I’ve just started using Kadence Blocks on a new website and it’s been a little bit of a learning curve, but not too bad. But, so far I haven’t figured out how to create a carousel for some products/features I’m wanting to highlight. Currently, I’m using the infobox block, inside a row, but I would like all of the infoboxes to be in a slider/carousel type set up. Am I overlooking something or is there a work around for now?

In forum: Ascend ThemeHi there. Our team has been having some issues lately with the featured image not showing up when trying to post a blog article externally on say Facebook or LinkedIn.
We use the All-In-One SEO pack which adds a widget to the bottom of all pages/posts and in there you can add an image for social. That’s fine doing that when we’re posting a blog but it’s super inconvenient to have to go back through all the websites we’ve built and add the featured image through the widget for every single page.
Have you run into this issue before or have any suggestions on how to get the featured image to pull through like it used to? Maybe a setting or a plugin?

I’m unable to reproduce still. Have you tried viewing the site on a different device to see if that makes a difference?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIt could be a conflict with a plugin and the old version of the theme. Or it could be a plugin in general. Though it’s weird your test site is not having this issue. Have you edited the core template files at all?
It’s amazing how updating alone can resolve so many issues. Let me know what your developer says.Hannah
