Hello Team Kadence! Is there a way to export/import the custom fonts? I have several custom fonts that I’ve added to the main site of a multisite install but I need to replicate it for all the subsites and am trying to find an easier way to handle that.
Side question: is there a way to make a multisite option that would apply to all the sites? Perhaps only show up in the multisite network admin section?
Thanks for your guidance on this!
Any chance you can post a login in a private reply? I’d like to see exactly how this is setup so I can test on my site.

Hi!
I am using the testimonial form to gather names of supporters who want to be displayed on the website. The only way I can think of to do this easily is with Testimonials. Is there a way to customize the form so that:
1. I can make some fields required.
2. I can add my own fields.
3. I can rearrange the fields.
4. Have the testimonial grid display an image only if there is an image.
5. It assigns a testimonial group (I want to create more than one set of testimonials)
Thanks!
Grace
Sorry, you had a nightmare with Site Origin. Let me know if I can help further!
Ben
Hey,
I’m taking a look now, the first thing I notice is that you are using a very old version of php. I strongly suggest contacting your hosting provider to ask them to update your php.
I was able to track down the issue. Thanks for reporting it, I added the fix to your site and it will be part of future updates.

Hey,
There isn’t a prebuilt for checkout.
When you want to create a checkout page you would just add the widgets under the checkout category. When you click “add widget” you will see the categories.
Yes, there are two plugins one for site origin and one for elementor, you should not be using both. Only one based on the page builder you are using.

Hi there.
Approaching completion of a complex Site using Ascend Premium (fab, as ever!).
The client has a number of BLOG Categories setup – but many may not have Posts initially (but it seems a shame to delete the Categories).
At the moment the empty Categories DO show up – which may lead to User disappointment – as several are empty (for now).
I found a setting on Theme Options which allows Categories WITH Posts to be hidden – but I can’t find a corresponding setting to hide EMPTY Categories?
Have I missed it – and if so, where is it?
Thanks so much,
John
Hi, i installed the Kadence Woo Template Builder plugin from this member page but i cannot find any checkout prebuild layout …i can find it for the category page, single product…but no for checkout page….
i see there are two plugin that do the same thing:
Kadence Woo Template Builder
Kadence Woocommerce Elementor Pro
but they are the first for site builder and the second for elementor pro?
thank you very much

Hi, I’m new to the Kadence Blocks…fist site I’ve done with this format. I have a row layout block and it has 2 small image overlay blocks on the left and 1 big overlay block on the right. They don’t match up in height at the bottom and I’m unsure how to adjust that. In the old Page Builder, I was able to adjust this, but think I need some help here.
The site is http://www.absolutessi.com
password: Absolutessi.com
At the bottom of the home page.
Sorry Ben:
It has been so long since I set that up I didn’t even think to look there.
I had such a nightmare experience trying to use Site Origin I am still a little hyper about things going wrong.
Hoping that with Kadence, Woo and Elementor I can have a functioning site that I can use.
Thanks for all of your help.
Cynthia
Hey,
You can remove the css but it won’t hurt anything on your live site in case you decide to change the order again.
I’m not sure what you mean? The short description is there, then follows the text you added to the “before” section in your smart bundle settings for the product.
I am using your shortcode button on a web page. The button is coded with a link to a page within my website. It seems like it should work, but the button is not finding my published website page. The page with the button code is not published yet. Am I missing something?

Hello,
Are you using the siteorigin wootemplates, or elementor wootemplates?
-Kevin
Hi Team,
On this site, the client has a wide logo and a secondary menu.
They have asked for a carousel of images across the top, above the wide logo. Initially just for the home page, but with the likelihood that this requirement will be extended to all pages in due course.
Previously you have guided me to a similar solution but on that one the display order was different. But I’ve been unable to modify that solution successfully to resolve this new requirement.
Please could you help?
Thanks,
Phil.
I see your running two caches on your site, both wp-fastest cache, and autoptimize. You really should only be using one caching plugin.
Did you clear both of them?
-Kevin
Hello,
You should be able to just change the amount of columns in that carousel from 1 to 3 to match the other site.
Does that work for you?
-Kevin
