I bought the theme for quite a long time. Now, I use the dash board to install theme on website but my dash board does not display the API Keys product.
What do I do?In forum: Ascend ThemeHi Ben,
I am getting an error message on the bottom of all pages just above the footer.

GaryIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Editing functions.php
Hello,
I am customizing the display functions of a plugin we’re using, The Events Calendar. A rep from The Events Calendar support team wrote a piece of code for me to add to our functions.php file. (The code is meant to eliminate some text fields from importing when I import entries from an external calendar using iCal.) I tried applying the code and unfortunately it did not work.
I got this error message: “Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”
Do you have any suggestions, or would it be possible for you to help me edit the functions.php file?
Thank you!
LizIn forum: Ascend ThemeDecember 12, 2018 at 3:13 pm #2105961. I don’t know what kind of backup doesn’t restore images so I can’t offer any suggestion other than resetting every image because I simply don’t know your server, or what they did when they “backed up” your site or what they did when they “restored” it.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHello,
I have the virtue:testimonial carousel widget in the footer of my site. I would like to remove the arrows from the top, or move them down to the bottom. Either way, but they are blocking the title.
Here is my site: http://37.60.235.233/~bachfest/
Thanks,
AveryIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Testimonial carousel custom css
In forum: Ascend ThemeI did a backup with an assistance of Dreamhost support after they found cause why my site is down. So it was no plugin.
I made the backup to 5 days earlier to predict the problem with cashing which wasn’t solved. As I see content backup is later version, where I installed new images instead of cashed with issues.MENU:
This is how left menu looks on the site.

You can also see the footer menu ight under the logo – which I didn’t put there.I’m still having this

Would you like me to deactivate your plugin that is overriding and destroying the image output?
Which plugin? Yes, please. I trust you to help me to return the site maximally to the state before this thread began.
If everything will work after that please deactivate plugin. In forum: Ascend ThemeDecember 12, 2018 at 12:09 pm #210564Hey,
Who are you using to backup your site? That should never happen where images are not there after a restore. Most every backup plugin would make sure this can’t happen.Yet I’m having left menu displayed incorrectly
Can you link to this and describe in more detail so I can help?
weird images position in the store
Would you like me to deactivate your plugin that is overriding and destroying the image output?

Hi Ben.
Thank you for the prompt reply.
After your post I revisited my settings and it looks like I was trying to use Product Loop:Image and Product Loop:Add to Cart instead of Product Gallery and Product Add to Cart.
The long hours instead of monitor took its toll.
Sorry for causing inconvenience.Thank you again.
Cheers!
In forum: Ascend ThemeDecember 12, 2018 at 11:46 am #210557I’m seeing that images are missing on your site as well:
https://www.weirdo.studio/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/poe_1-1-800×800.jpg
Almost like you are removing images through the server and not WordPress or through the media library while leaving the image connected to the product.
How is it that you’re images are missing from the server? how are you uploading and then somehow removing these images?
Dear all, i have this website *Login to see link , and i need to center allign the text search box and make that biger to complete the free spaces and keep the same size of the button search
In forum: Ascend ThemeDecember 12, 2018 at 11:43 am #210555You again have a plugin overriding and breaking all the images on your site. So with a login I would be more then happy to turn that plugin off.
In forum: Ascend ThemeDecember 12, 2018 at 11:41 am #210554Hey,
I’m looking at your error log. You show this error:PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_product_taxonomy()
But that is a defined function in woocommerce:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/wc-apidocs/source-function-is_product_taxonomy.html#40-47
Which means there your site is either not running woocommerce or is broken some other way.
Would you like to send me a login and I can view your settings?

December 12, 2018 at 10:37 am #210543Using a vpn I got around your country block to see your site.
You are getting this error:
You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
Make sure you only have one google maps plugin installed and then contact that plugins support to see if they can determine why they are loading the JS twice.

December 12, 2018 at 5:54 am #210523Hi there. I have a similar issue to this, where the uploaded logo to our site (via Appearance > Themes> Main Settings > Upload logo) capture-and-create.com is sent into the system with an HTTP address/URL etc. This is causing mixed content errors in our Woocommerce shop which flags as unsecure, even though we are an HTTPS site everywhere else.
Working with our host, we cannot work out how to upload a logo with https as it seems to be a non-editable field in the above logo upload path in the theme settings.
Can you advise on how to change this, please?
Thank you.
