Hello!
I am using the plugin WP Google maps on my site. After an update the maps are not showing. I figured it might has something to do with jQuery? Is there a way to fix this so the maps will be shown again?
The adress is: http://www.detvildagoteborg.se/aventyrsguiden
Thanks!

HI Ben
I’m so sorry this is a problem, hate to ask you and so sorry to bother you on your trip.
What happened was there were templates on the internet for this for KadenceYou were able to fix the templates way back, and they worked fine.
The templates they suggested that were supposed to work with Kadence didn’t work.”
HI Ben, Hannah and Kevin et al.I have a client that needs us to use EasyPropertyListings plugin to create a real estate site.
It has Virtue Templates, but they seem to be not working.https://easypropertylistings.com.au/support/topic/virtue-theme-for-wordpress-template-files/
these I remember you saying were not correct to work with the current virtue.I am using the official virtue child theme you provice, and copied them first into the templates folder, then that didn’t work, then into the child them folder, that didn’t work. Then I tried overwriting the plugin templates, that didn’t work.
Could you take a look? basically the virtue demo they show is perfect, we’re jsut trying to get there.

December 11, 2018 at 3:06 pm #210485Just to extend if your host is unable/unwilling to help you we can get your site back up with access to the server. And then tell you what on the server caused your site to fail. Most likely the server timed out while trying to update.

In forum: Ascend ThemeHi Ben,
it seems I had to backup my website since Kadence Woo Template Builder was conflicting with new WordPress and tonight my store page didn’t open because of
“Error 524: A timeout occurred”
Problems with cashing (this thread) began when I updated wordpress. Now I’d rather not touch anything before your check. Could you help me to put it in order?
Please find support team answer I highlited it screenshot:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pu4bmj6wtv12x1r/Screenshot%202018-12-11%2014.59.30.pngThis was the initial answer from hosting support after my website stopper to load at all:
https://www.weirdo.studio is now loading! Looks like the plugin kadence-woo-template-builde was causing a fatal php error, and as such needed to be deactivated for the site to load properly.
In a case like this, you may want to either update or delete and reinstall that plugin.
Below is the error that plugin was presenting, which you can also take to that plugins support team, to see if they can further illuminate what that error means or how you might avoid it in the future:

-DonnaIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Topbar Widget Causing Navigation Menu to go Haywire
Hello,
The maintenance mode is preventing access to your site. Can you please post a login in a private reply so that I can take a look at your current configuration?
Also, if possible can you please link to where you’re trying to emulate the pinnacle topbar?
Thanks,
KevinIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi Kadence,
I’ve been trying to figure out the topbar menu, but couldn’t really find much info/tutorial on it (to make it look like that of Ascend theme’s demo site topbar) and have been doing trial and error and becoming increasingly frustrated.
So my client wanted to have the text that says “Get $5 off your first order!” with a link to the Sign Up form. I managed to get it up by putting it in the layout builder within the topbar widget, but once I try to centralise vertically to the height of the topbar (by adding 3px top padding in the layout builder’s widget styles), my entire navigation menu goes off alignment as seen here.
The correct order should be “SHOP EVENTS & CATERING LOGO OUR STORY CONTACT”. Hopefully you can help me with this. Also I don’t really understand the use of the Topbar Icon Menu? I tried putting a “User” icon, but nothing appears. Pretty perplexed. Hope you can help me with this!
The website is *Login to see link , but is currently in maintenance mode, not sure if you’re able to access. Let me know if you need more info.
Thank you.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn forum: Ascend ThemeHi Ben,
unfortunately, I wasn’t able to keep site broken for all weekend thus I reloaded images and manually set the new product featured images.
If you don’t mind I will update you when/if the issue appears again. Though I hope not using Jetpack’s image optimization will help not to trigger this issue.
I have a couple of minors on the site to fix the nearest days so I’ll probably make a new ticket tomorrow.
Thanks a lot!

December 10, 2018 at 12:36 pm #210387The pagebuilder block if called siteorigin layout. That will open up pagebuilder inside of a block. As long as you have pagebuilder active it will be a block you can add.
If you would like to access through the old interface you can install the classic editor plugin and then view pagebuilder through that method.

December 10, 2018 at 10:57 am #210364I can’t recreate an error. You shouldn’t be using that template in the post loop widget from site origin but that is only because it’s designed to animate in so if you do use it you need to turn off animate in, in the theme options > misc settings. But still, that doesn’t have any effect on how many posts show. And just FYI I would suggest using the content.php template.
Please send a login to your site and I would be happy to take a look.

In forum: Virtue ThemeGood morning Hannah,
I don’t think so… The issue continues with the site saying, “Your cart is currently empty” with a [Return to Shop] button under it after I add an item to the cart. It’s off and on… On one computer it was acting normal and I tried it with both Firefox and Google Chrome, but on a different PC here, it did the same thing with both Fire and Google Chrome. Not sure what to do. I began adwords campaigns for this site 7 days and have not received a single sale, email, or a call from any shoppers.groomsring.com
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: screen resolution question
Hello,
the theme is responsive to it automatically rearranges content for different screen sizes. Regardless of the screen size, it will always adjust the content as necessary to make your site look good.
If you want to see what the site looks like in different resolutions, then you can simply resize your browser to the desired width, and preview what the site looks like on a screen of that size.
Hopefully that clears things up! Let me know if you have any further questions.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: screen resolution question
HI Ben and Hannah
I generally make my sites on my laptop and test for responsive. But I don’t test for different screen sizes.
My laptop is large, but when I test it on an online tester, like
*Login to see linkthey test at 1024, but I read that most people are on 1366×768
I just sent a url list of sites all kadence and aspire to a client for a big job, and hope they see them correctly. What is best practices now? Should I worry about smaller screen resolutions?
Thanks!
