2.) Yes, I have them both isntalled but still there are many “mysteries” to solve. “Short description” for a product is not displayed no matter what I try, the “Product List” on the Shop Page is only partly customizable. The “Tabs” are also not customizable (the aktive Tab is almost unreadable and I cannot change the color. Also the Tab contents are not customizable?

I will try to deacticate the Siteorgin Builder, maybe this solves some issues… looking forward to your suggestions.

Hi Herald,

1. In Theme Options > Shop Archive Settings you can set “Show add to cart button only on hover” to “Off”.

2. The Kadence WooCommerce Elementor plugin and the Kadence WooCommerce Siteorigin Builder are not meant to both be used at the same time. You need to choose one or the other. Do you currently have both of these active?

I built my website with Pinnacle premium almost 3 years ago and have been using SiteOrigin to make edits, add pages etc. I recently added the Thrive Architect plug in however when I create a landing page with it then save the page the resulting page has no resemblance whatsoever to the page I created in Thrive Architect. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing something or is Pinnacle simply not compatible with Thrive Architect?

Ben I’m so sorry to ask you but I don’t have the original files you did for these templates.

Hey guys,
I dropped three Kadence button shortcodes [btn] into a standard text layout, and the default button height is taller than the default buttons in Kadence split content and call to action, and the font is different. Am I doing something wrong?

My guess is that I am going to be using more [btn] shortcodes on the site, and it would be great to not have to change the height in css each time. What’s the best way to do this? I am guessing that the widgets have a set format (font size and padding?) that I need to match with [btn].

Hello,

So on the home page of my site : *Login to see link I have put an action button to navigate to the “#the-top-menu” anchor.
But as it is a responsive theme the button is not at the same place when I use it on a smartphone ( portrait or landscape)

Please could you help with some CSS for this site?

On pages like this for screenwidths below 420px, I have my Woocommerce buttons “Go to Order” & “Checkout” crashing my Testimonial slider in a “Above Footer” widget.

I have tried to enforce a margin-top, but this has had no effect on the problem. Here’s the code:

In your products > woo templates you should see the archive loop template there.

I have the plugin installed but dont see the possibilty to “PRO: Custom Product Loop Templates
Take full control over the look of your products in archives by editing the product loop template to choose exactly how you want products to show in an archive grid.” Where can I edit the loop template. You should still have my access to the site (Hailecoffe.at).

🙂 Thanks for the feedback. What I want to do is the following:

Change my HOME page:
1). How can I change my Page to look exactly like the Ascend Wanderlust (Our Blog) page? Must I have a BLOG page? Can’t I just add all the Posts so if you hover over HOME or BLOG the subtitles open (I hope it makes sense)? How do I get the Wording on Image (do I have to use Canva or other)?

2). Secondly Is it possible to alter my existing Posts to show as on Blog style – Photo-Ascend But 3 next to each other?

My current site http://www.unihosy.com.au which is nothing special and ive never used for sales since 2005, as all my clients are by referall.

I have just implemented WHMCS on my server behind my wordpress site. The person working on my WHMCS installation said the the pinnacle them wasn/t compatible for integration.

Has anyone had issue with this theme as a hosting provider using whmcs?
and i’d love to see examples to see how others have gotten it to work.

ok, I found the bug, has to do with assigning a specific mobile menu. I just set that off for now on your site so it works and the next theme update will have that fixed.

I spent a while trying as many variations of the post loop as I could think up and with different templates. I can’t create your issue. I suggest you send me a login to your site as that would allow me to see what you are seeing and better serve you.

I’m seeing all of the images show in the linked products gallery. It seems to me that this is likely to do with caching on your site. Have you tried clearing it completely and then viewing your site?

Thanks a lot again!
I was checking what causing the issue with product gallery and got disappeared Product Archive again even though Yoast was deactivated.
For this time it was WP Super Cache plugin, which is currently inactive.
Now Yoast is working and not causing issues.

But Product Gallery pictures still disappear even though only:
Kadence plugins,
P.builder by Site Origin,
Smart slider,
and select Woocommerce plugins are in work.

Looking forward to your suggestions.

UPD. I activated Super Cache Plugin back, and it doesn’t cause issues, as Yoast before. Product gallery issue ( https://www.weirdo.studio/product/white-night-pink-edge/ ) is still to solve.

Hi Hannah,
Thank you, the first css code took care of the shipping methods issue. The second css code moved the Place Order button to the right hand side. Though it does look better there, I kinda still don’t the set-up and structuring of that page and I can’t recall what this particular page looked like before to give you a comparison or whether this page even existed at all before. I don’t recall the site diving an order number prior to the last step of the purchase process which is after the credit card has been entered and ran and a confirmation is generated. I hope I’m making sense.

I’m having a few issues with the site which begins after an item is added to the cart:

1). Before, when I added an item to the cart, it displayed a thumbnail image of the item and item info and stated that this item is in your cart. Would you like to continue with your purchase or continue to shop? Now, I’m noticing that after I add an item to the cart, the site displays texts that states “Your cart is currently empty” with a [Return to Shop] button under it. However, it does show the item in the cart at the top right cart icon in the black menu bar, and when I refresh my screen, it populates and displays the item on the screen as it should. How can we fix it?

2). I had chosen Flat rate shipping methods and the shipping menu does display all the methods for the shoppers to select… However, at the bottom of the shipping methods selection it states, “This is only an estimate. Prices will be updated during checkout”. Can that be erased, or can that entire table be omitted from being displayed once the item is added to the cart? Because after you click on the Proceed to Checkout button and your on the address and personal information fill-out page, the shipping menu is there as well, but it does not state that this is an estimate like it does on the previous page.

3). After you’re done filling out the address and personal information in the cart and select the Credit Card payment method instead of PayPal, it takes you to a random looking page where is displays the Order Number, Payment Method, Date, and Total in a scattered layout which was not there before. There is also a Place Order button in the center which takes you to the Stripe.com icon where you’d enter your credit card number exp date and code then click on Submit for the final step of the check out.

Are these theme issues or a woocommerce issues? I can provide you with screen shots if you’d like.
