Yes admin access. For 5 minutes once I’m in. It could be that you copied the site over saving the instance ID but that ID wouldn’t match the new domain so you would need to “deactivate” the theme through the deactivate tab and then reactivate but that would just be a guess. If I can see whats happening I would know more.Ben

I suggest you not either thing and not override those templates. If you want to add a script into your head you can do so in the theme options > header and footer scripts and if you want to set a favicon you can do it in the customizer by setting the site icon.

I changed my wp-config.php to have this code:

So its just something wrong in header.php right?
In forum: Virtue ThemeI just updated my Virtue Premium version to 4.8.5. I am using a child theme, when I reloaded my website, the page is blank using Firefox, Chrome says,
mywebsite .com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500When I activate Virtue Premium theme (not the child theme) the website is working, but without all of the changes in the child theme of course.
What can I do to fix this?

I can’t replicate the issue on my site. Have you tried testing plugins by deactivating one by one to see if you’re able to edit the images when a certain plugin is OFF?

So this is a bit complicated to explain.
So, last year, I activated Pinnacle Premium on a website I was making. I then copied this website over to a different server, and changed the domain name. Now, Pinnacle Theme licence has auto-renewed (renewed yesterday), but I can’t activate it (I only want to activate it on the new server/domain name – I don’t care about the old one). I’m not getting an error or anything when I try activate it.
Here’s what happens:
– On WordPress dashboard I get a msg saying “This theme is not activated! To get theme updates you must activate your theme! Click here to activate the license api key”
– I click the ‘Click here’ hyperlink and am brought to a screen where I can enter the API key and API email. I copy and paste them from the Kadence Account and click ‘Save Changes’. Screen refreshes and the values that were entered into API key / API email fields are gone – the screen looks the same as when I first landed on it. There is no error msg or anything
– When I go back to dashboard, I still get the “This theme is not activated! To get theme updates you must activate your theme! Click here to activate the license api key” msgI assume it’s an issue with initially activating the api key on the old domain name and now trying to use it on the new one. Is there any way I can change this over?

You could easily do this using the Kadence SiteOrigin Builder plugin (https://www.kadencewp.com/product/kadence-woo-template-builder/). Or the Kadence WooCommerce Elementor plugin (https://www.kadencewp.com/product/kadence-woocommerce-elementor/). But would allow you to create custom templates for your product pages. Otherwise, you would need to add a custom function into a child theme.Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi, I have a site in two languages, English and German. I have been provided with german copy and I have English and German flags in the top bar. The English links to the front page and German Flag links to the German page (obviously)
The german has (or in the process of) been populated by German text.
I want to achieve different Nave names (in German on the german page). is this possible with CSS in the Menu to switch to German (I will do the translations).
I’ve tried a few plugins but they either translate the page again or provide a two stage translation for the menu and selecting the page, which is clumsy.Any help out there?
