What is the procedure for installing your themes? Under product downloads, I see the obvious Ascend Premium, Virtue Premium, and Pinnacle Premium zip files to upload to your wordpress site. What I’m not sure about, though, is what are all the other downloads and are they needed? I couldn’t find any clarification on what is and what is not needed with each theme.

Hi Ben, I’ve tried running the convert many times but nothing seems to happen – i just move to the top of the admin page and now time is taken to do the conversion. It’s a bit strange (you still have admin rights to the site Ben :D)

Hi guys, I’ve installed and activated your Woo Extras Plugin. There are several reviews for a number of products on my site so I activated the Advanced Review switch, clicked the Convert Reviews button and saved. The reviews no longer show on the particular products and only return when I deactivate the Advanced Review switch. I’m using the Ascend Theme. Any ideas why this might be happening?

Hi Simon,
What exactly do you mean in saying you have deactivated the sidebar on your site? It looks like you’re still using a sidebar template on the page you linked to. You can select a fullwidth page template from within your edit pages under the Page Attributes tab.

The first link is the one I’ve saved the images as a screenshot to show the issue. The second link iisprever.gov.it is the site homepage of my school and this page works fine.

The issue is on the page https://www.iisprever.gov.it/home-alberghiero/

This issue is difficult to understand because it has a very strange behavior. This morning (for me, for you may be it’s night), I worked for 2 hours on the page and only once I was stopped by the issue after a while, then I could work again.

This issue sometimes occurs with one widget and others time that widget works, while others widget don’t.

I usually use Opera as a Browser, this morning I use Firefox and on this browser, evrything seems working fine.
I have all the browser extensions turned off and then I try with one at once. But in both cases evrything was working. May be today is a fantastic day.

I keep on working and try to understand what’s happening.

Nevermind I think I see the issue. This css would give you a temp fix:

I installed and activated a plugin called Data Tables Generator by Supsystic, and suddenly the beautiful blog posts I had embedded on my pages had an unsightly login box and text navigation menu below them. I realize that this is likely a problem with the plugin, but I didn’t know if you folks might have an interest in looking at it.

Right now I have the plugin deactivated simply because I’m working on the site with the client, but if you’d like to see what I’m talking about just say the word and I’ll activate it. A sample page can be found HERE.

I’m all good if you’re not interested as well, completely your call.

You can also create pages that are not published where you add elements you want to copy throughout the site then use those as the pages you clone from. That would work as templates.

Also, you can right-click on a row and click “copy” then go to another page and past that row into the page.

The page works fine from the frontend but in the backend it doesn’t. The strange thing is that sometimes it works and other it gives me that issue and it is impossible to update or change the site.
I try to deactivate plugins but the issue is stll there.

I just tested on my site and am not having the same issue. It appears that you’re using a child theme. If so, try activating the parent theme to see if the issue persists. Be sure to clear your cache after doing so.

Let me know if that makes a difference.
