So, I’ve been using Virtue plugin for a few years, and have recently updated my site. I created a page which I’d like to feature as my homepage – so I go to ‘Settings’, ‘Reading’ and select the page that I created to be my ‘Homepage’. However, it doesn’t work – it doesn’t update. Currently the homepage has been created via a homepage widget using a layout builder. So under the ‘Theme options’ menu, ‘Home layout”Home layout manager’, I have the only one widget enabled – which is ‘Home widget area’ – this is what is being displayed as my homepage. If I remove that widget since I try to set the page I created as my ‘static homepage’, it’s completely blank. It’s driving me a little insane as I can’t work out what I’m doing wrong. Have never had any issues with this theme until now. Any ideas?

Hi Kadence Support,
Similar to another question posted similar, is there a way to hide the portfolio navigation menu (*Login to see link as well? My client prefers to limit the complexity of the website.
Thanks so much!

Just to add, I restored back to my previous version of Premium Virtue so I have my website back up and running how I want it. Can you tell me if there is a problem with the latest version, before I try the update again.
Thanks

Hello, I run e-commerce site based on Virtue Premium Theme and I would like to replace with Ascend Online Shop Demo without loosing the data and keep the same style and look as Ascend Online Shop Demo.
my current site URL: http://www.veito.co.uk
I have installed Ascend Online Shop Demo site in the following URL: *Login to see link
However when I applied Ascend Theme over the existing site for testing purposes this is what it looks like now in the following URL: *Login to see link
Any help?
Thanks, Kevin.
I’ll better use the CSS way then.
Could tell me how to align the dropdown sorting and the toggle buttons on the right site instead of the left?

Hi There,
1.
I’m having some difficulties with the space between the image menu’s on the mobile homepage. There is no top or bottom space between the image menu items. How can i change this?
2.
Also there is no space between the widgets in the footer, also on mobile.
3.
Is there a way to change the look of pages on mobile?
When a page shown on the computer you see image – text | (new row) text – image. On mobile this will be image text text image. I want it to be image text image text. Do you understand what i’m trying to say?
capello.nl is my website.
Well this is embarrassing but hopefully useful to other amateurs out there like me.
Attributes now work. I didn’t require the custom function that Ben so kindly created.
I realized my wordpress hadn’t been updated and so I updated it and now attributes works.
I’m assuming that’s it.
I did also disable an Elegant Themes updater plugin that was network enabled and not necessary for this particular site.
I do have one more question before closing this ticket.
The swatches are now showing up but the NAME I gave the attribute isn’t showing up on the front end.
How do I get the name “COLORS” to show up?
Here’s a link to t-shirt example.
Hello Hannah,
Thank you for your answer.
I found the solution before I saw your post….that’s why it was working when you went on my website.
I’ll give the solution here if somebody ever meet the same problem. I’m quite sure the way I fixed it is not very “clean” but it works for me !
I put
@media (max-width: 768px) {
.kt-si-cell-box .kt-si-image.kt-si-cover-image {
height : 360px;
}
}
So the “box” where the user is going to clik is not equal to “0” as demanded in the original code…
Hope that could help somebody else !

Hu guys,
just want to know how I can remove the result count on shop site (not with css).
That’s what I found all over the internet, but somehow it doesn’t work:
remove_action( ‘woocommerce_before_shop_loop’ , ‘woocommerce_result_count’, 20 );

A bar of text that appears at the very top of the website and can be easily turned on and off.
Here’s an example- the light blue bar at the top https://postimg.org/image/gc10y6haz/
Hi Tracy,
Can you post a link to your site?
Thanks!

Ha ha. I tried to clarify and made it worse.
Nothing is going to happen when they click a color. It is purely informational.
These are the steps when someone goes to the site:
They find a design they like see it is available in five colors.
Click the BUY IT NOW button
They are taken to Amazon where they can choose one of the five colors they saw on my site.
My problem is:
Trying to find the is easiest, most economic way to choose the five chosen colors each time I create a new product.
The attributes option is easiest because I can enter all 21 colors as options and then just choose the five for each individual product. Unfortunately this isn’t available with external/affiliate products.
Please post a link to your site.
