Thanks, Ben. You’ve gone above and beyond! That speed is outrageous even for this site. I’ve been testing and retesting with the combine css on and the longest it’s taking is 3 seconds and mostly under 2 – even with pingdom.
I’m changing servers in the next week so that might help too, but the biggest issue was the font problem and you solved that. I also changed the setting on the other site where I’ve used the Hero widget so two problems solved.

Hi Kevin, I do not remember how I changed the color of the main scroll bar, that’s my problem !
Certainly in the theme options… this parameter is no longer available in the last version maybe?

Ok, thanks. So is the logo file that’s uploaded on the Theme Options > Site Header and the logo file that’s uploaded on the Theme Options > Logo Options two different files?
Meaning if I upload two different size logo files in those two places will two different files display in two different places?
Or are they both the same?
It currently looks like I have 2 different logo sizes displaying from the homepage: http://focalpointca.kwsmproductions.com/ to the about page: http://focalpointca.kwsmproductions.com/about/
The one on the about page is a smaller logo at 150px but the homepage logo is the original file….

Hey so I would guess that about 0.3 secs are what could change based on css. That is if you are really lucky.
Loading your site though is painfully slow. seconds of waiting for a response from the server to begin even outputting the page.

shows that you have a huge wait but also that wordfence isn’t loading.
I am going to suggest you depart from wordfence and talk with your host. Instead of wordfence consider cloudflares free level. Then add a hardening plugin like sucuri.
Your issue with the fonts was just between the minify plugin and Hero widget. I excluded the hero widget css so it works.

So this actually doesn’t have anything to do with the theme. all themes are treated the same on multisite you can install on an individual or on the network but your questions are about how to have a multisite WordPress install.This is something most hosts would set up for you, so I would check with them again.

I don’t usually recommend using a multisite for a multilingual site. I think it’s more work and harder to manage so I suggest using a plugin like polylang but I know that some prefer using a Multisite instead of a multilingual plugin.
Yes, you can use the theme on multiple sites with one purchase.

Hey,
It seems as though the plugin is already uploaded to your site. Take a look in your plugins list and be sure that the importer isn’t already there.
If not, then you may have to access your c-panel to remove the corrupt file. If you are not familiar with FTP, your host should be able to help you with this.

This issue is continuing to happen. If i manually clear the caches each morning, it seems to temporarily fix the issue, only for it to occur the next day. Clearing the caches each day is not an ideal situation because customers are stilling seeing the website messed up outside of work hours. Can you please revisit this for us?Thank you!

First apologies for the fact that I know just enough to be a danger to my sites.
A new site is painfully slow to load (often more than 10 seconds). I’ve read “need for speed”, edited and smushed photos, cleared out plugins, etc. I already had Fastest Cache installed but had not chosen the “combine css” option which Pingdom indicated was the problem. When I do select it, the site loads much faster, but all the fonts default to theme fonts. I’ve used Page Builder with a combination of SiteOrigin fonts and theme fonts.
I contacted the fastest cache developer who says it’s a syntax error in a css file. (He turned down my offer to pay for premium if it would fix the problem, so I trusted his answer.) I haven’t touched css, even in the Virtue theme settings, so am turning to you for help. Is it something I can fix myself? I’m trying to avoid having to change all the theme font options to get back to the site I prefer. Also – my hero widget font isn’t available in the theme.

i have this page: *Login to see link where i build a tab structure… and if you click on VYGER tab you can see two little icons … but i specified in the page layout to be 220px ( exagerated to be visible in due of the bug)… i think there is a bug in the theme or in the page builder widget because, if i put the site origin icon widget in the main level of the page i can see correclty the icon, but in y case where i have a structure like this: main page row with a tab widget > a layout builder widget > a row with the icon widget + text widget the icon is showed like that little…is a site origin bug or your? can you send the problem to site origin of you have shortcuts to them or i have to put in their support system?

I could post a link, but my test site is constantly changing as I use it as a style ‘play’ site.
Looking at your Ascend demos, Premium 5 & 7 demos best highlights the ‘bounce’ issue.
Also, I’ve just checked and Chrome on Mac does not exhibit the problem. Safari and Firefox (latest versions) both do.

I used as a home page the widget “Split content” and the link on mobile are not working 🙁
That’s a very big issue because I didn’t put a menu on home page because I want the customers to click only on the image…
Somebody already had had this problem ? Anyone can help me ?
