How can I round the corners of the search field and offset text like what is done on this page? *Login to see link
I am wanting to do this with the WooCommerce product search (I use that widget in the Header Widget Area) or another product search widget. I also would like to know how to do it for site search — separate issue. My interest is in how to modify css so that corners of the search box are quite rounded and how to offset the text associated with a search box. The WooCommerce product search, of course, has text IN the box and I’d prefer this outside the box text and a smaller box. Also– the link above — they’ve got a really cool spread thing going when you click it. How does that happen/work?
Thanks! if you can help.

Hi Ralf,
I have never personally worked with transposh but it looks like you can just add the transposh widget to your topbar widget area (Appearance > Widgets). Just make sure you have Enable widget area in right of Topbar set to On in Theme Options > Topbar Settings.Hannah

April 30, 2015 at 2:30 pm #39199If you want to add a gallery you can. You can use the home widget area and add a virtue: gallery widget. Which has a carousel option.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Add 3 home widget column to the layout.
April 29, 2015 at 10:22 am #39093You can set the home page to be a static page. That would allow you to have full pagebuilder control.
Or if you really want to use the home widget area you can use the “visual editor” widget and click “virtue shortcodes” then click columns that will give you the option to add three columns.
Or you can make the widget area a pagebuilder area with the layout pagebuilder widget.

Hi Patrick,
If you enable the home widget area in the homepage layout manager you can go to appearance > widgets and add a visual editor widget to the home widget area. From there you can open the virtue shortcodes tab and add the vimeo shortcode.
Hope that helps!Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: How to add an instagram feed
Hi Stacey,
For my blog I use https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ and I like it a lot. You can use the home widget area to display it. Enable it in Theme Options > Home Layout. Then in Appearance > Widgets you can add the instagram widget to the home widget area.Hannah

April 25, 2015 at 1:04 pm #38755Hey,
There isn’t a widget or shortcode that can create pagination. So you have have a grid like that but it won’t have the option for clicking to the next page below the posts. If your just wanting to add some content into the page use the “home page widget area” in the theme options > home layout.
Then set to the visual editor widget on the appearance > widgets page.

In forum: Virtue ThemeI’m having a problem with content not showing up on my page unless I refresh the page. In theme options I added the following types of content to my home layout:
-Page Content
-Icon Menu (4 purple squares)
-Latest Blog Posts
-Home Widget Area (2: Twitter feed & info on downloads w/ link)I found out that others on different pcs are seeing only white space after the text “Click on purple squares to learn more…..” The 4 content pieces I added above do not show up for them after the “Click on purple…” statement. If they refresh the screen, then the content shows up. Obviously, someone new to my website would not know to do this (refresh). How do I get all of the content to load onto the Home Page at the same time?
Here’s a link to my site: *Login to see link
Thanks so much for your assistance with this issue.

April 24, 2015 at 9:11 am #38605Hey,
You can set the logo layout to have a widget area to the right of the logo. That what your looking for? Theme options > main settings. Make sure you are using the standard header.Ben

April 22, 2015 at 3:19 pm #38360ok well yea, the gallery widget is designed for use on a page with pagebuilder, you can use in a footer widget area but it’s going to make a gallery sized for a page content.
Better off using the visual editor widget. adding a gallery and setting custom image size for the gallery so the image are the right size in the footer…
Like this:
[gallery ids="yourids" type="carousel" imgwidth="55" imgheight="55"]Ben
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: some little issue with Pinnacle theme
Hi Ben,
Thanks.
1- I supposed it could be done without using the theme options > Language2- I mean that in virtue I added the cart in topbar widget and It appears beside the text Your Cart and Carrello Acquisti, how I set in the theme translation. Here in Pinnacle, I added the Cart icon from Theme options > Top Bar Setting but there’s only the icon. If I deactivate it and add a woocommerce cart widget in the top widget area, in frontend the icon disappears and no text is shown at all again. I mean that the woocommerce cart widget is not working too.
Thanks
AngeloIn forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi Ben,
I set Pinnacle Premium also on my shop site and I have two little issues, the website is *Login to see link
1-In the Home Layout > Home Product Carousel Title I cannot set the bilingual title. While in other Pinnacle’s pages and widget using something like this [:en]FEATURED PRODUCTS [:it] PUBBLICAZIONI SELEZIONATE it works, here is impossible to have such a double title. It always shows one.
2- I cannot set the text Your Cart and Carrello Acquisti beside the icon in top widget area, it doesn’t appears at all. I also tried adding a woocommerce cart widget with the titles but nothing.
Admin Data access are always the same but if you need it reply privately.
Thanks a lot

Thanks. But it didn’t work and I wonder if I’m not finding the correct area to edit. Below is my process. Can you tell me where it went wrong and help me figure out what to do next? Thank you for sticking with me on this.
First, I inserted the CSS as you told me.
To add the div tags and remove the <br>, this is what I did.
1. I went to the home page to edit.
2. I clicked “switch to editor” and then hit “cancel” when it asked me if I wanted to abandon the page builder.
3. This got me into the editor.
4. I switched from visual editor to text.
5. There was code for 2 items at the bottom of the page using the header “Want to See More?” One of these was rightfully there due to my adding it as a widget; the other was my (failed) attempt to reproduce the same widget, but with the 2 call-to-action buttons we’ve been talking about.
6. The failed attempt shows up on the homepage as this call-to-action widget without a photo background. Somehow the photo background did not transfer over when I copied the code from the first widget in order to add a second button.
7. The widget one has the photo background of wood grain with a logo. Note: I am still waiting for our graphics person to give me the photo I actually need here (wood grain without logo). But I want to create everything else and then just drop the correct photo in when she gets it ready.
8. So today, within the text editor as described above, I moved my second call-to-action BUTTON into the SECOND “Want to See More?” item, i.e., the one that includes the photo background.
9. I placed the div tags around the 2 buttons there.
10. I deleted the first “Want to See More?” item. (As noted above, it wasn’t rendering correctly on the page, not only because the 2 buttons weren’t floated center, but also because the photo background was missing).
11. However, none of these changes are showing up on the page now. It looks exactly as it did before I made any of these changes! I tried looking at it in both Safari and Chrome… nothing.
Thanks in advance for your help!
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Logo to appear in Top Bar Left, rollover colors
Hey Robert,
In Theme Options > Topbar Settings you can Enable widget area in left of Topbar. Then go to Appearance > Widgets and add an image widget to your topbar and upload your logo image.
The hover color of the image menu pulls from your primary color. You can set this in Theme Options > Basic Styling.
Hope that helps!Hannah
