Header Builder - add the Option "Logo + Tagline"

Scrolling Progress and Read time analyzer block
While there are already free and paid plugins (including other block collections) that have this feature, I think it would be great for Kadence to offer functionality to their progress bar block that would tie it to page scrolling percentages and also to offer a "read time" feature to that.
