I’ve been struggling with this for about 3 weeks. I thought I was missing something straightforward. I stumbled onto the reusable blocks and “copy and pasting,” but it has its drawbacks, as people have stated in this and other posts. I found this page copy plugin that seems to be well-maintained. https://wordpress.org/plugins/copy-delete-posts/ I hope this helps others. I’m running WP 6.0.2 and KadenceWP 1.0.5 I have all the PRO bells and whistles.

I have set the category layout to be a 2 column grid for products. Ajax is turned on the woof filter.
Now when I make selections in the filter, the category page layout changes to 4 columns grid. When I reload the shop page, it changes back to 2 column grid.
Also when zero active selections(after unselecting everything), the layout is back to 2 columns.When no ajax, then the category layout remains unchanged and is 2 columns.
Please help with this. I’m attaching the shop link in my next message

I want to display a element in the sidebar only when the pages are product archive pages and the shop page. So i selected before sidebar under “placement settings”. Then under “display settings” I selected product archive pages under one rule and then added another rule with singular page and then selected ‘Shop’ from the list.However the element is only getting displayed in the sidebar on the archive pages and not on the shop page. Kindly help.
The same thing happens when I try to display the element below the header or anywhere for that matter with this set of conditions.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Does this issue only happen when adding an Icon block in the editor? If so, WordPress has this outdated security that checks if the user editing the page has low permissions like an author, editor, etc. Try editing the page with an Admin role. Otherwise, please check in the server if there’s some sort of additional security applied. You could do this with the help of your host.

1) How do I adjust the width of the sidebar on category pages?
The sidebar width is global, once you adjust it within the Customizer settings, it will be applied to all pages/posts that used a sidebar layout. For your reference, here is a screen recording – https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOubNRPO.
2) Also I want to adjust the width of the category container in proportion to the width of the sidebar
The content container plus the sidebar width will be a total of the main content container’s space. If you adjust the sidebar width, the content column will automatically be adjusted, as you have seen on the screen recording I sent above.
3) There is no difference when I select FullWidth and Contained for “Container Width” Product Catalog. Is something wrong?
Just to confirm, are you referring to this option – https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQujZN7e? Please note that this option will only be applied to the “Above Content” archive title section. Standard will make the title section’s background full-width but its contents “contained”.

I’ve been using Element Hooks to add sections to my posts page.
Here’s a link to the live page:
The two blocks (above and below the recent posts with a blue background) have been added as sections dynamically.
The issue that I’m having is that some settings on the second element won’t change.
For example, I wanted a different background color and font color for the element above the footer. I also wanted to change the arrow divider at the top so it was shorter and wider.
But none of those changes are working. Other settings can be changed.
Any idea how we can get this fixed?

You can change the content and media alignment for desktop, tablet, and mobile in the Info Box block settings.

1) Please note that the related products slider will show products automatically. The terms being considered are the category and tags. There is no option to manually select products to show.
On the other hand, cross-sells or upsells are a feature of the WooCommerce plugin. For it to show on the product pages, you’ll need to manually add them for each product. Here’s a link to their knowledge base – https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/.
2) The related products slider uses a jQuery plugin called, slick slider. In order to control its column, it’s needed to be set within the scripts. Sadly, I cannot give a custom CSS code to control this.

I tried to replicate the issue you described. I enabled Infinite Scrolling for products but on each “page”, all the product images are showing – https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOurvZ9K.
It is possible that you’re having the issue due to other plugins. Please try doing the steps from this post to determine if this is the cause – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/.

Could you help with how to do that?I installed some dummy content to WordPress using the instructions here:
*Login to see linkUsing that content and the Nebula theme from github, I can get an expanded site menu to display in the footer.
Is there a way to get something like this in Kadence? In Kadence I went to Customize>Menus>All Pages, and checked “Primary Menu” and “Footer Menu” under “Menu Locations”.
And also went to Customize>Footer, and dragged “Footer Navigation” to the footer panel.
However, while I see a menu, it isn’t expanded.
Is there a way to get the expanded menu to display in Kadence, like in the Nebula theme?

Could you confirm if this part is the slider you’re referring to – https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quGLWRx? If this is correct, you’ll have to add custom CSS code to change their styles. Additionally, this slider doesn’t slide automatically.
On the other hand, you might be using another slider. Please send us a page URL and a screenshot of which slider it is so we can inspect it and better give a solution for you.
