    Hi Leonard,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the delayed reply.

    I wanted to replicate it on my test site however I don’t have access to Pagelayer pro version. But Based on the screenshot that you sent, it looks like the header section where you can see the Page title or the Hero section. Can you please try hiding the page title by going to Customize > Posts/Pages Layout > Page Layout > scroll down to see the Title Elements > from Title > click the “eye” icon to hide the title. Here’s the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zuP5Orj

    Please let us know if this works for you. If not, please send us the screenshot of the header you’re referring to along with the URL of the page that you’re working on so we can assist you further. You have an option to send the URL privately by enabling the “Set as private reply” option before submitting your reply. Thanks!

    Cheers,

    Hi Sylvia,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please try adding this Custom CSS code by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    @media
    (max-width: 1024px) {
    .content-area {
    display: flex;
    }
    .content-container {
    display: flex;
    flex-wrap: wrap;
    flex-direction: column-reverse;
    }
    .primary-sidebar {
    width: 100%;
    }
    }

    By using the above CSS code, you can have the sidebar appears on top of the page on mobile devices.

    Hope this answers your question.

    Should you need further assistance, please let us know, and we’re always here to help!

    Cheers,
    Dane

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the section where you can see the Page Title? If so, here’s how you change the background image, please watch: https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGuz0794

    However, if you’re referring to something else, please send us the screenshot of the header you’re referring to along with the URL of the page that you’re working on so we can assist you further. You have an option to send the URL privately by enabling the “Set as private reply” option before submitting your reply. Thanks!

    Hi everyone,

    I am just wondering if anyone can point me where to change the header of Kadence them – see the attached file.

    I looked everywhere, and I could not seem to find where the setting it.

    I’m using the FREE version of the Kadence theme but the pro version of pagelayer.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Karla,

    there is no need to apologise. We are sorry ourselves, we didn’t respond to your message earlier and that we didn’t put all necessary information out there.

    First, yes, it is correct, that we did switch to revolution slider, because we wanted to give it a shot, if the error doesn’t occur there. And as of now it hasn’t (yet). This is once again unfortunate, because we would prefer to stick to the kadence slider.

    We have installed a video background on the login page and that is still with revolution slider (because this page is already publicly accessible), but for testing and debugging purposes we have switched our two background videos on the content pages back to kadence slider (this does include the background video on the main landing page). Regarding the video in the question: The error does occur for all the videos we are using. So it does not seem to be file-dependent.

    Regarding our hosting provider: The only with we did with them is to enable a cloudflare cdn solution. But that did not stop the error from happening. And, as the error yet hasn’t appeared with revoltion slider, we don’t believe the errors / hiccups are hosting related.

    In terms of browser usage: The error did at least occur in chrome and edge (without any extensions installed) and on different machines. But once again, the error does not occur regularly, but only every once in a while – which makes debugging very difficult. So if it is possible for you, please try to visit the page on different occasions.

    If we are be able to fix this issue, we would very much appreciate it and if there is anything more, we can do to help you resolve this topic, please let us know.

    Many thanks and kind regards
    Robin

    Hi there.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

    The extras and payment icons/details are specific to the Kadence Theme and currently, there is no block to add them to a Woo template. Another customer also asked for this and it has been added as a feature request. You can add a vote here.

    On the other hand, you can add those details using other blocks such as Image, Paragraph, and Icon List to your template. They should then be shown to your product pages.

    I hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Regards,
    Karla

    Hi, Nikola.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

    I tried different options with the Kadence theme’s menu and mega menu but the icon is always side-by-side with the menu item label. Here’s a screen recording for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/9ZugYB0q.

    All I can think of right now is that there is a style that affects the alignment of your menu items and their icons. In order for us to inspect the page, could you send us your website URL? You can click the “Set as private reply” option so only you and the support team can see the URL.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    Hi, Robin.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

    I viewed your page and I didn’t see the error – https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOurj9w9.

    Also, I tried to search for the “…001.mp4” video file on your page but I didn’t see any. Just to confirm, is this the MP4 file that you’re having issues with now – https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gue5J5W? I can see that instead of Kadence Slider, you’re using Revolution Slider.

    Regarding the “ERR_CACHE_OPERATION_NOT_SUPPORTED”, I tried to search for the issue and I also did not find an exact answer to why this happens. Have you also reached out to your hosting provider? On some threads I encounter, the solution seems to be disabling the browser cache. See this one as a reference.

    Try viewing the page on another browser and see if the issue will occur at some point.

    I hope this gives you more insights. Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch. From what I understand, you are trying to apply a Template Element Hook on a Posts block or a Post Grid/Carousel block. Currently, this is not possible. Template Hooks are only meant to be applied to page templates and not blocks.

    I believe this is related to these feature requests:

    https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/feature-requests/posts-grid-carousel-should-be-able-to-use-elements-content-sections-as-loop-item-templates/
    https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/feature-requests/hooks-for-posts-block/

    You can also add your vote, so the developers can consider this feature. However, please note that we cannot give an ETA of when this will be added. The development team considers certain factors before implementing new ones.

    I hope this helps answer your questions. If I misunderstood what you’re trying to do, please let us know, and we’ll be more than happy to continue helping until you get your desired result.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

    Hello,

    I am trying to create a custom template for a list of posts on a homepage but I can’t find out how to process with Kadence pro. Is there a way to achieve this?
    I tried to create an Element, set it to “Template”, then the placement is set to “Replace archive loop template”, then show on “Front page” and finally visible to “All users”. On the home page, whatever list of posts block I use (Kadence posts blocks or default WordPress posts blocks), it is not replaced by the template Element.
    Is is possible to create such a template for a list of posts and place it on a particular page? Or is an archive template only working on an archive page?

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi Natalie,

    Thank you for writing and we apologize for the delay in our response.

    The Snackbar style only changes the default notice style in WooCommerce from a banner in the page content to a fixed slide up that is dismissible. https://prnt.sc/3EYmYu3sBTnT

    Currently, there’s no option to customize the message texts yet. Should you want to submit a feature request for Kadence Shop Kit, you can do so at this link.

    You may also submit support tickets at the following links if ever you need help:

    Hi there,

    Try this custom CSS:

    .single-product .summary.entry-summary {
        position: sticky;
        top: 85px;
    }

    Unfortunately, we can’t control how far the sticky section can go because its container wraps all the sections down to the related products section. https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAujz6en

    What you can do is create a custom template using Kadence Shop Kit (refer to my first response). Template #1 is a bit identical to the default product page template. There’s only one section that’s added which is the Upsell. https://prnt.sc/DkdAF5j8eOSh

    Let us know how we can help further.

    Kind regards,
    Chito

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing.

    I can’t reproduce the issue on my test site and it seems that the below icon can’t be found on your site. https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuDKqWp

    .icon-arrow-down:before {
        content: "\e3b2";
    }

    Can you test your site by following the steps mentioned in this post?

    If that would not make a difference, kindly take a backup of your site and reinstall a fresh version of the Virtue Premium theme. You can get it at your Product Downloads page.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Kind regards,
    Chito

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    There are two product description/info sections on a single product page. Which one are you referring to? This will help us check and create accurate custom CSS if possible. You could also share the link to a single product page on your site.

    Additionally, you can create a custom product template using Kadence Shop Kit and make the Section sticky. Here’s a screen recording for reference:

    On the single post page I want to change the title of related posts.

    I do not want a plugin, I just need a code snippet to add to child theme’s function.php.

    I have tried a couple of old snippets I had, but they no longer work

    #279916

    I believe I have misunderstood Elements.
    I was looking for something similar to Elementor’s section templates, where I can open the Gutenberg editor, pull in the “Element”, then fill in missing data/replace titles, etc…

    If I understand Elements, they only show up when the page/post is rendered, not in the editor?

    Is there a way to accomplish what I want in Kadence?

    #279914

    Hi Edward,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the delayed reply.

    Based on the URL of the page that you sent, you can add this custom CSS code to position the Submit button to the center.

    .kb-form .kadence-blocks-form-field.kb-submit-field {

    margin-left: 45%;

    }

    You can add the above CSS code by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Please note that you can adjust the value of margin-left based on your preference. But on my end, the 45% is already enough to align the button at the center.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Dane

    The title says it all. I guess it’s doable with some CSS snippet. Thank you in advance for your help.
