    Hello again. I just updated the Virtue Theme on the same website to V3.8.3 and the side bar issue I had returned but in weird way. The thumbnails for the logos are now extremely big. At the time I updated the theme there was also an update for Contact Form 7 and Yoast SEO. I deactivated those two plugins just to check if they were the reason but that didn’t help. Any suggestions?

    Update: After running the regenerate thumbnails plugin and also clearing cache everything is back to normal. Sorry for the false alarm.

    Hi, ok I’m just about to try blogging after getting my store part set up with your help pretty well. I’m wondering what the best image size is for a blog post? I did a search first and only really found that for image size it should be 72dpi and compressed jpg. I downloaded imagify plug in which helps compress I believe.

    I am concerned about speed on my website as I have had issues with that. Also right now I do have rocket cache plugin off since I have been designing. Is this ok to turn back on or is it the same deal with posting blog? Wait until I’m done and then turn on?

    Right now load time is 3.88 sec on pingdom which can fluctate up to 5.

    One message says “The following cacheable resources have a short freshness lifetime. Specify an expiration at least one week in the future for the following resources: Do you have any idea how to do that? Any other tips on pingdom?

    Hey,
    For full options like changing the fields you can use a plugin like contact form 7 as the theme contact form isn’t designed for that kind of editing.

    Thank you Ben for the answer, as you advised I have contacted my server and the reply i get is this
    “It seems that the issue is not so much the memory limit (as I have increased it to 768M) but some sort of incompatibility between the theme and the plugin. I also tested with different PHP version but to no avail. My advise to you would be to get in touch with the theme developer as well for more information on the subject.”
    Can we do something thak will make pagebuilder work again ?

    1. I already have it works fine.

    2. You can set the email right in the contact template. You can’t add two receivers. You would need to use a plugin like contact form 7 for two.

    Hey,

    I have two Contact Forms on my site. One appears correctly on mobile devices while the other one has some left and right padding I can’t get rid of.

    I want it to be full width on mobile devices.

    The one that works correctly is “body.cf7-style.cf7-style-520”. The incorrect one is “body.cf7-style.cf7-style-946”.

    Both have been targeted via the Custom CSS with the same code, but they behave differently for some reason. Any ideas? Logins below.

    As Ben said above, there isn’t a built in option for a product subtitle. Did you try contacting woocommerce?

    You can update without it affecting your site. Your options are saved in the database as long as you don’t edit template files of code.

    We use contact form 7 on this site and recommend that plugin if you want to set up a custom contact form.

    For uploading you would need a plugin like contact form 7 .

    You can’t unless you override the template. What I suggest to anyone wanting more control then the simple contact form is to use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

    It’s free and gives you tons of control.

    Is it possible to use the built-in lightbox to open inline content (specifically Contact Form 7 shortcode) ? I tried to create a link with rel=”lightbox” and data-lightbox-type=”inline” and I got a message saying “Could not load image”.

    I would suggest just using a contact form plugin like contact form 7 if your wanting more control and wanting to change to a recaptcha.

    Well how did you add the prefix? Because currently you have scripts trying to load through it but there isn’t anything there. For example all your plugin scripts are trying to load through there: http://nakedvest.com/sarahwall/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/css/styles.css but nothing to load.

    Might be best to contact your hosting provider and have them straighten out your wordpress install.

    Here is a plugin that can change url strings in the database but at this point it’s important you know how you got to the position your in before possibly making things worse. https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
