    Good Morning,

    We have noticed an issue on mobile devices where the menu items cannot be clicked if there’s a sub menu of that item.
    For example – Top level item (Schools), Second level (Curriculum), Third level (Science)

    The second level (Curriculum) cannot be clicked as when you do it just shows the Third Level (Science) tab instead.
    This is also the case on tablets (iPad mini tested) in both Chrome and Safari.

    The site is live, but we have tried to deactivate as many plugins as possible but the issue remained.

    I’ll send login details separately should you need them.

    Many thanks for your help!
    Anthony

    Whenever you go to a portfolio category from here on the iPad Mini I have available (both Safari and Chrome) it misrenders. Going to the link directly renders it just fine. My only guess is the target=”_self” part of the link but even if that is the problem I’m not sure how to fix it. Any help is appreciated!

    Hello.

    My website is

    When I open my site in an iPad ou iPhone, I have this scenario:

    When I try to open the menu, the menu is not shown:

    I tried to see if there is some option in Apperance -> Menus, but no success.
    Maybe I have white font somewhere, or I did not selected the menu for devices?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello,

    I’ve got a problem with sticky shrink header on iPad devices. While scrolling down there is a big jump and not a smooth scrolling.
    Usually the sticky header disappears on the iPad. But sometimes it appears while scrolling down.

    I will post a access link as private message.

    Best,

    Dominik

    Sorry for the long delay. The scroll bar is visible on my Android Samsung Grand Prime phone. Not visible in iPad. Mind you it is very faint, but it’s there.

    It works fine in Chrome and Safari, but in Firefox (48) on a Mac (10.10.5) the home slider is pushed off the screen to the right and replaced by white space, I have heard reports that any browser on a PC or viewing on an ipad mini also does not display correctly.

    I have updated both WordPress to 4.6 and Virtue premium to 3.8.5

    Please advise for a workaround or fix.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I have a little issue. When i view my site on an Ipad the company sign and primary menu do not align. On my desktop it is aligned, and looking good.

    Why is this happening? And is there a way to fix this, so when you visit my site on a tablet everything is aligned.

    Hope you can help me with this issue.

    Regards
    Alex

    thanks so much for that, I don’t know how that happened. Just too quick with the mouse.

    I forgot to mention that the Slider revolution is not showing on the ipad or mobile. Would this be a memory thing.

    Were you in landscape mode? on the ipad?

    You would need to add this css:

    @media only screen and (device-width: 768px) {
    div#topbar {
    visibility: hidden;
    }
    }

    I’m not sure why it’s doing this, but the above CSS should work. I don’t have an ipad to test on, so could you take a screenshot of how it’s appearing on your device so I can take a look?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

    You guys gave me css to hide the top bar mobile menu. However when I was looking at the site on an ipad mini the mobile top bar menu still showed up. However, the css works when I shrink my browsers window. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Here is the css:

    @media
    (max-width: 992px) {
    div#topbar {
    visibility: hidden;
    }
    }

    Here is the site:

    I look forward to hearing from you

    Are you viewing in portrait or landscape with your ipad?

    I’m not seeing this behavior, but I don’t have an ipad to view your site from. one thing that might be worth trying is deactivating your plugins one by one to see if you have one that’s causing this issue.

    Sure. The one I’m working on is temporarily at boomerdiy.com. The iPhone works fine and the laptop work fine but the slider disappears from the ipad and the menu just flickers.

    I’m sorry; this is way more important. For some reason, my iPad site isn’t allowing scrolling on the menu.Finger-scrolling up just results in a flickering screen. Anybody seen this before?

    Can you send me a screen shot of this? I see the icons on an ipad?

    Have you cleared your ipad cache?

    Hooray – that worked! I think the trick was adding the main menu to the Mobile navigation area.

    I had one other issue to resolve. This is the disappearance of the home page icon menu items on the iPad. They look great on the desktop and also on smartphone; but they vanish on the iPad. Any thoughts about what may be causing that? The code and CSS seem to be pretty straightforward.

    Topic: Staff grid

    #104657

    Hi.

    I am having problems with a page which uses the staff grid. I have set it up as two columns and it views fine on my iPad but only shows with the staff listings in one column via my computer’s web browser (safari). Any ideas to it to view in two columns on my computer too would be appreciated. Thanks Phil

    My most recent blog post images aren’t loading only on mobile devices (I’ve checked with an iPhone 6s+, iPad Mini, and iPad Air 2 all of which have the latest software). The images are blank. It gets a little weird though because the images load fine on the next blog post – it’s just this post that the images aren’t displaying.

    When I view the site using Google Chrome Developer Tools ‘Device Mode’ the images load fine (I cleared my ‘Browsing Date – For All Time’ before checking too).

    Hi –
    I am using the Kadence Virtue premium theme. My (development) URL is

    Problem #1 – I have enabled sticky menus for mobile in the theme options (and also for the desktop). Sticky menus work great on the desktop, but have problems on mobile devices (e.g. my Galaxy S5 phone). At first, the mobile sticky option didn’t appear to work. Then it seemed to kick in, but no I can’t see the mobile menu at the top at all, just the white space where the menu bar and logo should be.

    Problem #2 – The other issue is that items from my Home Icon menu disappear on iPads. They look great on the desktop and smartphones, just not the iPad.

    Any tips I should try to correct these problems.
    Thanks for your help.
