In forum: Virtue ThemeHi there,
while testing the responsive virtue theme on different devices I realized that the mobile menu of my site works not properly on every phone or tablet. There seem to be no problems on my iPhone, but if I try to open the dropdown menu on an iPad in Landscape mode, the menu does not appear at first after clicking on it whereas it works properly in the upright mode of the iPad.If I scroll down it suddenly appears dropped down, but transparent and overlaying the revolution slider and the following parts of the home page.

The dropdown menu style is not set to transparent in my settings yet.
Appreciate your help,

Hello,
I just checked with my retina iPad the very first time and I got the same issues:
– the high res logo is left algined instead of centered and
– the secondary menu has dissapeared
when adding this to css
.col-md-12>#logo img.kad-retina-logo {text-align: center; margin: 0 auto;}
it’s fine again.
maybe you should change this for the next version

January 20, 2015 at 10:46 pm #28111Hey,
The mobile version should show on the ipad? It always would have in portrait mode and recently it should also in landscape mode. Are you wanting your normal menu in landscape mode?Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi there,
Since upgrading to Virtue Premium v2.7.9 my menus don’t show on the IPad. They show on PC and laptop. The only menu I can get to show is the mobile version which I don’t want on the IPad. I have made the appropriate selections both in the WordPress menu options and in the Virtue Theme menu settings. I have disabled “Mobile Menu only show button”. My site is at *Login to see link . Any ideas? Thank you, Lesley

December 14, 2014 at 1:32 pm #25218Thanks for helping me with this issue – it now looks perfect on desktop and on mobile phones but apparently on an Ipad when it is held vertically the menu button hides the header widget – what can I add to the CSS to make the vertical ipad view as good as the vertical iphone view please?
many thanks
Nic

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Mobile Homepage not loading
Hi,
I recently purchase the premium theme after using the free one for the last 3 weeks. I love the theme, and everything works great, except since I updated to the premium theme the homepage doesn’t load anything after the header on mobile devices (tested on ipad and iphone so far) and the menu doesn’t seem to work, nor can i assign a mobile menu.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks Ben, I won’t worry that it’s not working on my iPad then – I didn’t realise the capability wasn’t there, and thought I’d got something wrong! As for the button, I’ll take another look but, as you’ve pointed me in the right direction, I’m sure I can get it sorted.
Thanks for all your help
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Parallax issues
I’m trying to set up a parallax image on my homepage, and it looks great on my iMac, but doesn’t work unless the page is displayed wide enough and also doesn’t work on my iPad or iPhone. Am I missing a setting?
Also, I’ve set up text and a button, as per your Demo4 tutorial but, although I’ve tried centring these in the page editor, (align centre),
<h1 style=”color: #ffffff; text-align: center;”>Prices starting from just $2</h1>
<p style=”text-align: center;”>View More</p>when I update the page, it just reverts to the previous code and moves everything back to the left.
Very confused!
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Kadence Slider with Firefox
Hi Ben,
I am using an ipad and a Samsung Note 4 with Chrome browser, if you for example scroll down to the footer and stop you should see a stutter, the same happens if you scroll back up to the primary menu and stop the kadence slider appears to readjust to the screen which result in a stutter. I hope that you see what I mean.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Responsiveness on Ipad
I have an issue with responsiveness on ipad. My client is testing the site on his new IPad Mini 2 with 2048×1536 px screen resolution. From his point of view the design should not collapse into responsive layout in portrait wiew at that screen resolution. When I test the site on my PC, I still have the desktop layout at a 1024×768 px screen resolution, so why does the design collapse at 1536 px on an Ipad mini 2 ?
You can see the site on live URL here:

November 6, 2014 at 11:34 am #21917Hey, The image menus are designed for a background image and text, the background style is cover so it fills the space (it’s not supposed to follow the size of the image but the size of the area because of text). See here: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium-3/
You can change to contain but the will just leave areas that are not filled with the image. You might be better off just add the images as images in the page..infobanner { background-size: contain !important; }The portfolio should still have three images for the ipad not two at that size, I’ll look into it.
