May 29, 2024 at 12:32 am #288885Hey Karla,
Thank you so much for your response and detailed explanation I’m still learning here, haha.
I gave your suggestion a try and I’m still seeing the layout shift error when I run a test. I’ve cleared the cache too.

Hi, Michelle!
I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I compared the PageSpeed results for your homepage with and without WP Rocket optimizations. Here are the results:
– with WP Rocket – https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-travelherstory-com/fsn5t7vt7x?form_factor=mobile
– without WPR – https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-travelherstory-com/yuchtc3a9c?form_factor=mobileThe issue with CLS only occurs on mobile if WPR is active. However, the CLS scores for both mobile and desktop are good if no optimization is active.
Have you tried tweaking your WP Rocket settings that are related to CSS? For example, instead of using “Reduced Unused CSS”, try “Load CSS Asynchronously”.
After each change, purge your WP Rocket settings before testing again in PageSpeed.
I hope this helps, and let me know if I can help you further.
Regards,

May 28, 2024 at 1:24 pm #288877Hi There,
I’ve tried to recreate the issue you mentioned, but I couldn’t replicate it. You can refer to the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/RBuA4NNA
Could you please verify if the “disable header for homepage” option is unchecked in the page settings? Check the screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/eDuK8zYb
Can you share the screen recording of the whole process? You can use apps like Zight or Loom to record your screen or capture screenshots of the issue and easily share the links with us.
For initial troubleshooting, please could you do the steps listed in this article https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website? This will help us rule out these usual causes of WordPress issues, so we can move on to investigating other possible causes of this issue on your website.
Please let us know how it goes, we’ll be more than happy to help.
Best regards,

AnonymousMay 28, 2024 at 11:51 am #288875Hi Mark,
Kadence uses the default WordPress comment structure. If you enable it for the theme, this is how it would look at the bottom of the post/page: https://nimb.ws/n5qMr3x
You generally don’t need a 3rd party plugin for the comments feature. But I can understand that the default WordPress comment feature can be lacking in options.
Are you talking about WP Social Comments plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/gs-facebook-comments/
As long as the plugin is developed and updated in compliance with the WordPress codex or the WordPress coding standards, it should work with well with Kadence.
If you do encounter an issue, you can send us a message so we can check.
Let us know how we could help you further.
Kind Regards,

May 27, 2024 at 4:07 am #288854To display Instagram photo posts on your webpage below the icon image section, you can use a plugin like “Instagram Feed” or “Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed.” These plugins allow you to embed your Instagram feed directly on your webpage, showing all your Instagram photos in a customizable format, to use more advance features of ig check Instander APK.

In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: Kadence Elements and WPML
May 26, 2024 at 12:42 pm #288851Any joy here? I am having very bad luck with WPML and Kadence right now. Trying to follow these instructions:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translated-kadence-element-no-appearing-on-the-translated-product-page/page/2/
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translated-kadence-elements-fail-to-show/In forum: Kadence ThemeMay 25, 2024 at 1:34 am #288841Hi! Any help would be amazing, as I am pulling my hair out. I’m using the free Kadence theme with the “Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks for Page Builder Features” plugin added as well.
When I test my pagespeed with Google’s PageSpeed Insights tool, I get this error:
“Image elements do not have explicit width and height”Sometimes the error is red, and sometimes it is yellow.
I have tried many things to fix this issue, with no luck:
– Scaling the images down in the wordpress media settings.
– Setting the dimensions in the post editor block
– Adjusting the aspect ratio in the post editor block
– Changing the image’s HTML code to add dimensions (which always errors out the image and I have to resolve the html to restore the image)I’m totally lost as to how to fix this, and I’m hoping someone else has already figured this out?
Thank you so much!!

May 24, 2024 at 9:52 am #288838Hey there,
I viewed the website Hero. It looks like it uses a video. If so, our Row Layout Block does support Video Backgrounds. You can learn more about that feature Here. You can learn more about the Row Layout Block Here.
Additionally, I noticed your website had some Animations on the page. Kadence Blocks Pro features the Animate On Scroll block setting. This feature allows you to easily add Animations to Texts. You can learn more Here.
I hope this was helpful. Please let me know if I can further help.

May 24, 2024 at 12:20 am #288834Hi Tanya,
The closest Kadence Feature that might help you achieve this is Kadence Conversions.
It is similar to Kadence ELements but with options/settings for Launch Triggers, Repeat Control, Target Pages, and Target Visitors.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuA1QeW
Here’s a reference to that feature: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/knowledge-base/kadence-conversions

Teejay. In forum: Kadence BlocksMay 23, 2024 at 9:51 am #288828Hi, I was hoping you could have some suggestions on how I could achieve having a video come up in a modal on the home page on the first login.
I was hoping I could do this with the video modal or the Kadence Elements, but I see no way of targeting the first login, after that, I don’t want it to show again.
Another option could be to have people directed to a welcome page with just the video on it on the first login…but then how do I get them to the home page after it has finished?
Thanks for the help!

Hi, Konrad!
I created an element to add the custom content blocks to the Post Grid/Carousel block on a specific page. It worked as expected and the sticky post was still shown first – https://share.zight.com/v1u9xxZR
Could you give us temporary access to your website so we can better check your setup? Please send the details to our premium/pro support here – https://www.kadencewp.com/premium-support-tickets/

I have the same issue, but this solution doesn’t work. It seems like the script doesn’t catch the customCloseBtns variable in my case.
Maybe mine popup appears after 1000 scroll down..
I’ve tried to verify it using
console.log(“Custom close buttons:”, customCloseBtns);
but the console doesn’t show anything. Can you give me the example page?

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
I cannot confirm this issue on your website, as the product images are loading properly after selecting a variation. Here is a screencast for your reference:
https://share.zight.com/RBuAOp0GTo troubleshoot this, please clear your website and browser cache:
https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/You can try visiting your product page using a different browser and see if the issue persists.

May 21, 2024 at 1:14 pm #288794Same issue – works fine on the front end – same error as mentioned before on backend gong to edit the page – “Your site doesn’t include support for the “kadence/rowlayout” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.”
Deactivate Kadence Block Plug In and the content of the page is accessible with error – I reactivate the block plug in and the page doesn’t want to load – then I stop the page from loading and I can see the content with the errors.
Actual Plugin is Version 3.2.34.
deactivated ALL plugins – still wouldn’t work. Only activated the Kadence Block plug in using the Kadence theme and still had errors.
Tried Chrome and Firefox – same issue
CLeared browser cacheworked fine 2 days ago –
Where can I get a previous version please?
What’s Up?

May 21, 2024 at 1:06 pm #288793I’m also having this problem. Just updated to Kadence yesterday. Previously, the date was ALWAYS showing in SERPS. On stuff I’ve published today, it’s gone. I’m concerned this will negatively affect Google rankings. Is there a setting somewhere I’m missing? The date is clearly visible on an article page itself.
