Currently, there is no built-in flip box feature in Kadence.

We do currently have an open feature request that might be similar or related to what you are looking for: https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/feature-requests/flip-box/

If you could please take a moment to comment your use case scenario on the feature request and upvote it, that will help the development team better understand the importance of adding this feature.

You can choose to submit a new feature request as well if you want.

Please note that I don’t have a firm timeline on when or if that might be developed.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding with regards to new features/integrations.

As a workaround, you can create something like a Flip Box using the Info Box Block. You can remove the title and text and use just the Icon. You can change the Icon to an image. Then, you can set a hover effect. You can have the image switch on hover.

– You can do this by adding an Info Box to your page.
– In your Info Box Block Settings, you can expand the Title Settings. Here, you can disable the title from showing.
– Under the Text Settings tab, you can also disable the text from showing on your Info Box.
– Under the Media Settings, you can change your Media Type to Image.
– Then, you can set your Image Hover Animation to Flip to another image.
– This will allow you to set a second image to display whenever you hover over the Info Box.

English is not my native language, I expressed myself badly.
I mean the default color palette of the page.
You cannot select a color and, for example, edit transparency.

Thanks for trying to help with this.

I have three WP sites, all using Kadence. And had used all for years before latest update, which has changed all three. So it’s something in that making the change.

I’m using Right Sidebar in my page layout. I’ve displayed another image from my test site below, which shows how close the text is now to the edge of the screen. There always used to be a gap.

Hey Karla,

Problem solved.

Thank you so much for your quick response and the video guide. It works. I feel a bit silly, that I’ve missed the Bow Arrow Icon before updating the page. The “Enter” key doesn’t work for me tho.

Hi there!

Could you tell us your page layout settings? This can affect your editor as the layout styles will also be applied to the editor.

Watch this screen recording – https://share.zight.com/WnuXn8vw. When I’m in full-screen mode and I use FULLWIDTH page layout, that’s when the editor will be too wide.

You may disable full-screen mode if you want to see a narrower editing screen.

Hello, have been having an odd issue with expanding images in galleries. Currently, when a user is LOGGED IN, the lightbox function works flawlessly, however, when a new user who is not signed up on our website visits and attempts to expand an image, the image expands, and as a result the page becomes frozen and you become unable to exit out of the expanded image. This goes for all devices when attempted

Hi, Chris!

I added the link on my website using the Buttons(Adv) block. The link worked fine – https://share.zight.com/jku8kpmA.

Could you make sure that you press the “Enter” key or the icon on the right side of the link field? This should ensure that the link was added properly.

Lastly, update the page for your changes.

Yesterday we updated our Kadence theme from 1.1.51 to 1.2.1.
In doing this it broke a pricing table that we had built in ACF (advanced custom fields) where the table as well as the featured image background banner and title were just completely removed.

How can I get this back or working and update the kadence theme?

I have reached out to Kadence support and they rarely get back to me and I did purchase a premium theme that includes support.

What else I know:

– I have checked Google Console and there isn’t a problem on our end in terms of error with the code. For the time being we have reverted back to a save point a few days earlier in WPEngine so the pricing table remains.

– I have singled out that it is the Kadence theme update causing this as the only other two plugins that needed to be updated were Kadence blocks and Yoast and neither of them broke the ACF table when updating.

– one of the other issues is that there is a lone page that when open makes the main menu text smaller

I’ve set up an anchor on my homepage section “Offerings”

You can remove the sidebar from the Theme Options. Go to Theme Options > Page/Post Settings. Select “No Sidebar” for the Default Page Template – Sidebar Default option – https://share.zight.com/geuBerEZ.

Hi there!

Could you send a page URL where the text block with the icon was added? I’d like to see its current style. You can set your reply as private so only the support team can see the page URL.

On the other hand, I tried recreating your layout. I was able to position the icon in line with the bottom text line using the built-in options only. I added a custom value for the bottom padding of the icon – https://share.zight.com/z8uBgn1l.

Hello. I’d like to use the Repeater Block to display a tab from the Tab Block for each entry. The name of the tab should come from a subfield of the ACF Repeater Field. The content of the tabs will be other content from the Repeater Field. Is this possible?

The background is that I want to build an event page. Since the event can take place at multiple locations with slightly different agendas, I want to display a Tab Block with the name of the location or the date of the event. Inside each tab, there will be further detailed information about the respective date.

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

We don’t have a block to loop through the attributes, display them as a swatch, and separate them from the Add to Cart button.

On the other hand, we have a block called Dynamic List. You can use it to list taxonomy terms:

Do you have a page where we can see this setup? If you don’t want the button to show, we can hide it using CSS codes.

1. What is the ACF custom field type?

Hi, Ron!

Could you clarify if you want to disable the responsive layout for the whole website or just specific Row Layout blocks with columns?

I saw one of your tickets but it’s not the same ID as the one you gave. One of my teammates (Teejay) that it isn’t advisable to disable the responsiveness styles.

The content will look too narrow to read and users will have difficulty viewing the page especially if they’re using smaller phones.

About your other ticket – could you give us the correct ticket #?

I believe this can’t be achieved using CSS. This is most likely possible using Javascript.

I would not recommend this as this type of workarounds is unstable.

However, if you would like to try, you can add this Javascript in the page:
