    See Screenshot here:

I have now tried for over 2 hours to get rid of this white line. Watched videos, scanned the forums, and played with the blocks/header items. Nothing seems to remove it. When I play around in chrome dev tools it looks like its part of the header. (There is a tiny read line that replaces the 1 pixil line)

The only thing that removes it is if I turn sticky header off. Is this a bug or do I need to add custom css to fix this?

    Any help wouldd be appreciated.

    Hi Ed,

I can’t replicate the issue where the Info Box link doesn’t scroll the page down to where the tab is.

When I click the link, the pages scrolls to the Kadence Tabs element and opens the correct tab.

    Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/6qup8QWm

Can you share the link where we can see this issue?

Please let us know; we’ll be happy to help.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

    Hi morningsidekick,

I tested this on my end and was not able to replicate the issue. By default, the Title and Excerpt do not overlap or cut each other off.

Here is a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/4guv210l

Additionally, the Post Grid/Carousel block includes Typography settings for adjusting the line height of both the Title and the Excerpt. You can find these options in the block’s advanced settings.

Here is another screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/o0ul6Eyy

Could you please share the link to the page where the issue appears? This will help us check what might be causing the overlap and determine whether any custom CSS is needed to fix it.

Please let us know; we’ll be happy to help.

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

    Hey Geoff,

Can you share with us a URL to the Author Page in question? This way, I can see what you have set up. You can send the response as a private response if you wish to hide your website URL from the public.

For general purposes, I created a video of me creating an Author Template Element. I used a Max Width on the Advanced Text Block to limit the width of the Author Bio. You can view this video here: https://share.zight.com/P8uzkK0j. Feel free to let me know what I can do differently to better reproduce the issue at hand.

    I hope this helps.

    Hey there,

Welcome to Kadence Support! We are here to help.

There isn’t a built-in way to change the Print Layout of posts/pages in Kadence. We do have an ongoing Feature Request related to this topic. I suggest voting on it to help it gain more popularity, as we often implement popular Feature Requests into our products.

You can view the request here: https://feedback.kadencewp.com/p/provide-print-style-sheet. Feel free to provide any additional information you may find relevant in a comment on this request.

If this request differs too much from your exact request, consider submitting a new one here. Please let me know if you need any assistance submitting this request.

I hope this was helpful. Please let me know how I can further help

    Hi hussnainimran53,

Yes, you can definitely switch back to the Kadence theme — there’s no issue with doing that at all. WordPress makes it pretty flexible to change themes, and going back to Kadence won’t cause any harm.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

    • Your site content (like pages, posts, and products) will stay intact — you won’t lose anything.
    • Some of the customizations you made using Kadence (like your header layout, color settings, or block styles) may need to be reconfigured, especially if they were changed or removed while using the other theme.
    • If you were using Kadence Starter Templates or added custom code, you might want to reapply those.

Once you reactivate the Kadence theme (just go to Appearance > Themes), give your site a quick review:

    • Recheck your menus, homepage settings, and widget areas.
    • Clear your cache to make sure the changes show up properly.

I’d recommend trying the theme switch on a staging website first. This gives you a safe space to check how everything looks and functions before making changes live.

If anything seems off, feel free to ask — happy to help you get everything looking just the way you want again.

    Regards,
    Archita

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

If you’re working with large chunks of HTML (mostly headers and paragraphs) and want the content to be editable in Kadence Blocks (not just raw HTML), here is how to do this better:
    – Open the page in the WordPress editor.
    – Click the three dots in the top-right corner and choose “Code Editor”.
    – Paste your chunk of HTML in the editor
    – Switch back to “Visual Editor”.
    – Click on Convert to Blocks
    – Transform the Heading and Paragraph blocks to Kadence (Adv) blocks on the toolbar

Here is a screencast for your reference:

I have some Info Boxes with Learn More links at the top of the page. The links point to anchors for Tabs further down the page.

The intended functionality is if someone clicks the Learn More link, it should scroll down to the tabs and open the corresponding tab.

However, the tab anchor functionality only opens the tab, even if it is further down the page and not visible to the user. Therefore, the user does not know to scroll down and it looks like nothing has happened.

Is there any way for the tab anchor to scroll automatically down to the open tab?

I’ve tried pointing the anchor to a Row inside the tab, however this only works if the tab is already selected and open.

I need some help. I am migrating a bunch of content from an old CMS to a new WordPress site built using Kadence Blocks. I have large chunks of HTML I can just copy and paste. Mostly header and paragraph tags. Nothing too crazy. What is the best way to get this added without having to add a new text block for each section of text. I have over a hundred pages and that would be a pain. I also want to get it so it is editable in KB, so I don’t want to just add it as a custom HTML section. I’ve tried adding a text block and they toggling to HTML, but when I toggle back, it says it has invalid code and just shows one of the multiple tags I have added.

Any direction would be appreciated. Thanks!

    #293657

I have a website in English https://riyadhpark.info/, so the default direction is Left to Right (LTR).
However, I want to create a few pages translated into Arabic, and obviously, those Arabic pages need to be displayed in Right to Left (RTL) direction.

Is there any feature in Kadence Blocks or Kadence Theme that allows me to set only the Arabic pages to RTL while keeping the rest of the English pages LTR?
I want the English pages to stay as they are (LTR) and apply RTL only to the specific Arabic pages.

Kindly guide me on how to achieve this. Thank you!

    Hi team,

I am using Kadence and it really works well. Even the out of the box print appearance is great.

When in “@media print” context, Kadence assumes a “mobile” layout. However, I would prefer it to assume “tablet” layout, which would work even better. Is this possible?

    Website in Question:

    Thanks!

    #293648

I think there maybe a bug in the Archive Template for when outputting as an Author page.
The Author bio is being output as a straight text dump and not preserving carriage returns etc as it does on the single post author block at the bottom.
Could be me but it looks rubbish as a straight dump.

    Hi team,

When editing pages, pasting text into an advanced text block replaces the entire block’s text content, even if I’ve placed the cursor within the text or highlighted a few words. This happens with all plugins deactivated and only with the Kadence theme active. All the other text fields seem to behave normally.

Can you advise whether this is a known issue or if a setting might be causing this behavior?

    Thanks!

    Suspected Causes:

CSS or media query conflict — images might be hidden or styled incorrectly for small screens.

JavaScript interaction issue on mobile — click more events might not be binding properly.

Lazy loading or optimization plugin might be affecting image visibility on mobile.

Theme bug or outdated template override affecting mobile layout specifically.

    What I Need Help With:

Identifying why the category images are missing on the mobile homepage.

Fixing the issue where sub-category images aren’t clickable on mobile.

Suggestions for any hidden mobile-specific settings or debugging steps I may have missed.

    Hi Kate,

Thanks for the clarification. From what I understand, you’d like a background image to visually span across two separate rows and extend to the far left and right of the page.

Since a background image is applied at the row level, it cannot naturally extend beyond the boundaries of a single row. However, if you want two rows to share the same background image, the best approach is to place those two rows inside a parent row or section. You can then set the background image on the parent container, which will appear behind both rows.

Here’s a screen recording that demonstrates this setup: https://share.zight.com/5zukGBZY

If your goal is to have a decorative image or design element appear between two rows instead of using it as a background, you can use the Image Advanced block to manually position it. This allows you to control the size and placement of the image, including aligning it to the far left or right.

Here’s a recording showing how to do that: https://share.zight.com/o0ul86oz

Would this solution work for your layout?

    Best regards,
    Teejay.

The image I have added is not visible on the page while other similar images are visible.

    #293602

    Hi there!

Could you send us the page URL? There might be some CSS syntax errors when you added it to the Customizer. Also, test this CSS:

    .rtl .wp-block-kadence-iconlist ul.kt-svg-icon-list {
        text-align: right;
    }

If you have any cache enabled, make sure to purge it too. Here’s our guide: Clearing Your Website Cache

    Hi Chris!

    Apologies for the delay.

Twitter doesn’t have a new name for the Virtue Premium theme. It shows when you’re using the free Virtue theme.

However, it should still show the new icon on the actual pages. See my screenshot here: https://share.zight.com/ApuWj2zW

If we can assist you further with this, let me know.
