Hi Jochem,
Thanks for reaching out! Kadence Theme actually allows you to disable the header on individual pages. From your edit page, open the Page Settings tab, then scroll to the bottom and you’ll see a toggle to disable the header.

You’ll note that even though my archive page is called /gallery/ the breadcrumbs show /Kadence Galleries/. This is also the title which appears over the archive page – but I’ve deactivated it.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out!

1. I am seeing this showing. What browser are you using?

2. When in the customizer, click the edit icon when hovering over the footer as seen in screenshot. Then you’ll see layout options for the footer, including the ability to set the container width.

3. That will pull from your color palette. If you’re wanting something different you can use css.

4. I would suggest using the Icon List block from Kadence Blocks. Then you can use a plugin like the following to add it to your widget area as a shortcode: https://wordpress.org/plugins/reusable-blocks-extended/

5. The same as #2, but for the header instead of the footer.

6. Sorry, can you clarify? Thank you!

7. From the customizer click the edit icon when hovering over the search then open the design tab. There you can add a border and extra padding to create the same look as your current theme.

8. Can you confirm you’re not overriding this setting in your edit pages?

9. Is your homepage a static page? You can remove the page title from your home edit page.

Hello Ben,

Sorry for reporting the error – it turned out to be a coincidence and another plugin that caused the error.
The Turbo mode version of Woof should be much faster, because it is based on a previously prepared results file. Unfortunately turbo mode causes extremely slow page loading. In the video I’ve recorded how slow woof filters are loaded:

Google pagespeed insights reports extremely slow loading:

Gtmetrix shows that the page loads in 10seconds.

Is there anything that can be done to make Woof work with KAdence theme? Or maybe it is just faulty woof mechanism? Is there any other product filter plugin with similar features you can recommend that will work with Kadance theme?

Ive added a plugin that lets me create a search tool that will just search in one Category – “Tutorial Videos”
the results display on your default search result page fine.
My issue is that if they want to refine their Tutorials search results using the default search box they then will get results from the whole site not just tutorials.
So YES, I hid the results search bar/tool in the them options, but that now leave the user unable to redefine a search whether of the whole site or just 1 category.
This is why I was thinking of setting up a second results page for the single category search tool…ad on that new page put the custom
“Tutorials Only” search bar letting then refine their search and STILL keeping the 1 category results.
Any ideas-solutions?

Hi Team,

Same question about virtue gallery question but rephrased.
The idea is to have the carousel gallery displayed on the main page of my website and for these images to be able to be randomised and for visitors to be able to click on the carousel and download these image to their computer as well as share to social media and also to click on the images and be taken to the mosaic options and from there choose the image they like and share to social media or download the image. We have a few hundred images to be shared this way and wonder what is the best way to go about this.

1. How many images can be uploaded to the carousel virtue gallery?
2. How do I randomise the images on the carousel gallery? By hand or is there an automated way I can do this?
3. Same question (as 2) for the mosaic option of the gallery.
4. Is there an option which allows us to share images from the carousel and mosaic option to social media?
5. How do I link images from the carousel gallery to the mosaic option?

Hello!

On one of my websites I want to remove on homepage padding-bottom, but this CSS:

padding-top: 30px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
}

works fine only on all pages and posts.

I tried with this CSS:

#content homepage {
padding-top: 30px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
}

but no effect.

How to remove padding-bottom on Home Page?

Hey,
1. Just want to clarify, while others may have asked questions about this plugin I’m not familiar with it at all and don’t use it.

2. Also just to clarify the Kadence Theme does not override any woocommerce templates. I find it very strange that the plugin author would suggest kadence is doing something to break the way woocommerce works.

3. I logged in, I enabled woof, placed it in sidebar 2 and then on your shop page I told it to use sidebar 2. I then tested on the front end and things were working. I didn’t see any errors in the console? I looked in the settings and it appears turbo mode is enabled.

I’m not sure what I’m missing. Can you send me a video of what you are seeing so I can better understand that problem you are having?

Hey,
sorry for the delay.

I logged in and took a look, the map doesn’t work even in your admin on the map page.

This is concerning. So first have you talked with the plugins support? Do you know if they supports the latest versions of jquery that are part of WordPress 5.6? It seems like an issue on their end.

No the editor/page inconsistency is not fixed. The page I linked to shows a small margin because I added more margin than I apparently needed in the editor.

Hi,

I updated Virtue today, and then my portfolio grid on the homepage disappeared!

I managed to implement a portfolio carousel, but I want my grid back! However, there is no option in the home layout section.

Hi K-team,

Long time no talk, hope you are all doing well!

My client added the SiteOrigin Accordion to this page – *Login to see link if you click on any of the tabs the accordion scrolls to the top. The problem is with the Sticky Menu enabled the according is scrolling up behind the header. I am not having any luck getting this resolved.

When you click an image, it comes up twice with a single image over the lightbox allowing you to click to the next image. If you close the top image everything works as expected. Just not sure why the single image is coming up over the other.
