Hi,
Could you please advise on Mobile Menu:
1) After tapping the Menu Icon the Menu displays in full taking up about 50% of the screen, but when an item on the Menu is tapped for example the ‘Contact Us ‘ Page, the ‘full’ Menu remains in place still covering 50% of the screen i.e. it does not retract?
2) Also, when the sub-menu arrow for the ‘Contact Us’ page is tapped, you can see the white arrows of the below slider navigation showing through on top of the sub-menu items? Also, as you scroll down the page with the Menu retracted, the white slider navigation arrows show on top of the Header?

Hey Michael,
You need to use margin rather than padding. For your homepage you can add this into your page builder row’s css:

h2 {
    margin-top: -60px;
}

Hi there,

I have a WPForms contact form set up in both my footer and on a contact page. It has a reCAPTCHA v2 setup and it has been working fine up until recently. The reCAPTCHA displays fine on a desktop but is missing on a phone or tablet. Even stranger, sometimes it displays but then I refresh the page and it disappears again, when the reCAPTCHA box is not visible, a customer cannot complete the form as it claims their reCAPTCHA result is missing (obviously because they could not fill it out). Is this some conflict with the theme?

Hi all – on my front page I have my product thumbnails, when you rollover it shows the add to cart. I added this css to change the button color:

a.button.product_type_simple.add_to_cart_button.ajax_add_to_cart
{
background-color: #9fecf2;
color: #ffffff;
}

It works exactly as I wanted. However when I go to the product page, the add to cart button is grey and it want it the same blue as I stated above (also with a grey hover though). I have tried different css codes I’ve found on the forums to try to change that but nothing helps. When I go into basic styling in the theme options I don’t see anywhere I can change the color either. Can you tell me the exact css code I need to change this? I’ve also tried inspecting the element but what I’m copying isn’t working either. I know it’s user error, lol – any help is appreciated. Thank you!

We renewed membership in late April (Subscription #224866). We’re getting error messages about the API Key not being valid – e.g., “The theme update API License Key has not been activated! Click here to activate the license api key.” The “Update API License Activation” section on the site will not accept the information displayed on Kadence’s “my-api-keys” page. How do we get an API Key that is seen as valid? Please reply as well to sigurdvt at gmail dot com.

Hello,

As on the other sites, I used the buttons which are integrated (I think of page builder) (extra shortcodes). They work well on all pages, except in the “tarologie” page under the “les différents tirages en tarologie” block. The button appears but there is no interaction on the flyover and no link. I don’t know why, I tried to insert other buttons, but that doesn’t change anything. On the other hand, I tried to put the button at the top of this page and there it works well! Apparently this is where the problem is.

Do you have an idea ?

Hi,

I have a problem with my website.

When I go to *Login to see link it says: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This problem happened after I changed the wordpress-address and site-address to ‘non www’. So I set it back to ‘www’, but the problem still occurs.

Already removed the cache and cookies etc.

Other pages do work. When clicking on the logo in the menu it goes to the homepage, but it shows the link ‘timelapseview.nl//’ This ‘//’ is weird.

When checking the redirects in the bewow link it is in some sort of redirect loop:

Any idea how I can fix this?

Hey,
Since you are not using elementor on that page it doesn’t really apply.

I suggest you add a sidebar via the page settings (remove the column and sidebar block you currently have).

That will get your sidebar looking the same. There isn’t a great option in woocommerce right now to get the products to look like an archive while on a page. You can use a shortcode in woocommerce through:

[products limit="20" columns="4" paginate="true"]

I noticed there is a note “Standard: portfolio *NOTE If you change this resave your permalinks” What do I have to do here?

Hey Samina,
In your portfolio grid edit page under Portfolio Grid Options you should see an “Order Items By” dropdown. There you can set the order of your portfolio grid.

I use your kadence blocks for Gutenberg “Info box” on my homepage. There are 3 “info box”. I mean, the info box’s images are not responsives when i use my smartphone. The settings images are not worked in the “kadence blocks” “info box”.
