body.page-id-93
{
background-image:url(*Login to see link
background-repeat:no-repeat;
background-attachment:fixed;
background-size: cover;
}but doesn’t work now
In forum: Ascend Theme1. When you edit that page where in the backend does it take you?
2. If your destinations page is your blog page then yes.

January 20, 2020 at 4:56 pm #243519Hey Sarah,
In your image: https://ibb.co/ZW2p4PcYou can see the “Choose a Home Image Slider” option. For clarification that is found in your theme options > home slider. Right now your image shows you have the select box set to “Kadence Slider Legacy” If you change that selection to “page title”. Once you’ve selected page title new options will show that will let you set the title and background for that page title area.
I hope that helps!

In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Icons and animation offset
January 20, 2020 at 4:46 pm #243518You’ve got two things fliped, animation on the column then hover animation on the image and it’s creating the conflict in chrome.
You could add this css as a workaround:
[data-aos=flip-left] { transform: perspective(2500px) rotateY(-90deg); }2. I see, closing the accordion doesn’t force the animation offset to reset. I can see about changing that. I really suggest you change the offset and in a situation like accordions, you only have the animation show once per page load so it’s not hiding and reshowing.

In forum: Ascend ThemeHi,
Subsite Home page: *Login to see link
Working on a subsite of my main site — I’d like the subsite to have its own nav menu. The Elementor Pro nav menu widget seemed like a good way to go for that — no plugins required, no custom code.
Trying to copy the Ascend menu functionality (see the top main site nav menu). Still some tweaking to do, but it’s reasonably close.
EXCEPT: the Elementor submenu settings are being ignored. Mouse over “Campaigns” to see how the dropdown appears — wrong text color, wrong hover text color and background color, no opaque dropdown background. [As contrasted with the About menu in the Ascend nav menu bar.]
I think I proved the Ascend/Elementor conflict by switching to the WP 2020 theme — where the Elementor submenu settings work as expected.
Can you offer any advice? I’m not married to the idea of using the Elementor nav menu widget for subsite navigation if there is another simple way to go that I haven’t considered. The idea is to keep the users on the subsite so they can fully explore it.
Thanks!
Mike
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Portfolio Title
January 20, 2020 at 1:08 pm #243505Hello, I would like for the Portfolio Title to show on the image before hover. Otherwise, it’s a guessing game for website visitors. Is there an option or CSS to make this happen?
The website bypass URL is: *Login to see link ?bypass=bascproduction

I couldn’t recreate either, tested with IOS safari 13.3 and IOS Firefox 21.0
Can you confirm you are clearing your browser cache after you added the css?
I’m gonna test on a few more devices.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: clash with Woocommerce Deposits plugin
January 20, 2020 at 11:33 am #243486Hey,
The problem is with your Woocommerce Deposits plugin. It’s not related to the theme. It has to do with the loading of the cart.Virtue allows for the cart to load in the head of each page. So that is why you see it immediately.
However, the issue is still there in twenty-nineteen. You can see this by activating that theme and adding something to the cart, then trying to navigate to the cart page. The error will show.

Hi
I’m at my computer so have added the css to the demo site. Fix does not work using Firefox on an iPhone. Fix works for Safari on iPhone when the page is initially loaded…however, if you close safari and then reopen it without closing the webpage, the overflow shows up (iPhone 6s). I do not have an Android phone, I’m afraid.
Our posts have just crossed. Testimonials with link you gave on Kadence site do not show overflow problem.
Thanks,

In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Can use page SiteOrigin and Elementor same time?
January 20, 2020 at 10:06 am #243473Hey,
You can only use one per page, You can use both on a site but for each page you need to choose one or the other. For the record I don’t recommend using two page-builders on the same site, it’s just a lot of added loading.Ben

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi There,
After updating on of my websites from using Virtue Premium Vers. 4.9.18 to the latest version.
It is breaking the home page, it seems to be forcing the default side bar to work even though the home page is on FULLWIDTH
with no side bar. So it pushes all the home page content onto the left hand side although I dont use the side bar on the home page.
You can see how it should be now by checking the website.I have had to reinstate back to the VERS 4.9.18.
Please assist.
Gary
