I’m getting this error when I try to login and see your settings:

Hey,
a. Where are you wanting the short description to show?
b. You set your primary color to be white… in the theme options > basic styling. White is the same color as your background so you must choose a different primary color or change your background color. Start there then the tab styling would make more sense.

c. The contents of your tabs are all set in the products themselves. For example, additional attributes is set by the attributes you set in the product. There are custom tabs you can add and define content for. First turn them on in your theme options > product options and then you can edit the content inside each of your product edit page.

Hey, I want to bring some clarity to this.

Using pagebuilder was the only way you were able to use Kadenece Widgets in your page or post content. And still, that is true. Gutenberg doesn’t change that. Using Gutenberg you can still use Kadence widgets inside of page builder either through the page builder interface or through the pagebuilder block.

Kadence Blocks will be an easier way to create similar/better content using Gutenberg but if you want access to old widgets you can easily still do that through the same methods you always have which is to use page builder.

Does that make sense?

Hey.
It’s not, not in the form of an excerpt in the latest posts module.

If you use the home page as your “latest posts” in your settings > reading. then the “page content” becomes your post loop and you can set that to show “full content” in your theme options > home layout (bottom of page).

Then in each post you can add a “read more” tag where you want the post to cut off.

I just mean the links I posted above. You can see the list under “CUSTOM BLOCKS INCLUDE” in the free page, and in the premium page, there is a table that compares the available blocks under “Comparison with Kadence Membership.”

We are trying to use a button ID to trigger a pop-up but every time we refresh the page, the button ID’s are changing (not sure if this is normal). Is there a way to assign a class to a button so that we can use the class to trigger the popup instead? We were able to get it to trigger using .btn.lg-kad-btn, but that triggers the popup from every large button and we need to assign it to specific buttons. Here is the link: *Login to see link

There’s a list of the available blocks in each plugin’s page. Take a look at the list and hopefully the blocks you’re looking for are available. Also note that they are not exactly the same as their respective widgets, so configuring them is going to be a bit different.

Hi Hannah,

That makes sense, so I’m not sure what I doing wrong. Checking, I have a default button in Call to Action (changed colors) and a button in Split Content where I modified CSS to try to match the default Call to Action button. Those are all on the home page.

1.) I found the Hover solution yesterday, it works
2.) Yes, I have them both isntalled but still there are many “mysteries” to solve. “Short description” for a product is not displayed no matter what I try, the “Product List” on the Shop Page is only partly customizable. The “Tabs” are also not customizable (the aktive Tab is almost unreadable and I cannot change the color. Also the Tab contents are not customizable?

I will try to deacticate the Siteorgin Builder, maybe this solves some issues… looking forward to your suggestions.

I waited some days, but now that I have updated to WordPress 5.0, I can’t save or publish a new page with the new editor. Not sure where to address this concern? http://www.magdalenastampfer.at/
Whether I try to save a draft or publish it, it just says “Updating failed” or “Publishing failed”.
Not happy with the new WordPress update so far, I must admit.

I built my website with Pinnacle premium almost 3 years ago and have been using SiteOrigin to make edits, add pages etc. I recently added the Thrive Architect plug in however when I create a landing page with it then save the page the resulting page has no resemblance whatsoever to the page I created in Thrive Architect. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing something or is Pinnacle simply not compatible with Thrive Architect?

Thanks for your answer.
I’m not using a child theme and don’t want to change the color.

I just want to know if I can put a relative position instead of an absolute height / width of my action button so that my button can always be above the navigation arrow on a computer screen or a smartphone screen.
My pages are the same as in your virtue-premium-4 template with the “Browse button”.
I use the “the-top-menu” anchor but my button sometimes is above and sometimes just “on” it.

The template behaves ok in elementor editor (I have 3 columns of products). but when I load it in the front end, it’s misaligned (1 column). Tried turn off all other plugins except the ones needed for this to work, same result:

So on the home page of my site : *Login to see link I have put an action button to navigate to the “#the-top-menu” anchor.
But as it is a responsive theme the button is not at the same place when I use it on a smartphone ( portrait or landscape)
