    Our current Footer / Widgets use a combination of Pinnacle widgets, Layout builder, custom html and search, is there a way to ad a row below the “widgets” for simple html or Page builder type stuff?

    Hello,

    1. It appears that the button is already showing. If you look at this product on our demo page, you can see the button in the same place:
    http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/product/vinyl-record/

    2. You can change that string with loco translate. Here’s a tutorial on that process:
    https://www.kadencewp.com/translating-theme-strings-locotranslate/

    That will be a woocommerce string.

    Let me know if this is helpful.

    Yes we do use Layout Builder / Page Builder , so I can look at that – I was just hoping there was some way thru CSS that we could switch these 2 rows. Guess not Eh?

    Hi Rick,
    There isn’t a built-in function for this, but you can use the footer layout that has two single columns, then, if using page builder by siteorigin, you can add a layout builder widget to your top column and create a row with three columns. Would that work for you?

    Update: It worked on the home page, I’m using The events calendar and now I can’t place the sidebar on pages and I do not know how to place the slider on the event list and event pages.

    #205883

    That did not work.

    Sorry I wasn’t more clear. In Advanced Styling I set the Main Content Background to an image. That works great except on the shop pages I’d like to override that with white.

    I am modifying the Adventure Demo.

    Does that make more sense?

    Hi Kevin.

    Not surprisingly I have not got an answer from WooCommerce support for over 17 hours now or from the plugin support page.

    Anyway, I noted in the Tax tab that for the following settings that in spite of a down arrow indicating more selections (and I know there other choices) when I click on the down arrow it does not give me the option to choose another selection for that setting.

    Calculate tax based on is set to customer shipping address
    Shipping tax class is set to Standard
    Display prices in shop is set to Excluding tax
    Display prices during cart and checkout is set to Excluding tax

    Does this help at all? I’m dead in the water on this. Grasping at answers here.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi
    I am using a page with a sidebar template and am trying to alter the proportion of the page in relation to the sidebar, and also change the padding around anything in the three columns.

    I have used this before with success however on this occasion I can not get either to work.

    The link is
    It is as if the page id is wrong however looking at the post number below it seems correct.

    I have added this to the Custom CSS

    @media
    (min-width: 1200px) {
    .page-id-3917 .main {width: 72%;}
    .page-id-3917 aside.col-lg-3 {width: 28%;}
    }

    .page-id-3917 .entry-content .col-md-4 {
    padding-right: 0px;
    }

    .page-id-3917 .entry-content .col-md-4 {
    padding-left: 0px;
    }

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hey,
    Can you please provide more specifics? Can you also post a link to your shop page so we can see how you currently have things configured?
    Thanks!

    Hey guys,
    My new project is an e-commerce store with a physical product and less than 10 SKUs. My question is where you recommend that I use Kadence Virtue pages and where I use Woocommerce pages for the store/e-commerce parts of the site. For example, if I use the Shop, Cart, Account, Items, etc. pages in Virtue, where to I use Woocommerce? Would that be at the “proceed to checkout” button, or at the “place order” button?

    We will be accepting PayPal and credit cards through the Authorize.net Woocommerce plug-in, and we will need to print shipping labels. I don’t think of it as a very complicated site, and I like the look of the Virtue template pages for e-commerce, products, etc.

    Thanks for the recommendations!

    Hello Support

    How do I move the category text down under the category thumbnail on the Woocommerce Shop page? I think this can be done with css, but I am not quite sure how to do it?

    I have a blog page other than my home page. I’ve set it as the Posts Page on the Reading Settings as well as the All Blog Post Page in the theme Breadcrumb options.

    I get the proper Breadcrumbs on the single blog posts.
    Home » Blog » News » Veterans Post

    I get the proper Breadcrumbs on the blog categories.
    Home » Blog » Providers

    But the All Blog Post page (Blog) is missing in the Breadcrumbs if I view an archive based on date. In that case it shows:
    HOME >> 2O18 >> SEPTEMBER

    Is there another setting I need to use to get the All Blog Posts page to show in the Breadcrumbs for archives?

    The same thing happens if you view one of the archive by date pages on your demo like this page:

    Which shows breadcrumbs:
    Home » 2017 » February

    Which is missing the “Blog” page as shown in:
    Home » Blog » Travel Tips » Planning the perfect trip

    I’m seeing the following warning showing on my main blog page:

    Warning: Division by zero in /home/…/wp-content/themes/ascend_premium/lib/template_hooks/posts.php on line 358

    It’s showing on the blog post summary that shows on my main blog page for a blog post that is set to Gallery Post Default post summary. And the theme’s Gallery Blog Post Summary Default is set to: Photo Collage (Use 2 to 5 Images) and the post has three images of different sizes in the gallery. The warning is being printed three times on the blog page with weird cropped/scaled versions of the 3 images from the gallery showing along with the warnings. This is with Ascend Premium.

    #205847

    Looks like Ascend has the same minor bug in the next/previous buttons on the blog page that Virtue had on the portfolio pages. You can see it on the next button at the bottom of this page in your demo.

    It’s too wide rather than square because the text spacing node is inside the anchor tag.

    See this thread for more information.

    #205842

    Hey,
    Your question doesn’t actually make sense based on how the theme controls blog posts and defines blog options. I suppose you could be talking about assigning a page template of blog vs assigning an archive in your settings reading? In which case it doesn’t matter what you choose there are small reasons to do it one way or the other based on what kind of control you need and/or what plugins you want to natively support something but neither method is going to create issues in an of themselves.

    Perhaps if you could give me a real life example I may be able to provide a more clear response.

    Hey,
    Can you send me a login. There appears to be a widget loading very large in your header then resizing once all the page content is loaded.

    In that product page you were adding html into the product description box that was breaking the output. I update your page removing the html that was breaking it.

    I’m using the Site Origin Page Builder plugin and I have selected the Virtue Split Content Widget. This comes with a default button “view gallery” that appears next to the photo – how do I edit the name of the button and insert a link for the button? When I enter in a name into the button text and button link fields – it creates another button below the view gallery button??

    Thanks for your help.
