Ben – I will look into that plugin – It looks good.

But my query is that I seem to have these 3 boxes (Name, Entry and sum) to request users to submit a NEW blog entry :-

http:// http://www.finditswapit.com/blog

which results in a new pending testimonial page being setup for me to lift out text and post a new entry myself – i.e. Administrator approval – but I want to get rid of it – Hannah advised me how to set up a new blog area with a shortcode but I cannot find the shortcode to remove it.

Any ideas ?

I just tested with your same shortcode on my Pinnacle Premium site and it is working fine. Are you using the latest version of woocommerce? Can you post an actual link to your site? You can set as a private reply.

When I was in Pinnacle 1.5.7, I created my shop page as categories only by woocommerce definitions and I inserted some shortcodes into the editor:

This kind of setup allows for a lot of flexibility.

Since I updated to 1.5.8 this is broke, I just updated to 1.5.9 and it continues to be broken.

The first part (the shortcodes) displays correctly, when it comes to display the categories, it displays a message ‘Warning: Division by zero in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/wp07/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php on line 237’ and ‘Warning: Division by zero in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/wp07/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php on line 241
class=”product-category postclass grid_item product”>’ just before each of the category images, the images are still clickable.

If I remove the shortcodes from the page everything returns to normal.

Hannah, Ben – thanks for reply, but…

I would like to see image menu on _every_ page above footer. I now – I didn’t write this in the first post.
That’s why I used option for shortcode above footer in Theme Options.

Your solution applies image menu only for homepage.

Hello Ben,

Sorry, but I am quite new to all of these codes. I bought virtue as a theme and WP-types toolset to make a kind of directory.In the toolset I created a custom type post with custom fields. Some of these fields contain phone numbers and a URL. The phone numbers I would like to call up the dialler (on smartphones) and the URL I would want it to open in a new window. How could we add the respective codes for that to be done?

Seems we are missing on communication.

I don’t know how your are adding the custom fields or where you are setting up the output. But it’s not the theme so you would need to add in the link html if your wanting it.

Hannah posted above with the html format for phone links.

1. What device are you using? I can’t get the orange to show. Have you cleared the cache on your device?

2. Go into your settings > pagebuilder. Click on the layout tab. Make your “Row Bottom Margin” 0.

3. I don’t see that you have added this… I posted this in your previous topic:

.infobanner {margin:0}

You need that and you need to set the widget styles to have margin:0;

Hey,
Looks like you are using pagebuilder inside a post. When you do that it’s best to set a custom excerpt. WordPress has a hard time creating an excerpt from pagebuilder content because of how it’s output.

You can set a custom excerpt in each post using the excerpt box.

I thought this might be the case, in this case is it possible to change the appearance of the excerpt of a specific sub- using CSS? Such as the colour of the text or post tile?

So an example would be a blog page showing 10 post excerpts, but the three from ‘sub-category1’ has their text in another colour? Is something like that possible?

Sorry, I think I get it now.

You can set the defualt… (at least your supposed to be able to)
theme options > portfolio options > “Single Portfolio Page Header”

“Show the Title in header by default”

That option doesn’t seem to be working right now and thats why your here. It’s being overridden by the blog posts option.

I”ll work an update out tonight to fix this.
