January 8, 2016 at 9:41 pm #74822Hey,
1. In your theme options > portfolio options. Change the Portfolio Arrow Navigation to be within category.
2. If you want to show portfolio types then link to type pages then link to individual portfolio posts use the portfolio category template and make sure each portfolio type has an image set.
3. Image grid is like a gallery. You can add images into the portfolio slider images on your portfolio post page.Ben

January 8, 2016 at 9:20 pm #74815Hey,
Which post are you seeing this issue on? I just checked one and didn’t see it?For pages it shouldn’t be looking for an author and updated since it’s a page not a post schema.
As for portfolio posts and staff if you would like to support blog post related schema in those posts types then you can by adding to the page. Automating would require a child theme. But right now I’m seeing nothing in terms of an error? https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/
My advice would be to leave as is. Google shows “errors” for things based on an assumption that you want a portfolio post to show in search results as a blog but in most every situation you don’t want a portfolio post to show up and be read like a blog post. Just because you see error doesn’t mean there is a error that will hurt your score or page ranking it’s just a matter of how google will treat that page in results. For one example google will show errors on a blog post if the post is not set a new item. This isn’t actually an error it’s just google telling you stuff if missing if you wanted the result to show in the news search in google. Since most blog posts aren’t new items at all it’s just poorly worded by google. should just be shown as a warning or notice

January 8, 2016 at 9:16 pm #74814Reviews are different from the testimonial form and testimonials. Reviews are comments for products where as testimonials are a post type of there own. see here: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/testimonials/
Based on what your saying the math test code isn’t even showing anywhere on your site. I wouldn’t worry. I’ll add it to my list to see if I can talk with vaultpress.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Remove Images from Post Blog Carousel
January 8, 2016 at 8:54 pm #74810Hey,
The next and previous posts buttons should just lead to the next post regardless of category. You would need to use a child theme and override the templates/single-content.php file if you wanted to move the buttons above the carousel.
You can add this css to remove the image:
.single-footer .blog_item .imghoverclass { display: none; }Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Blog Elements Adjustments
I am wondering how to change the following Blog elements:
1. Add a border on top of the “Previous Post” and “Next Post Arrows”
2. Increase space between the base of the blog tags and the border created on number 1.
3. Increase space between base of the “Previous Post” and “Next Post Arrows” and thin line.
4. Increase space between thin line and top edge of “Leave a Reply”
5. Remove the box around the “Previous Post” and “Next Post Arrows”
6. Change the arrow style
7. Transform text into all uppercase
8. Add a ver effect to the “Previous Post” and “Next Post Arrows”Thanks!

All you did was Settings > Page Builder > Layout > Enable Responsive? Darn. I wish it worked on my end. There might be something else wrong with my site… I also wasn’t able to set a static page as my home page. I could only set it as blog post. This is getting me worried…I hope I don’t have to reinstall anything.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Missing blog images
Hello,
I recently moved a website from a local environment to the web, and everything moved over okay. However, when I set the blog format to “Image,” I run into a problem. The image does not appear.
Here is the blog post in quesion: *Login to see link
You can see the featured image fine on the blog page without any issues: *Login to see link
Here’s the code that appears to be the problem.
<b>Warning</b>: stripos() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in <b>/home/content/44/6722744/html/powderkeginc/wp-includes/formatting.php</b> on line <b>3383</b><br />
http://Array" itemprop="contentUrl" alt="Mumford and Sons – Believe (cover by Blake Dempsey)">I removed the photo and added it back, but the same problem happens. Does anyone know why this is?
Thanks in advance,
James

Hannah,
Sorry, the link is http://www.lholinerdesigns.com/WordPress/work/. The portfolio page is under Work. When I click on one of the images within the Work page, I get to another page with navigation. The images on the Work page are in a category main. When I click on one of them, I want to be able to navigate through that category only. But I am navigating through the entire portfolio.
When I click on the pumpkin patch image, I go to a subpage that navigates through that category only. That is what I want.
Also on the portfolio post, what does it mean for Image grid under Project options? Where do the images get input?
Thanks.

Do you want me to PM you? I was unsure if it was appropriate to post links. I have the form code which I was testing at the moment, I assumed the form code would be pasted in to a PHP file somewhere. It might not be the provider we end up with but I think the idea atm is to just see if we can work this form in somewhere.
Kind regards

Hey,
Sorry for the delay. If I’m not mistaken, your previous and next buttons should be going through all posts. I can see this working on your site. Are you only seeing them go through posts within their category?
Perhaps someone else would have a solution, but I don’t believe there’s an easy way to move the previous and next buttons up using css. You may need to create a child theme in order to do this.
Once you’ve purchased the theme you are free to use it on as many domains as you like. See here- https://www.kadencewp.com/terms-and-license/
Sorry for not being much help!Hannah

Hi Linda,
1. What do you mean only the posts included on that page? Can you post a link?2. Are you using the portfolio grid page template? Again, a link would be helpful.
3. Portfolio category and type are the same thing. Have you selected a specific portfolio type from the edit page?
