In reply to: YITH WooCommerce Product Countdown
December 4, 2015 at 1:30 pm #69886Ok, I do see how to get it to show up.. One thing that even shows on the image you posted is that this plugin is hooking on the wrong spot. It’s adding it right where the sale tag comes in… (meaning the sale tags sits on top of the countdown. really odd and dumb coding because they don’t have a reasonable filter to change where it hooks…) I’ve posted to the plugin authors.

December 4, 2015 at 12:59 pm #69881I suggest just leaving those to built in areas blank, and instead add all the content directly into the post content.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeDecember 4, 2015 at 12:58 pm #69880Hey,
1. You can’t do that, Theme shortcodes aren’t set up that way.. and wordpress by default has none that do this. you could look at this plugin though: https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-content-shortcodes/2. you can’t do that with the theme shortcodes, only by category. Of course you can always link directly to a tag page.

December 4, 2015 at 12:42 pm #69875Hey,
You are doing this: I’m posting with SHORTCODE with the VISUAL editor. And you should use the “feature sidebar page template. Then add your shortcode into the page settings. that will add the slider above your visual editor content.
See here: http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue/#featuresidebarpage

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Tags for portfolios
We’ve run into this same problem, too.
The key issue for us is that the portfolio grid looks/works better (for our content) than the blog grid.
– Could we get the clean, portfolio grid look with regular post types?
– Or, add regular post functionality (i.e., tags) to portfolio’s custom post type?Any help would be much appreciated!!!! Adding code to template files or functions.php is not too difficult, but coding it out is beyond us.

December 4, 2015 at 10:39 am #69845Hey,
This isn’t really an option but I have a workaround for you.
Go to apperance > widgets.Add a text widget into one of your footer areas.
The add this to that text widget:
<script type="text/javascript"> jQuery( window ).load(function () { jQuery('.single-post .single-article .entry-content').each(function(){ jQuery(this).find("a[data-rel^='lightbox']").magnificPopup({ type: 'image', gallery: { enabled:true }, image: { titleSrc: function(item) { return item.el.find('img').attr('alt'); } } }); }); }); </script>That will do it.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: How to disable Blog Posts on the home page
Looks like you have your homepage is set as a latest post page. You can hide the blog posts by disabling Page Content from the Homepage Layout Manager in Theme Options > Home Layout. Or, as Kevin said, you can set your homepage as a static page from Settings > Reading.
