Hi Hannah,
Yes, I uploaded the logo right at the beginning. It was working for some time but than suddenly it stopped appearing on the homepage. I duplicated that site theme for another site where appearance is correct but with the same configuration than for this .com site.

1: I would like to know how i can change the description of my website when its shown on Google. Right now it shows my website domain name (which is ok for now), but as a description, below the domain name, it shows my menu names. How can i change this description?
2: I’ve noticed on this forum it’s possible to add Meta data to a page, but i haven’t found this option yet. Could somebody explain to me where i can find this option?

I then FTP’s the updated version 3.4.5 into my multisite – and, // same white screen of death and URL location line of:
http://hartmarket.com/wp-admin/network/themes.php?action=enable&theme=virtue_premium&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=35601ef50aThe good news .. is that this may not be a Virtue Premium issue (but glad I upgraded!) // I just tried to deactivate another theme to test to see if I was at some limit? (have 15 themes Network Activated) and it also gave me the white screen of death. Then, I tried to activate the default ones, Twenty-Thirteen, Twenty-Twelve, Twenty-Eleven .. etc – and all got the same white screen of death.
I think this might be a server issue, dealing with Hostgate – so, I thank-you for great support response and will try to follow up at server end.
PS // looked at that link but, it kind of looks like it is more for moving test sites on local drives to ‘net … Will it work on subdomains of a multi-site to another subdomain of a multi-site? That’s what I need I guess.

In forum: Virtue ThemeFor the life of me .. I can’t figure out a way to activate the Virtue Premium theme on my multisite
If I try to network enable the theme .. I get the dreaded white screen and crash. This is what remains in my URL location line

=====================/shops .. ultimately where I want to start adding new topics using this themeI am not unfamiliar with network activated themes in multisites .. as I have a couple domains with various multisites and multiple themes.
I am using this theme as a test on *Login to see link no problem.
I have also tried various options … installing zip files, installing full files, copying directly from 1800HART site that work, etc ..
The version uploaded is v.3.3.6
Can you help?

My issue with my site speed has been resolved… It had gotten even worse today so I called GoDaddy again. They said that their server issue had been resolved for some time now and my site should be working normal, but it wasn’t. Long story short, soon after the call, my site began displaying 404 not found error messages for every page except the home page. Called Godaddy back and the rep told me to reset the permalinks. Once I did that, everything began working perfectly and the site speed increased drastically as well. (They should have named it “Weird-Press” instead of Word-Press.. LOL)

Are you trying to import the demo content to a local site on your own device or are you working on a live site? Are you getting any errors on the screen when the importer is done trying to get the content?

What exactly do you mean by not activated? Is the slider not showing up on your pages? Or is the slider deactivated in the Plugins menu?

1.the code you sent me is working but as you can see on the website still the two images not centered properly can you tell me what to modify in your css code you sent me,
2.as you said i have removed the carousel and put image menu instead but after that i cant put a title “Featured” in that component and the other thing as you can see the images gap is too wide need to reduced the gap please send me the css for that ( to put a title and reduce the gap between images) thanks a lot really appreciate your help. waiting for your favorable response.

In France, all products are displayed with its tax included (it’s the same in many european countries).
You can give it a try on my website or on any other website in France, prices are displayed TVA included, so the total of the cart should include TVA as well – even if shipping can be added later.

All of the products under this category have the option of adding “clamps” to the purchase of a hose and I would like for the customers to be able to choose whether to add clamps without having to look at the product individually by selecting a simple checkbox to “Include clamps ($x.xx)”

I’m having an issue at the moment where I can’t update the themes of any of my sites. I can update the WP 2015/16 themes just fine, but not Virtue Premium from the front end. I can still update manually by uploading the new files via FTP, but I’d much prefer to update everything in the WP admin section.
I’ve spoken to my hosting provider (UKFast) and they don’t provide the permission, we can change it on our side but I need to know what the correct settings are.
What permissions should the folder be set to for updates to take place?

I got 1 step further. I had set 2 tax values in the standard taxvalue tab. One with the value 6% and one with the value 21%.
I only work with 21% so i deleted the 6%. Now it is showing 9.91 euro on the website.
Still not the 11.99 that i want. but now it make some more sense it says 9.91 euro (11.99 minus 21% tax = 9.91)Now i only need to get it to 11.99 on the website.

The first thing I knew of the problem was during a fetch and render, whereby the error below was returned, though unfortunately you can not click on it for more info! The bizarre thing is the same error affected several websites at the same time.
How is the best way to send you a screen shot?
