    Hi guys
    Had my blog all nicely setup the other day … centered … no sidebar … etc etc
    Now … all of a sudden as I go to do another post, the side bar has returned
    Can’t for the life of me find where to remove it
    Had every thing setup for a new blog as ‘site defaults’, but can’t find where I set these defaults again 🙁

    Hi Ben,

    My site is http://www.juicejab.com. Search engine results of “juice jab” shows some unknown pages e.g. http://www.juicejab.com/hello-world/ (that is not visible on my WP) and some pages having a random text showing on the search result e.g. “Parajumpers Jakke” – Welcome to Juice Jab : A Shot at a … (random text being “Parajumpers Jakke”).

    Do you have any way to detect where this malicious code is coming from?

    Hey,
    Your site is in maintenance mode so I can’t see it, but I think you’re referring to the site-wide footer. You can disable this from Theme Options > Footer.

    Topic: WooCommerce Shop Page Not Working

    When I click on my WooCommerce Shop page all that displays are my categories, but if you click on any of them it says Page Not Found. My items should also be on the Shop page with the Categories, but they are all gone. Products are still there on the backend though.

    Hello Ben and Hannah,

    I’m having an issue with the plus and minus boxes which are meant to appear next to the “Add to cart” button for products. In our case, the plus and minus buttons appear at the top right and bottom right of the product page.

    The problem occurs on product pages using the “Composite Products” plugin. Before asking for support here, we contacted the developer of Composite Products, who told us that “+/- buttons have been deprecated since WC 2.3. They are now added by your theme, so it’s not a Composite Products issue.” He then recommended we contact the theme developer.

    I understand that you can disable the plus and minus button via the option “Quantity Box plus and minus” under “Theme Options > Shop Settings”, but we much prefer the Virtue quantity buttons as they look a lot better than the browser generated ones.

    Is there any way to resolve this issue? I will provide a screenshot and login info below. Many thanks for your support!

    Hello Ben and Hannah,

    I’m having trouble getting product images on my Shop page to display in the intended way. I’ve noticed that when you change the number of columns displayed on the shop page from “Three Column” to “Two column”, the system greatly shrinks the product image and adds the Product Short Description to the right of said image.
    What I’d like is for the image to be displayed in its full size without the Product Short Description.

    A user was having a similar problem over in this thread:

    The following screen shot best shows what I’d like to achieve:

    Two products per row with large images spanning their entire “product container” without a Product Short Description.

    I’ve tried the steps provided by Ben in the above thread, including regenerating all thumbnails, but to no avail – I just can’t get the product to display as in the screenshot.

    I’d be very grateful if you could help me resolve this issue. I’ll provide login info to my site below. Thanks!

    It’s the reason I bought the theme. I can’t see the layout anywhere.

    No I wasn’t logged in on Firefox, but was logged in on Safari. The errors only seem to show when I use Firebug to inspect the page so maybe it’s an issue with Firebug. I have a screen grab you can look at if that helps. The image is here: https://app.box.com/s/vi3sac1nxx2ljuql7eiu1056p31pd3sy

    The site seems to load kind of slow (3.58s & 3MB) and the CPU gets hit pretty hard when on some of the site so I’m just trying to see if I can speed it up. I think the biggest speed issues are page size and the slow shared server, but I want to find out if there is anything else causing problems. Any insight you have is much appreciated.

    I was wondering if you might be able to tell me, which codes to use to bring together java script and CSS files. And you should tell me where to place the codes. This would surely speed up my website.

    1. I wanted to leave the patterned background as it is for my main website (This is currently set in the Advanced Styling). Just for the landing page I want to change the background colour to white. But not sure whats the best way.

    2. I was thinking to use the footer on my current website or create a new one to add the social media icons.

    Hi,

    Previously I posted a question for help regarding uploading the theme onto my wordpress website… consensus was to get in touch with my host and ask them to sort this out, however, they have clearly stated that they cannot do anything about it.

    what now? I have now purchased a theme I cannot use unless someone from Kadence can really help me out. Otherwise, I’m gonna have to get a refund because it is pretty useless to me to have spent £40 on something I cannot use.

    Hello,

    I am trying to make the logo full width of the entire page, but can’t get it to work.

    I’ve snooped around some older posts and tried adding this code to custom css:
    .col-md-12>#logo {
    min-height: 300px;
    }
    .headerclass {
    background-size: cover !important;
    }

    But it didn’t change anything.
    This is the website im trying to make it work for:

    I want the DREAMBRILLIANT logo picture to be full width.

    When I set another theme on the website everything works fine, just with pinnacle got some problems.

    Yes, I just created Child theme with no change.
