    I added a sitewide banner, but not seeing it on the front end… I also cleared cache… not sure why… could you take a look? thanks.

    I have a Kadence Slider Pro. I want to make a full screen landing page with it: with no header or footer. I tried this ccs (below). But it’s not full width. Is there anyway to achieve that without page builder? Thanks! Hannah and Ben!

    .landing-page header.banner, .landing-page #containerfooter, .discover .page-header {
    display:none;
    }

    Hey,
    Try adding this css and let me know if it’s what you are thinking:

    #kad-banner #topbar .topbarsociallinks li:last-child a img {
        max-width: 14px;
        margin-top: -2px;
    }

    mobile or not your images appear blur to me regardless. http://www.stlstirr.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/members-page-banner-940-1.jpg

    Are you saving your jpg properly or are you compressing really hard?

    Just so you know the best option is to use pinnacle for a layout like this since it’s designed specifically for this type of thing.

    Here is some css to force it on the home page:

    .home #kad-banner {
        position: absolute;
        width: 100%;
        top: 0;
        z-index: 1000;
    }
    .home #kad-banner-sticky-wrapper {
        height: 0 !important;
    }

    Ok, I added this css:

    #kad-banner > .container {
        width: 100%;
    }
    #kad-banner #logo {
        max-width: 250px;
    }
    @media (min-width: 992px){
    #kad-banner #logo {
        position: absolute;
        top: 0;
        left: 0;
        z-index: 1000;
    }
    .kad-header-right {
        width: 75%;
    }
    .kad-header-left {
        width: 25%;
    }
    }

    add this tell me if it’s what you are thinking:

    .home .infobanner {
        margin: 15px;
    }

    Hey Michael,
    You can align the text at the bottom with this css:

    .infobanner .home-message {
        vertical-align: bottom;
    }

    Just paste that in your custom css box in Theme Options > Custom CSS.
    Hope that works for you!

    Hi,

    I have been trying to change the banner image on individual products, i have even tried using woocommerce category banner but it won’t work. Is there any way around this?

    #97038

    Hey,
    So that css wouldn’t do it the logo is added as an image.

    Your only option without doing this as a child theme would be to add your “home” logo as the retina logo then add this css:

    body #kad-banner #logo .kad-retina-logo, body.home #kad-banner #logo .kad-standard-logo {
        display: none;
    }
    body.home #kad-banner #logo .kad-retina-logo, body #kad-banner #logo .kad-standard-logo  {
        display: block;
    }

    Thats more possible with the pinnacle theme. It’s actually designed for it.

    You can use this css and it will do what you want:

    .page-id-29 #kad-banner {
        position: absolute;
        z-index: 100;
        width: 100%;
        background: transparent;
        border: 0;
    }
    .page-id-29 #topbar {
        background: transparent;
    }

    As I guess try this css:

    .infobanner {
        margin: 0px;
    }

    Try placing this CSS into Theme Options> Custom CSS.

    .home header#kad-banner {
        display: none;
    }

    Let me know if that works for you!

    sorry I don´t understand very well what you mean. As far as I know I don´t have any plugins to translate. (I have had a look at my list of plugins, I thing none of them is for tranlating, maybe it´s something else?)
    Because it is a carousel that comes with the theme, that´s why I thought the title could be changed through the theme opcions (like I previously did with the ones for the home page, but this carousel is at the end of the posts).
    Anyways I leave you the list of the plugins I am using, in case I am missing something.
    I Hope we can sort it out somehow.
    Thank you.

    Hello,

    In my footer I have a search bar, social media widgets, menu links and the copyright banner. I would like to CENTER all of this content. How can I accompolish this?

    Hi, I’m just starting to set up Woocommerce with my theme and have run into a few minor issues I’d appreciate your advice on:

    1 – In Theme Options > Page Title, I’ve got ‘Show by Default’ switched off as I don’t use it anywhere on the site. Any normal pages I create therefore don’t show the title.

    However, when I add a product to Woocommerce, if the setting in the ‘Post Title and Subtitle’ box (‘Hide Page Title’) is left at Default, a page title with the standard Pinnacle banner image of the mountains shows up. If I set it to hide it gets rid of it, but I would have thought that the default setting should make it hidden on product pages too?

    This isn’t a huge deal but is there a way of ensuring product pages are created without a page title as default before I start adding a few hundred items in and have to select ‘Hide…’ from the drop down list every time?

    2 – I’ve got ‘Sharing’ ticked at the bottom of the Edit Product page, but the ‘Share this’ buttons don’t appear on the published page. Is there another way to switch these on?

    3 – The only way I want items to be added to the basket is when a customer clicks the big orange Add to Basket button on the product page. When you click on any image or link to the item I’d just like it to go to the product page, not add it to the basket. I’ve switched off ‘Hide Add to Cart Till Mouse Hover’ in Shop Settings which took the button off the thumbnails and seems to achieve what I’m after.

    However, I noticed that with up-sell and cross-sell items if you click on them they get added right to the basket. Is there a way to disable that so that they are just links to the item instead? Or is there a different option that can be used to show links to related items on the product page?
