    Hello Janine,

    1. You should be able to create any type of contact form using this plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

    2. Try adding this CSS to Theme Options> Custom CSS:

    display: none;
}

    3. Try going to Theme Options> Blog Settings, and try setting “Hard Crop excerpt images to the same height.” to OFF.

    4. You could certainly use the topbar navigation as your primary navigation. Simply assign the menu to your topbar nav in Appearance> Widgets.

    5. With CSS this may be possible, but I’m having a difficult time with this. Perhaps Ben or Hannah will be able to help.

    6. Try this CSS:

    Yes, just found it WooCommerce Zoomifier – The Ultimate Responsive WooCommerce Magnifier is making teh problem if I deactivate it the image change accordingly. I just got a message in my dashboard after updating Woocommerce again:

    Your theme (Virtue – Premium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.     Hey,

    So your server keep clearing the session. I’ve never run into this before so I’m going to have to see if I can find some information about why it would do that and if I can create a workaround. In the mean time you can use a plugin like contact form 7 and recaptcha

    Spam can get around math, it’s good for stopping most but it can happen.

    There are lots of different plugins to help with this. One option is to use contact form 7 https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

    And this plugin to add googles reCAPTCHA : https://contactform7.com/recaptcha/

    Recently I have been getting some spammy emails and the only place I can see that this is from is through the contact form within the theme:

    Hey Kenneth,

    One option for you would be to create your contact page using page builder and a full width template rather than the contact template. Add the slider to a visual editor widget in a row above the map and contact form.

    Then add the map using a Virtue Google Map widget in its own row.

    You would have to use either one contact form or the other, there is no way to add contact form 7 functionality to the built in contact form.

    Yes, I have tried that plug-in before in a different wordpress site and it works really fine.
    Is there a way to add shortcode by contact form 7 in the Virtue Contact Us page? or do I have create a new one?

    For customization of your contact form, I suggest using this plugin:

    I got a problem with the plugin jch 2.0.8 and the theme “Pinnacle PremiumVersion: 1.8.5.2. When I activate jch 2.0.8 (following adjustments: Premium, CSS on, Elements 400) I got display issues ( in Firefox (52.0.1 (64-Bit)) and Safari (Version 10.0.3 (12602.4.8)) on all pages. Chrome works well. I am using mac os Sierra 10.12.3. When I turn jch 2.0.8 off, the problems will disapear. I didn´t got the problem on other websites where I use another theme. But I have 10 websites where I am using pinnacle. The problem will only be shown with your theme.

    Now the jch 2.0.8 is disabled but I would like to use it again to get the performance power. Any idea? (I have already contacted jch)

    I try to install the theme but I always encounter the same error.
    That does not allow me to make changes to ‘theme options’.

    The email not opening or you is not how it’s behaving for us, so I assume this is configuration issue between your browser and the email application. As Ben said above, you can use that plugin to configure contact forms within your own site, but the mailto function does NOT work this way. It’s intended to open the email application the viewer of your page is using.

    So try to use Contact form 7 to get an internal contact form on your page. You can customize it any way you like.

    ok, lets go over this once to try and clarify.

    If you create a mailto: link then the user when clicking that link will automatically be taken to there email software. So this is not something you can control and any user has the ability to turn this type of linking off or if they happen to not have an email account set up with there browser then it won’t go anywhere because there isn’t an email to send from.

    If that is not ok with you then you should create a contact us page on your site and using a form like:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

    You should simply then link to that page on your site.

    The page loads much faster than 6 seconds for me and reloading the page doesn’t load the graphic or contact form reliably (reloading shouldn’t be necessary). And no other element on the site acts this way. The Press image is only 74KB. The largest file on the home page is 520KB (which could be smaller but it loads every time, along with every other image except the Press image).

    The contact form (using the short code [contact-form-7 id=”108″ title=”Contact form 1″]) on mobile (iphone 7) shows only the data field Phone# available to enter information. The Name, Email, Subject, and Comment fields are inactive.

    I don’t know if this this related to the graphics issue I’ve been having (in another post). In the process of trying to fix the other issue, the contact form was removed and had no effect on the graphic appearing or not.

    Hey Kati,

    Contact Form 7 is probably your best option. It’s a really nicely built plugin and I do believe that it allows for custom recipients.
