August 11, 2014 at 12:16 am #14932Emmanuel use the sidebar page tempalte if you want to have a sidebar. If not then use the full width of contact page template.
Yes you can set up your contact page with a map and contact form (the demo doesn’t have a sidebar)
Just use the contact page template: http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue/#contactpage

August 9, 2014 at 10:46 pm #14886I actually don’t know all the plugin settings. But it would be in the plugin settings that you would be able to change it. So you can check the setting or the docs or contact the plugin support.

August 7, 2014 at 9:03 am #14715Hey,
What is the end result of the registration form. Are the users information sent to an email? You can create your own custom php pages using a child theme and using custom page templates.
You can also use a plugin like contact form 7 to create custom forms instead of creating your own if the result is just an email sent to you.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Alignment in info box widget
How do I center the icons and text as you’ve done in your sample page here: *Login to see link I’m assuming that you’re using the info box feature for this, but I don’t see an option for alignment.
In forum: Virtue ThemeAugust 6, 2014 at 9:39 am #14641I don’t know this plugin. But my guess is your max memory in the php settings is hitting the limit. The premium theme of course has more options then free and it may be that with this plugin you don’t have enough php memory to load the theme options. Increasing php memory is very simple for your server to do. It’s a matter of changing a line of code in one file. I would start there contact your host and ask them to increase you memory.
If that doesn’t work send me an email with a login to your site and I can check a few other things.

August 5, 2014 at 8:53 am #14554Hey,
Looks like you have an errror in your htaccess files because all your files, scripts are not able to be found. So the url engine is not working. Is there a reason your /Wordpress has to have a capital letter? That can cause issues in a url.Either way you need to try and resave your permalinks in the permalink settings. And if that doesn’t work contact your hosting company about your htaccess file.
Did you transfer this site from somewhere?

August 3, 2014 at 8:30 am #14441Ok you had this issue: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/
I installed the plugin to fix it. I would still contact your host about there out of date mode security.

In forum: Virtue ThemeJuly 29, 2014 at 10:28 am #13997Hey Mary,
You have a pretty common error. Your server has an out of date mod_security and that is causing an important javascript file to be blocked. You can read about it here and download a plugin that will fix the issue. Although I do recommend that you contact your host and ask them to fix there issues.http://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/

How can I get contact form in style like the one in the end of this link:
Thanks
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Create Links
Hey,
So you can do this by adding widgets to your footer. Go to appearance > widgets and drag and drop desired widgets into the footer columns. There are several ways to link footer content to links, but one way is to use the button(pb) widget. You can use the Virtue: Contact/vcard widget to add your email.
Hope this helps!

July 22, 2014 at 2:13 pm #13568SO I tested and with wpml and woocomerce you just can’t do it. Might try contacting WPML support and asking them about it.
