    Have you tried contacting your host, Georgina?

    I’m seeing your site load right now. I suggest contacting your host if you have issues with domain mapping and making sure both www and non www are directed to your site.

    It appears on some pages you’ve turned on the transparent header. But you’ve set all your transparent header settings colors to look exactly the same as if you were not on a transparent header. However you’ve set two different logos.

    I suggest you turn off the transparent header because it doesn’t appear you are wanting it and that should resolve your issues

    For 7 of the 45 posts on my site I get the error from Google Search Console that the text is too small (it’s 16px) and clickable elements are too close together. It’s clear from the image displayed with the error message (see attached) that the text is being squashed into only half of the screen. When I visit the site on my mobile it displays normally. I have contacted the server but there are no errors on that side and they suggested I try using a different theme – which I don’t want to do. Can you please advise what could be the issue here? Thanks

    Hey Ben,

    I am actually not able to crop images, it says “not supported by your host”. I did upgrade from a VPS2000 to a VPS3000 a couple of months ago. I am guessing this setting did not carry over.

    I am contacting the host now and will let you know what I find.

    Thanks,
    Chad

    Thanks, Ben. I was looking for an SEO specialist but both persons I’ve contacted couldn’t really advise me or gave me a quote tho help me fix things. And that was after I sent them the full Ryte report showing all the issues.

    Hello,

    I guess this is something for your developer(s) to look into. I’ll post this as private message as it contains some links and our email address.

    Hey Hannah,

    Yes I have NO such items or products anywhere on my site.
    My google search console report show Your site has 43 404 errors
    I’ve even contacted bluehost and the person actually couldn’t help me she said it is probably wordpress default links?

    When I go into my WordPress dashboard < Tools < Redirection and I click on 404 errors – that’s where I found them.

    Hi Hannah,

    no I haven´t contacted up to now. Which banner do you mean? Because all Adsense banner I have set to “responsive”. I can´t see, while testing, which banner is causing the scrolling to the right error.

    Best regards

    #248572

    Hmm, have you tried contacting the plugin support to see why this isn’t showing responsive?

    Hi Chad,
    Thanks for letting us know! Have you by chance tested this with another theme? Have you tried contacting Yoast or Siteorigin regarding this?

    Hello,

    Recently I had the issue of many plugins and Virtue theme updating a couple of days before polylang plugin updates. Resulting in my english products, contact, directions about and search pages all from my static home page had returned a 404 not found, temporarily.

    Google search console then sent out an email warning of: those same 5 pages with a soft 404. I thought it was related to the temporary plugin issue, since the french pages had no errors, but it turns out that some of the errors were older. I read that soft 404 errors could be caused by caching issues and installed a recommended plugin; WP Super Cache plugin (I hope I am using it correctly).

    Today after URL inspection of such pages, I requested an index of these pages and I got strange results.

    finally validates as indexed but google console says that its not mobile friendly due to; text too small to read and clickable elements are too close together.

    But the french page is almost identical and validates with no issues!

    Should I just ignore this as I re-verified another page URL that was giving mobile errors in the console, now shows no errors from URL inspection!

    I am wondering how long does it take for the soft 404 errors to be removed from the Coverage page on google console?

    Also there are some errors reported with my XML sitemap. Is there is something I need to do with my XML sitemap and if so how do I update it? I will upload those results.

    Thanks Ben,

    I contacted my mail host and they were aware of this issue. It turns out that there is sometimes an issue with woocommerce 4 processing SMTP e-mail requests.

    Just in case anyone else has this issue, the solution was to install an SMTP plugin on the site to send these e-mail out through the email host directly.

    God bless

    I regenerated your contact info so it would have a clean history in our email server, we’ll see if that works.

    #248437

    When I upgrade to Woocommerce 4.1 the order e-mails sent out do not contain any order details in the body of the e-mail.

    I contacted woocommerce support and they got me to install the ‘WP Mail Log’ plugin. It shows that the e-mails are being created correctly.

    I then disabled all plugins apart from the woocommerce ones but the problem is still there.

    I am using the ascend premium theme and was wondering if there is a possible conflict there that is causing the problem.

    My website is http://www.lumenfidei.ie

    Many thanks in advance for your help.

    God bless

    John

    Hello,

    I have a few small issues with my mobile layout, in the header space. The desktop layout and colours are fine, so I do not want it to change.

    I have some custom .css that I don’t want to remove completely since the layout of language widget and other items such as contact us are designed and spaced fine as they are:

    /* TOPBAR */

    .headerclass {

    }

    .topbarmenu ul li a {
    padding: 10px 30px;
    font-size: 14px;
    }
    .topbarmenu ul li a {
    font-size: 18px;
    font-family: lato;
    font-weight: 600;
    }

    .topbarmenu ul li a {
    color: yellow;
    }

    #topbar ul.sf-menu > li > a:hover {
    color: #ffcc66;
    }

    .col-md-6.col-sm-6.kad-topbar-left {
    width: 25%;
    }
    .col-md-6.col-sm-6.kad-topbar-right {
    width: 75%;
    }

    The issues are:

    1) My Site Tagline – Below Logo is too close to my logo and it takes more than one line but I don’t want too much space between the tagline’s 2 lines. Unless the only choice is to reduce my tagline font size.

    2) I would to change my secondary menu background colour(I don’t use the primary menu), can’t remember where this setting is exactly?

    3) Here is a previous topic that resolved my logo being to small-see last posts; I followed this specific advice and the logo is wide enough but I would like it to be a bit higher around 5px if that makes sense.

    headerclass {
    padding: 25px;
    }

    I also see that you are using the theme options to add margin left and margin right to the logo.. Remove that because it’s forcing the image smaller the mobile since it has a margin of 80px on each size.
