Is it okay that I do “run on” Qs?

1. LOGO:

Is that intentional?

You are using the simple header with shrink, so the height of your header is also going to “contain” your logo image within the height settings. If you want a larger logo you need to increase the height of your header. For example set it to 200 in your theme options > main settings.

If you want more area in the header for a larger logo by width (assuming you first increase the height) you can add this css:

@media (min-width: 992px) {
    .kad-header-left {width: 42%;}
    .kad-header-right {width:58%;}
}

2. Parallax:
You can’t choose an area that you are going to show with parallax. It doesn’t work that way, it’s sized based on the screen size not on the portal or container that the image is shown through. If you have a specific area you need to show of an image it shouldn’t be a parallax image.

You can make the slider “taller” by increasing the height setting within your slider settings.

3. Can you send me a temp login, it will be easier for me to clean up that output.

You can set the email for the contact form in your theme options > misc settings.

Regarding the site logo, it’s 2161 by 705 pixels (I included extra space to keep it to the right) and the width is set at 1000 pixels wide, but I can change the # and nothing changes. I’ve also played around with the size of the image and nothing changes either.

Also, I’m having trouble with the parallax slider on the home page https://creativeoasis.art/. I want to be able to see the bottom of the pic when I scroll down and I only catch the top portion. I tried cutting off the top and pasting it to the bottom just to see more earlier- still doesn’t accomplish it. Also, can I make it slightly taller (vertically larger)?

And I think I somehow deleted a part the functionality on the Contact Us page and I can’t get the alignment correct again. But I can’t simply type the code in the block to correct it either.?? https://creativeoasis.art/contact. You can see on the Give Us A Call portion. And … how do I connect my email to the form?

Hey,
The recommendations wouldn’t make the feed invalid. I’ll put a filter in to prevent the aria-label in feed excerpt outputs but that shouldn’t be your issue with amazon.

I suggest you contact amazon support directly to see what information they can offer.

Ok, all is said and done on updating to the latest version – via FTP, using Fetch. I have only updated the Theme and not any plugins mentioned in my first message.

Unfortunately, when I look at the site I see my Menu 2 items are where they usually are for my product categories, BUT these same menu 2 items are ALSO appearing where my menu 1 items used to be.

When I go into Admin/Appearance/Menus, Menu 1 and Menu 2 items are all organized and specified correctly. In there my Menu 1 items read

Home
About Us
How the Site Works
Contact Us

However, these items no longer appear on my website.

I haven’t a clue how this replacement happened. Can you direct me to a fix?

In the meantime, I’ve put the site Under Construction ’til I can work this out.

On our produt page, after opening product slider gallery and closed it,
one more slider gallery shows (I think the original woocomerce slider) .
It’s happening after we start using a plugin for adding video player to the product gallery.

I contact the plugin programmer to ask fixing the issue and he said

We remove the default gallery of your theme but is not working good. The slider of your page stops working.Your theme is using Magnific Popup that is creating the mess.Please contact your theme support to disable functionality of Magnific Popup.

Is it possible?
We paid for this pluin.

Hey,
That error is saying that you are missing the zlib extension in your php 7.4 version. You would just need to contact your hosting provider. That extension should be standard.

Have you tried contacting mail chimp regarding the comments?
After you have enabled Header and Footer Scripts, save and refresh the page. Then you should see it in your Theme Options list. Let me know if this is not the case for you.

Hey,

But the order is still on hold. I don´t know why.

My records show that the order failed, the payment gateway (paypal) declined payment, I suggest contacting paypal to see why you can not make a purchase.

I don’t think you need to switch themes, you can add a fullwidth hero area at the top of any page, turn off the page title in the page settings and add the hero in your page content and it will show at the top.

Hey,
Those are all server errors.

It could be that your max upload size is really small. That isn’t very common but could be the cause. I suggest you contact your hosting provider. Regardless of the cause you need to see the server logs to know what’s happening and based on those errors the fix will be a server setting.

I’ve tried a fresh install of my website several times. My site keeps throwing a critical error. I thought it was a plugin but the issue persists regardless of the plugins installed. Each time I have started over, I have installed the plugins in a different order. Each time, the critical error occurs after installing a different plugin. And the website is extremely sluggish with Pinnacle active. I contacted my web host about the critical error. They looked through the error logs and said it was a conflict with this theme. Please help!

I do believe it was some sort of conflict with the update. I have not yet contacted the developer, but that will be my next move.

On another note, I was wondering if you could help me figure something out with the top bar. It seems since I’ve added a navigation and cart total to the top bar that there is a random FaceBook icon that’s appeared and it just links back to our home page. Not sure how it got there or how to remove it. Any ideas?
